Unfortunately, them does not have any such an option for it, sorry! You can try using the AdRotate plugin for that because that software seems to have a lot of functionality and allows you to add some custom conditions. -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/ Some of our customers used that plugin and they have been declared satisfied.

If you want to replicate a created page to another website, you need to take the shortcodes from code editor and paste it into a new page. If you want to achieve the same results, on the new website you will need to have the same theme such that your shortcodes to be recognized and rendered.

If you want to remove it, you will need to edit your main menu from Menus in Theme panel and remove this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gHqMnXuZAS If you set up the mega menu functionality for the main menu item, you should not have submenu items under this. Remove it, save the menu and check the results.
