Please keep in mind that the theme is fully tested and compatible with Visual Composer 5.0.1 which come bundled with the latest version of the theme which is Newsmag 3.3. If you are suing some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch or create a new sub-domain only with the required plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. For them updating, use the FTP method because this is the surest and safe way in this regard.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to use more than one menu for your website, sorry! Please keep in mind that is not a simple task and involves some additional customization in order to achieve as you wish. If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

If you want to hide the featured image on the post, you should use the post template style 7 which do not display the featured image on the post or you can use a bit of CSS code to hide it. For example, you can try the code below ->

Regarding on your second request, please keep in mind that we do not recommend to increase or decrease the size of this thumb because you can damage the theme layout. If you are unhappy with this post template, you should change it with another one.

We have not made any tests with newsmag for the moment. We did add PHP 7 compatibility with our newspaper theme and both themes share the same core. There is a slim change PHP 7 will not work with newsmag as well, but I cannot say for sure at the moment. We will run tests and add compatibility for it in the next theme update.

Otherwise, if you are using the default theme version, on mobile, the sidebar will appear at the bottom of each page. Do you are using the mobile theme for your side? As you can see, the td_config.php is not overwritten in the child theme and unfortunately, it does not exist any other way in this regard, sorry!

Unfortunately, the Polylang plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme’s behavior with this type of plugins and therefore we cannot recommend using this because we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry! You should try and check the result. Also, we do not know if any multilanguage plugin will affect or not the permalinks translation. Froom what I know, all of these will only affect the content.

Please keep in mind that our theme allows you three way of theme updating as you can see in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ The surest and safe way of theme installing is FTP and we recommend to update your theme through this method. Notice that when a new theme version was released you will receive a notification on email.
Regarding on your second request, I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems regarding on your images. All of these seems to work as expected. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. If you are using other untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only tested plugins and rule out any conflicts. Please keep in mind that our theme has not been changed in this regard and it should be the same for your both website because is the same theme. I guess that your differents come from your additional customizations which you have made through your website. So, if you want to achieve the default theme behavior you should make a new clean install from scratch, without any additional customization and custom code, clear all your caches and check the results.
