Hello,
Yes you can reinstall the theme without problems. The activation code is saved in the database so the theme files can be deleted and re-uploaded as many times as you want or need.
Thank you!

Hello,
You can use the theme on a testing site without problems. There is no restriction on sub-domain testing sites. The envato license states the theme can only be used on one end-product, but a testing platform is no end-product, so there is nothing to worry about. You can install the theme and use it.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately we have no solution for it as the tool is created by envato, not us. Sorry. You can maybe open a ticket on their support for a solution as they are the devs and can provide answers to why this happens.
(we also recommend FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/)
Thank you for your message!

Hi,
It will still work in sidebar.php but the one from the wp-booster folder in our case: http://screencast.com/t/HpXCl3pXzb
It will not work in sidebars created in visual composer though(2/3 + 1/3 column layout) but on pages you can add it with a single image element.
Thank you!

Hello,
Usually css issues are caused by plugin incompatibility. Please try to disable all your plugins excerpt visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check your 404 page again.
If the problem is still there without plugins please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it.
Thank you!

Hello,
You cannot access that area because there is no such area. The text is part of the image itself: http://screencast.com/t/LgHLJUAvwlD

Hi,
You can use this custom css but you will also have to adapt it to the blocks you use as it also impacts the big grid category titles (it positions them inline with the title)

.td-post-date, .entry-title{
display:inline!important;
}
.td-post-date{
background-color:red!important;
color:white!important;
}

Thank you!

Hello,
For the second website it seems to be working now, but not for your own. Please follow this guide to properly set-up your website for facebook sharing: https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please extend the post limit of your block 15 in the sidebar as you have more content on the left column than on the right: http://screencast.com/t/ppWyO7kDP or add another block in the 1/3 section (right of the page) so it can fill in the space.
Thank you!

Hello,
This is how the sidebars were set up by our dev team. It was their choice to have them created from there. I will add your suggestion to our list of updates and pass this info on to the development team.
Thank you for your suggestion.

Hi,
If you want to make the blocks show post views on pages, then you need to hard-code it as the theme has no option for it.
Please follow this topic to see how it can be done: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/post-views-on-hompage/
Thank you!

Hi,

Try it out and see. I have provided the css code above if you want to test this, but it will not work as you expect. There will be other elements that break as our theme and all it’s elements need the fixed width on which it was built.
If you really want to have some elements full width, why not create them like so in visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/CfU141YH99 and remove the sidebar. You can add elements to a 2/3 + 1/3 layout to look exactly like a sidebar.

Thank you!

Hi,
It can be done but you have to edit the theme files. It cannot be done with css.
You will have to edit every module you want this to take place: http://screencast.com/t/9TvORJG3 and simply move the date code above the title code like so:
http://screencast.com/t/8hbAWpBBw2 it should look like this: http://screencast.com/t/NRVeY5VQP
Result: http://screencast.com/t/fY5JkjNppbR

Hello,

Unfortunately this was a design choice and you cannot get the category tag on blocks to receive the color from the theme panel. It can be done with customization and solid php knowledge, but we have no easy solution for it. You will need to hire some help if you really need this customization.

Thank you for your message.

Hello,
I have tested this on my end again but it still works as expected. Please make sure you save your changes and update your post. If certain settings from the back-end do not apply on your end, please try to increase your system status parameters by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can also test this without any plugins to rule out any conflicts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello Damian,
If the translations in the theme panel are not changed, then please try this on a wp-default theme to see if the issue originates from the theme or the plugin. We have no reports of such an issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hi,
If you set it to width 100% it will get the width of the container. The standard container for a post with sidebar is 696px. This is the default featured image size.
Thank you!

Bogdan B.

Hi,

I’m not sure what causes the issue, but you can use this css to position it properly:

@media (max-width:767px){
.menu-top-container{
display:block!important;
}
}

Thanks.

Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. It’s most likely a plugin conflict that interferes with the css.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello,

The theme only offers the ad spots from the theme panel. Please understand that any other ad placement you want will have to be made custom and coding skills will be required. For the standard ads from the panel, there are options to hide ads on particular viewports: http://screencast.com/t/iICtxBzkK
If you want to place ads besides the website you need to add them in header.php and then use css to position them with a (fixed position) and hide them for tablet portrait and mobile using media queries.
For example:
You can use a do_shortcode function to add your banner to the site. You can use one of the custom ad spots for it: http://screencast.com/t/XPYCo8hdzn
Then you can target it with css for positioning:
.td-a-rec-id-custom_ad_1{
position:fixed!important;
left:0;
top:300px;
z-index:99999
}

You can repeat this fort the right side ad.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,

You can use this css, but do so on your own risk :
.postid-219 .td-main-content{
padding-right: 8px!important;
padding-left: 8px!important;
}

I have not provided this solution before as we never recommend changing the site width. This causes elements to not position properly anymore. You will have top be careful with the content position now, and keep track of this modification so if something does not position properly on your smartlist, you will know the cause.
You will need the post id to apply the change only to the specific posts you want. You can get the id like so:

Hi,

If you want to have comments show up on your modules and have the same design to them as on posts, you need to replace this function: http://screencast.com/t/QEk6UMFZ4lv
with this one:

 function get_comments() {
        $buffy = '';
        if (td_util::get_option('tds_p_show_comments') != 'hide') {
            $buffy .= '<div class="td-module-comments">';
                $buffy .= '<a href="' . get_comments_link($this->post->ID) . '"><i class="td-icon-comments"></i>';
                    $buffy .= get_comments_number($this->post->ID);
                $buffy .= '</a>';
            $buffy .= '</div>';
        }

        return $buffy;
    }

Then you need to use this custom css:

.td-module-comments a{
color:black!important;
background-color:white!important;
}
.td-module-comments a:after{
display:none!important
}

This will be the result: http://screencast.com/t/arnMILyO
This will apply to all the modules as they all use the same function to get comments.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,
If you changed the theme, how can I see the errors? I do not understand exactly what the problem is. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look at these problems so we can provide an answer. Please provide admin rights and please provide as many details as to how visual composer is not working. Also include a link to this topic so we can identify you!
Thank you!

Hello,
As you can see on the 2 elements on your page, the images behave differently on responsiveness due to the travel class applied, but the problem you have on desktop is not related. It has too much height. The aspect ratio is not appro[riate for this type of wide element. Please change the aspect ratio of your image. For example our image from the travel demo uses this dimensions: http://screencast.com/t/YTG3lhsDr, yours has a different aspect ratio so the image does not position properly: http://screencast.com/t/416CFjAaloaG
Make your image wider (reduce the height) by editing it in a photo editor.
Thank you!
