Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to change the /page/ from your URL, sorry! This thing is not handled by our theme. If you want to do that, you should try to find some plugins which has this functionality and see how will work for you.

If you want to remove the theme via Filezilla, please notice that you should simply delete de theme folder which contains all the theme’s core files. I have checked again and indeed, the ad on the bottom of the sidebar still not working. It is strange because the ad on the top of the sidebar is working fine. Please try to check your Ad code and change the ad with another one and check the results. Probably, the Google Adsense is broken and that’s why it is not displayed. Also, please contact the Google Adsense, tell the problem because they should be able to provide a more accurate response because as you can see, the theme displays the Adsense. Also, you can try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme packet and cause a lot of unknown issues. If you are using the Jetpack plugin, you should disable the Photon plugin because this is a more problematic one and cause a lot of issues.
If is not what you mean, provide some useful screenshots to explain your problem.

Please keep in mind that is too hard to replicate your problem on my side…you should leave the issue at your website so I can inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. You should make again this changes at your theme code because the td_module_single_base.php has been overwritten with the latest update and you have lost this modification, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/ZLpN8kmz Please keep in mind that at each update if you do not use the child theme and if the files which are changed cannot be written in child theme, you will lost all of your modifications and then you should make them again.
