Hi,
Can you do a quick test without the ALL in one SEO plugin to see if those problems are a conflict with the plugin?
Thank you!

Hello,
To see from where is coming the error you can enabled the debug (to set it on true in wp-config.php).
It is possible that after the last theme update to be some changes to this that now affects the categories, what I can recommend is to do resave permalinks, to make sure that you have enough wp-memory limit – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ and in case that the problem persist, you can even do a test with the previous plugin version.
Thank you!

Hi,
“And I need another help with the category page section category header color change. How to do that. https://prnt.sc/aULGynP4Ihln”
For the category block titles you can try this custom css:
.category .td-category-header .entry-title span{
color: white;
background: green;
}

The tagDiv Composer can be used on Newsmag only on page = https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/ the rest of templates and options are in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/SaLqRwt.png

Hi, I’m sorry if there is a missunderstanding!
I just checked the website and all the image dimensions that are displayed now are the same, like this one – https://i.imgur.com/AAXyd13.png
Now in case that the image normal size is 272×90 and after using an optimized plugin for images the image dimension is changed to a different size – 91×31, is not related to the theme, it’s related to the image optimize plugin.
What I can recommend in this case is that instead of compressing the images to just changed the format to webp.
Thank you!

Hi Birdie, I added this as a request on our list for Newsmag improvements and our developers will check it.
Thank you!

Hi,
1. I also asked the developer that was assigned that he had time to take a look over that task, but until now I didn’t got an answer, but since is assigned it should be done for the next update.
2. Thank you for continuing to helping us to improve the theme!
Yes, you can start a report topic as you mentioned, also you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com
3. Indeed, the alt is html hardcoded in the theme files – https://i.imgur.com/MzSRT5C.png normally this should take the video title and add it to the image alt, but the only think that I have in mine is that maybe the developer made it like this to have only a few requests. I added this one on our list and the developer assigned for checking the lazy video option will check this task.
Thank you for your time!

Hi merson, that section is referring to the latest articles and is coming from the page template – https://i.imgur.com/SAHBYCu.pnghttps://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-page-templates/ therefore it can be edited only with css, you can try this one for the category:
.page-template-page-pagebuilder-latest .td-pb-article-list .td-post-category{
color: black;
background: red;
}

This one for block title
.page-template-page-pagebuilder-latest .td-pb-article-list .block-title{
color: black;
background: red;
}

And this one for the read more –
.page-template-page-pagebuilder-latest .td-pb-article-list .td-read-more a{
color: black;
background: red;
}

The code should be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css – https://i.imgur.com/hTdVp8n.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Can you make a full backup for the website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin and cPanel access to investigate those problems?

Calin

Hi DJ Promotion, the mentioned situation are because the smallest thumb of image is 300×194 but the flex blocks you have are configurated on a place that provide under that width size per module, normally the thumb 300×194 should be used to display 2 modules side by side or 3 when the sidebar is not used.
For the logo the recommended size is 272×90 because this is the size that will display correctly on most of the theme header, but this will also be adjusted after the sticky menu width adjusted for logo.
Thank you!

Hi,
Most of the time when similar situations were reported was related to an object cache that was apply on the backend. Please check if you are using any cache for logged in users and if you are using object cache and disable/delete them and try again to see if the problem persists.
Thank you!

Hi,
This needs to be edited using the tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/c8E16W4.png

Hi i.zune13, this situation is because you are using the mobile theme plugin and this removes the content from pages because this is usually made with shotcodes from builders. Now the most simple solution if you want to have the responsive version on mobile is to disable the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, but in case that you want to use it only for posts and you do not have many pages, then you can manually disable the option from each page in part – https://i.imgur.com/TC9kXdy.png (this option is only for the Gutenberg editor) or if you want to keep it on pages then you’ll need to use the mobile editor from the bottom of pages to add content using only the options provided by this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/mobile-theme.png
I hope this will help you!

Hello,

1. I added some exceptions in the “Exclude CSS from Autoptimize” but until now the problem is the same, so for the moment if you are using featured video the option for aggregate inline CSS should not be used.

2. I am sorry for this situation, I and my colleagues are trying to do our best to help, but unforeseen situations also occur.
When a specific support colleague is mentioned (you did the same @Calin) he will try to answer, other colleagues will answer if he is busy with other tasks at the time.

3. I identified some file that needs to be checked by the developer wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_resources_optimize.php but I do not know for the moment how to fix it, in my option I think that the code should check if is a video post type and if is to skip minify that part. I tried to add back the css using some JavaScript, but is seems that is not working correctly.

Have a nice day!

Hi,
The only solution is to exclude those files (tagdiv_theme.min.js and js_files_for_front.min.js) from been minify by the cache plugin and CDN.
Thank you!

Hi alihassanfm, please understand that we can not help in the situation you are in with this license key. This was not used correctly!
I also checked for the aliflarefm99.kasur@gmail.com email requests that have been made and those are the results – https://i.imgur.com/sUodbHH.png so it appears that you tried lately to activate the theme with the mentioned license on 3 different domains, even if you say that you have only one!
If you really think that someone has stolen your license, although I don’t know if this this was the situation, please contact the envato support, they will check it too, only they can provide another license key, if what you are saying can be identified to be true.
Also, please understand that we can not provide further assistance for this request!
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
The situation looks like you have a cache plugin that is loading only the essential code and the rest of code is loading after the first interact with the website. Usually this type of “implementation” is used for getting a good pagespped score here – https://pagespeed.web.dev/
I inspected further and indeed there is a custom css (the one you provided and this is apply after you interact with the website).
My first suggestion is to check if the problem appears when you are logged in, if appears, then make a test using only tagDiv plugins and the main theme (not the child theme).
Let me know the results!

Hi Sudhin, this is because you have a header that is set as overlay and this is set over the page content so when you zoom the content becomes smaller and gets under the header. The best and fastest solution is to change the header zone position from overlay to default – https://i.imgur.com/J65cJ5L.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
Unfortunately that element can’t be override, sorry!
Only the elements from tagDiv Standard Pack can be overwritten in child theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thank you for your understating!

Hi Alex, indeed I confused the options. I just made some tests using your latest indications and indeed it’s like you mentioned.
I checked the code and I saw that the problem is that the css that is making “AGGREGATE INLINE CSS” is from inside an iframe and this will no longer apply on it because the css can’t apply on elements inside an iframe.
For the theme situation what can be done is to try to inject the css in iframe using a javascript or jquery but this is not easy. I will make some research and try to come back with a solution.
Thank you!

Hi monema, the hooks that you are try to use are not working because on your product page you are using cloud templates that can be edited using the tagDiv Composer and those a different from standard woo shortcodes. What you can do is to remove the add to cart button by editing the template with tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/q333Xxt.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/YHlLR2F.png
Thank you for your understanding!
