Unfortunate you seem to have a pretty complicated category structure. Unfortunately I cannot answer this question until I can see the categories and sub-categories system you have in place. You had the same issue with the travel category not showing up under the more category in the mega menu so there is clearly something going on with the category structure. Do you use any category sorting plugins. If you do, please remove them as they can cause such issues. If not, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a wp-admin so we can login and investigate the issue. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.

1. Unfortunately our theme ad system works across the whole site. It cannot activate or deactivate an ad for specific posts/pages. You will have ti use an ad plugin for such functionality. You can try adrotate for example

2. Well the file gets replaced so any at all customization to the theme files will have to be re-added. Please always make a back-up of your modifications as the theme files get replaced and you will have to re-add the modification after each update.
There is no update proof method of altering the theme files unfortunately

And what is the more on your main menu? how is it set up? The ‘travel’ needs to be a sub-category of the ‘more’ category in order for it to show up. Unfortunately I cannot access your site as it provides an internal server error. Are you sure only travel is missing and not any other ones? Please check your menus section again

In order to add a custom widget to a category page you will need to edit the category template files here: https://www.screencast.com/t/i7Vc3Zah This will add the tickertape on all categories that use the template you edit. If you want to add it on specific category pages you should use a wordpress function and wrap the code in a condition like for example:
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_category/
if(is_category( 'test' )){your code here}
This code will only affect the test category

The themes have different blocks and modules. The visuals are different as we tried not to make a copy of newspaper. We tried to make each theme as unique as possible. Unfortunately the elements are not compatible from one theme to another. Newspaper and Newsmag rely on visual composer while ionMag has our own custom made page builder. Sorry but they are not compatible one with the other. Ionmag premium will feature more blocks, more headers, more settings, etc. But let;s not make this forum about ionMag as this forum is destined for newspaper. You should limit access to such people 🙂
I;m not sure exactly what is going on with oyur block settings but you should start from the top. Make sure each post is in it;s proper category and check the category parents from the category section of wordpress. Next, check the blocks on the homepage and see if the settings for them had been changed. You can use this guide to see what each setting does: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
Unfortunately you are the one that has to investigate as we have no idea of how the site/blocks were set before the ‘gnomes’ came in.

The difference is because block 4 does not use module 4. A block is a container for 1 or more modules but the numbers do not match. Please use this section to figure out which block uses which module: https://www.screencast.com/t/ja4MN2l6Kb8i
You cna also use the browser inspector to see the module sin a block as they have classes with the module name

As for the reviews, our theme review system was built for posts only. It is not present on pages because the review system was not built with pages in mind. sorry. You will have to search for a plugin that can provide such options.

You have a problem in your custm css box. Please check the code above this one as it could not be closed properly. Please remove all the other code and only leave this one. Alternatively provide a picture of the full css in your box and I will tell you what is wrong with it. The red X on line 12 warns you of errors.

1. You do not need to hire anyone to install it as you can simply use this guide for free:) : https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/ or https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

2. Unfortunately our theme does not support RTL language. You can translate it to Arabic and you can change the wordpress language to Arabic as well and the general direction will be reversed. Unfortunately our theme elements will require customization in order to position properly in rtl . For this it is recommended to hire a developer if you do not have the coding skills necessary.

It’s not that we do not ‘feel like answering’ but since we have not tested the plugin there is little insight I can provide. We have no idea of the plugin implementation or code. It could work or it could not. I can’t say for sure. If it’s a free plugin you should test it out with a bit of trial and error and see if it works or not.
