Please notice that all of the simple Big Grids have a fixed width and all of these cannot be stretched. Only Big Grid full can be stretched in ROW. As a quick fix, you can try using the code below and change the width fix to auto.

Unfortunately, we cannot replicate this behaviour. Also, if you want some deeper investigation about this case, you need to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel access. Before this, you need to make a full backup to your database, disable all of the untested plugins and remove all of the additional customizations to avoid any interferences in the theme.
