You can also try by doing a fresh install of WordPress, then try to install the theme and check if the problem persist.

Please try to disable all the active plugins except Visual Composer and try again. This could be from a plugin conflict.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you use and try it again. Also, you should try to regenerate all your images with Thumbnail regeneration plugin and test it again. If you want to have a full image in your header container, it is necessary to choose a correct size of image otherwise, you will have a free space in your header. The size of the container is 1021*130 px.

Unfortunately, the format video works only for YouTube, Vimeo, Daylimotion video. Not work for self-hosted video but you can find the video support for video format here: http://screencast.com/t/yLS6ixAygT and try to add your videos using the same method. If you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard, please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

That sticky post will appear on all of the blocks that you are used in website and contain this post.
