Unfortunately the “text with image”-element is not dynamical is a static element, you can add it on post templates, but the “text with image” will not change in function of post, if you want that you need to do it for each post manually ( but I don’t think this is what you want ); I think you want to have the feature image in the right and the post content in the left, or something like this; if is so you can chose from cloud library section single any template you like, and you can edit it if is need https://www.screencast.com/t/T6bn8uqx6i

Unfortunately to set the background color on specific/one post, this is possible only with custom css.
In order to do that you need to get the post id, just go in post and hover the title post https://www.screencast.com/t/5Cf6BVDe
