Hi Calin,

now it`s working – I deactivated al plugins without tagdiv. Mobile version was okay and the problemms with the gallery are also soleved. I only actived additionallly the WP Bakery Page Builder, Iframe and All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly. An I updated Newspaper Theme 😉

sory, that cant be: The solution is to buid the website complety new??? That would mean to build more than 100 pages and 450 posts for www.cadzand-online.de completly new - you cant be serious… There has to be a migration tool to transfer automatically content and layout from one page builder to the other page builder. Or do you take over the costs for these manual works? I bought the Newspaper theme among other things because of the integration of the plugin WP Bakery Page Builder. Best regards Michael

I used the Standard-Gallery of WP Bakery Page Builder on the Websites. Also on the Mainpage – as you see: the startpage is not visible…What do you mena with “resave” the page? Hi, sorry but your reply is not really complete: As I mentioned – the website http://www.nieuwvliet-online.de is not running with php 8.4 – the live version is running only running with php 7.1. But the sister page http://www.cadzand-online.de with also Newspaper theme is fine with php 8.4… so the problem is not really solved. Thanks for your support, best regards Michael

I have updated http://www.nieuwvliet-online.de on Newspaper v12.4 – but under php version 8.1 is still a white screen…

May it occurs by the php-configuration: max_execution_time : 30 – the execution time should be bigger than 60 if you plan to use the demos. To see how you can change this please check our guide here. max_input_vars : 1000 – the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise it can cause incomplete saves in the menu panel in WordPress. Is this right, that I can use one Newspaper license for two websites? Because my old license is not any more downloadable in my envato market account.

Sorry, that is not a real and satisfying solution. There has to be a migration tool or plugin to transfer from WPBakery to the tagdiv Builder – I should not be the only client with this problem. The website with affiliate marketing revenues was built up over years with newspaper theme and WPBakery which was included – and one argument to use the newspaper theme from tagdiv. It`s from the point of capacity or oeconomic not possible to reconstruct 120 pages with tagdiv totaly new. And I need a shortime solution – the website now is destroyed and we are missing revenues. Thank you!

sorry – I know that you have launched your own page builder. But this tool I dont want to use because I dont like your complicate navigation. And the WP Bakery is used by thousands users and not “old”. Am I understnading you right? I have to rebuild every page and every post of the website new? That would be crazy – because I have 500 post and 120 pages – that`s immpossible by capacity. Is there no automatication?

unfortunately iT´s not working – I`m not experienced in php. I used for the first time the NVU-Editor, copied the php-code from Pastebin (“RAW Paste Date”), saved on my computer, than uploaded the file in the described directory. The tag div composer is not installed…

But the effect is zero…please help.. the site has to be running again before the weekend..

as you proposed I have updated fully Newspaper Theme and Visual Composer to 5.2 – no – nothing is now anymore working!!!

As you can see there must something wrong with wp_booster/td_api.php and following other problem. And: In the Widgets-Dashboard: All sidebars are without content and are empty…
One Annonation: On my webserver are still the older versions of Newspaper theme – but signed with “-” or “X”…so they are not running…

Please help – we need the site running quickly again…if you need acces to the wp installation ore ftp please mail…

Okay, I understand and disabled the TG Composer – now the website is again okay…but just to say: I didnt use the TG Composer - but the plugin was activated automatically...didnt you check before launching the TD Composer occurring problems with the VC Composer?

A Tipp for the future: Please give to your clients an information in advance if you update the theme and you introduce a new plugin which will be automatically installed and also activated. It`s the second time in my case, that you change something in the theme and after an unknow time I checked that the website is not running well due to a new plugin launched by you.

Your theme is (fortunately) so powerfull, that not every client can check every function if it it`s running really well after an update by you…

soory, this answer is not satisfying – maybe there was a misunderstanding: I built up the website with the Visual Composer which was added/included in your Newspaper theme. All the rows and columns are correct defined by using the Visual Composer, single images were presented in columns with added capture text – I fear that your now launched TagDiv Composer is concurrency with the Visual Composer and destroying the original VC-layout after the update to the present newspaper version. I want to use the Visual Composer further – so please give me a tipp how to manage it…

thanks for the information – I have only one remaining question. When I migrate the content to the new wp-installation – do I have first the newspaper theme install before migration or afterwards the migration? Do BuddyBackup or UpdraftPlus also copy/clone/migrate the fully newspaper theme?

Hi, we have checked the problem. It was caused by the tagdiv Plugins woocomerce Label and invoice which we have installed from newspaper 6! They seems to be not compatible with the current version of newspaper 7.5…
