Unfortunately for the blockquote within comments it is need to use a custom css, something like this one:
.single .comment-content blockquote p {
font-family: 'Roboto', sans-serif;
font-size: 18px;
line-height: 24px;
font-weight: normal;
font-style: italic;
text-transform: inherit;
color: #4db2ec;
}
This code needs to be set in the theme panel > custom code > custom css.

The root path for Newsmag is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/single and edit the file that represents the post style you are using. If you are using the default post style – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/loop-single.php
Also, those changes can be set in a child theme that will have the same structure.
