Hi,

The main content area is 1068 px. The extra margins on the left provide the extra space http://screencast.com/t/iMKG7grx
If this is what you want to achive, shrinking the extra space without affecting the main content, then it can be possible as it will not influence the theme elements. Most users want to change the main content area. If 1068 px is fine for you, you can simply use this code to get rid of the extra space:
.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap{
width: 1068px;
}

But now there won’t be any space left or right of the content: http://screencast.com/t/J4ZUiQiiS and of course it will need adjusting for a responsive layout as it will show like this on desktop but on other screen sizes it will also need adapting.

Thank you!

hello,

The top element with the boxes is a big grid element This can be added or removed on any page using visual composer. Please take a bit of time to learn how to edit a page and how to add, remove and set your blocks in visual composer. Here is a brief guide on how to use the plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guxT8HgCBFo&index=2&list=PL6CsDkMaejhqHDywTTazZ-qpBzB8kFSfT and please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ and this one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Hi,

On the main theme you can see the shortcode in visual composer when you create an ad box. You can see it in the code as well http://screencast.com/t/7eSMFhgfAYle but it;s simpler to create and box and place the ad you want in it and take a look at the shortcopde in classic mode: http://screencast.com/t/SrqijWYz85http://screencast.com/t/5OzT24ZMcNQ

Thanks.

Hello,
This issue can be easily overcome by simply disabling the lazyload animation if you cannot do anything about the js conflict. Now your images will get the opacity of 1 from the start. But other parts of the theme could break. I cannot explain how the background works exactly as it’s a complex element. Please check these 2 files: http://screencast.com/t/SGcYeQGgJ and http://screencast.com/t/xg6iBeSliqlx
Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately the mobile theme does not have any options to remove the footer about us section. It can be done however using a custom css code:
.td-mobile-footer-wrap .td-footer-description{
display:none;
}

Add this code in the theme panel->custom css box.

Thank you!

Hi,
It seems to work just fine: http://screencast.com/t/3BJuYlbMJ4h7
You did not clear the cache after you added the code. Or there is a caching on your server you did know about or forgot it was there. The menu item has already changed color on your site.
Thanks

Hello,

1) please provide a link to your site so I can inspect the footer and see if there is a css work-around. There is no setting for this.

2) There are no settings for your requests regarding the header. You cannot move things around. It can be done but only with custom modifications which we cannot provide. Please hire a freelancer if you require customization services as the theme support does not cover custom modifications. We try to help out where we can but only if the modification is not too time=-consuming. This one however will require quite a bit of time and effort as the header is a very complex part of the theme.

3) same as 1)…link please.

Thanks.

Hello,

The error you are getting does not point to the theme. Please contact your host and let them know about the errors. It is a WordPress database error, not a theme error. Please make sure your wordpress is up and running properly with no errors before using the theme.

Thank you!

Well the demo you chose has no background on the titles. It has been removed from the code. A transparent background has been added so there is no standard background to color anymore. This can be removed if you want by deleting this code: http://screencast.com/t/W86zFWpE24y1
Now you will have colored block titles.

Thank you!

Hello,
The lazyload animation is the first to break on plugin conflicts or any js error. It could be a custom code in the theme or the child theme or a cdn server or an optimization tool. It can be a large number of causes for the lazyload to break.
Thank you!

Hello,

The travel demo uses the image a bit differently. It is added as a background image on a row. You can change it like so: http://screencast.com/t/p1ZTlcTXLy

Hello,
Unfortunately you cannot make the menu the same color as the categories automatically. There is no such detect added. The menu does not ‘know’ by default what color you add to your categories. Please provide a link to your site and I will provide the code to change the hover colors on the menu.
Thank you!
