Unfortunately we have not tested any such implementation. You maybe able to find a plugin that can allow this on comments as our theme does not change the default comments of WordPress. It only ads a bit of css to them in order to keep the overall style of the theme.

As for the background, you cannot have a full width site with a background color or image. The site will go into boxed mode is a background image or color is set.

Unfortunately the theme will crop and create thumbs for any image. If you want to change this behavior you will have to do it through customization which is not part of the theme support.

2. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and please disable any server side cache.

3. We did not test that tool and cannot provide any insight into this type of test. We suggest using google page speed and structure data. There are lots of tests online that provide very different results. We created our theme based on google;s resources as they are the most trust-worthy.

The demo-style.css is part of the theme demos. The css will be loaded only when the specific demo is installed. If you delete these files, and decide to install a demo, then the demo will have no more specific css. The demo will not work properly.

We recommend using a full HD image of 1920 x 1080 as the theme will create the proper thumbs for the image so you do not have to worry about the site loading too slow due to the large image size.

The height from the site you exemplify is altered with custom css. It is not a theme default implementation but a customization. The lines as well. It is done custom, not using the default theme settings.

Well since we are not seeing this error on our end and no other user reported such an issue, I think it’s safe to say the error is not in the theme but rather on your end.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

This depends on whether the plugin has a shortcode integration or not. If it has a shortcode implementation then use the plugin shortcode inside a do_shortcode function of WP like so:
<?php echo do_shortcode ('your plugin shortcode here'); ?>
And place the function in the loop-single files or the single-tempalte files: https://www.screencast.com/t/WYWW3iNx8 depending on where the get_title function is called. Then you can place the code above the get_title code.

Depending on the post style that you use, the featured image will be shown on all pages or not.
Unfortunately you cannot change this default behavior. It can only be done through customization. Unfortunately there is no simple solution I can provide in this regard.

Unfortunately the smart lists will ignore article ads. The simplest way to place ads inside the smart list are to place the ad code inside the content. Smart list 6 has an ad spot in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/bRFC0A35J but if you want multiple ads, you will have to place them inside the content.
