It depends on how your wordpress is set up. If you use www. or a non www site. You should add your url exactly as it is in wordpress.
As for the cache, you clear it from the cache plugin and you clear cdn from your cdn server if you use it. If you do not know what a cdn is, then you are probably not using one

Thanks Christian for your help. You are right. The mobile theme lets you add 3 featured posts in the top grid, but you do not have the possibility to pick a specific category as the grid is filtered to show featured posts.

The lightest would be post style 5 which does not show the featured image. The next would be style 1 then the default style. The more complex styles will load slower on an un-optimized site. The color in the footer originates either from a custom css you added to the theme panel or a plugin that rewrites the theme css. Please remove any custom css from the theme panel and disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

Unfortunately our theme was not created with external images in mind. We created the theme to be used with the media library. Unfortunately there is no simple solution to remove the lightbox across the whole site. It is hard-coded in the theme files.
