1)If you want to create a custom Ad using the 4 images, I will suggest you create a banner composed of those 4 images. Another alternative would be to use the Ad Rotate plugin for that.

I have checked your website and I saw that you have changed the version of WPBackery -> https://www.screencast.com/t/a3fhKVEClPfA Also, I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which might affect the theme functionality and also, the functionality of this plugin. After that, if the problem persists, please remove all of these plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. I have made some tests with the latest version of the theme and with WPBAckery 6.0.2 and it seems to return good results.

If you will edit your homepage with TD Composer you will see that at the first element from the page is a homepage Post which takes a post with Featured image and display it in that format. Please note that each of our blocks uses a module. In the case of Block 13, is used the module 14 which has a certain style. So, if you want to use the Flex Block, it is needed to customize it from the panel settings in TD Composer. As an example, I have created one for you which looks similar to Block 13.
