Hi,
Could you please confirm whether the filter is applied on the homepage?
Also, please let me know which blocks you would like the filter to affect and what the expected results should be for each block. This will help me better understand the intended behavior.
If possible, could you also re-provide temporary access to the website so I can review the setup? I will check the configuration and get back to you with an update on the situation.
Thank you.

Hi,
Yes, you can create any kind of call to action. This is essentially just a section that you can build according to your needs. Simply drag a Row or Inner Row to the place where you want to create the call to action, set up the number of columns you need, and then add the elements you want—such as images, text, buttons, or blocks https://prnt.sc/aHKv5v-GIk4j

Hi,
We are referring only to this specific topic. Initially, the problem was that the page had been imported/created, but when you tried to view it, no content was displayed. This issue has now been resolved, and the content on the page is visible: https://opinandosinanestesia.es/pruebashome/
As far as I remember, the problem was related to some custom code in the child theme.

Hi,
Please edit the page that contains the blank space using tagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/h_eytb726VuP
Scroll down to the section with the empty columns. It should look similar to this:
https://prnt.sc/VI8eMxuDH38p
Move your mouse over the empty column until you see ROW. Hover over it, then right-click and choose Delete from the menu.
Alternative ways to remove it:
– click on Row and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
– click and hold the Row, then drag it to the bottom-right red box (the delete area) to remove the element – https://prnt.sc/MdsxTH4RbnFe
Thank you!

Hi,
There is no need for extra steps, only go to the Settings > Reading and select the page that has been made for the homepage – https://prnt.sc/Q-I1fdQZ7Cui

Hi,
Unfortunately, there are no options for this.

Hi,
I just tested on my install and it seems to be working correctly – https://prnt.sc/Q5PTCqjKhpM2. Could you please do a test using only the theme, theme plugins, and the WP Bakery? Also, if you have a child theme, set the main theme during the tests.
Thank you!

Hi,
That is the Video element which displays results from YouTube, most likely from your YouTube channel. It simply pulls the information directly from YouTube and displays it on the website as it is provided there.
If you want to make changes to the videos or their information, those changes need to be made on the YouTube channel itself. After that, when the website makes the next API request to YouTube, the updated video information will automatically be reflected on your site.
Thank you!

Hi,
To set that page as homepage, you need to go to Settings > Reading and select for the static page that page – https://prnt.sc/Q-I1fdQZ7Cui https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/

Hi,
For this, you can use the element call to action. You can set it in any place and just replace the text and button text and set a link on it – https://prnt.sc/TqfI2SjpXuKV or you can also import a section from teh cloud for a call to action that contains text, images and buttons https://prnt.sc/lmA44HYtswU5

Hi,
Unfortunately, I’m not sure I fully understand your question.
The theme element pulls content from YouTube based on the source that has been set. For example, if a channel is selected as the source, the element will automatically display videos from that channel. The content is refreshed automatically (usually once per day) to include the latest videos from that source.
If you could provide more details about what you are trying to achieve, I would be happy to help further.
Thank you!

Hi,
Maybe I didn’t understand your request correctly, but you cannot insert an image gallery directly inside a block. Instead, you can create a section with an image gallery, which means adding a row that will contain the gallery.
To do this, edit the page using tagDiv Composer. From the left sidebar, select Cloud, then search for Gallery. After that, import the gallery layout you want. It will be added at the bottom of your page, and you can simply drag and place it wherever you want on the page.
Alternatively, you can use a dedicated gallery plugin that provides shortcodes. In that case, create the gallery using the plugin, copy the shortcode, and then add it to your page using the Shortcode element in tagDiv Composer where you want the gallery to appear.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, the provided image is unclear, but I believe you are referring to this section: https://prnt.sc/XRGFT1dxrIYA.
If that’s the case, those are empty columns. However, in the CSS tab they have top and bottom spacing applied, which is why you are seeing that extra space.
What you can do is remove those rows for now. If needed, you can always add them again later from the tagDiv Composer sidebar.
Thank you!

Hi opinandosinanestesia ,
I just checked the page https://opinandosinanestesia.es/pruebashome/, and this looks ok. Could you let me know the problems/issues you have with it?

Hi mariohh,

If you migrated from a different theme to our theme, it is possible to see shortcodes from the previous theme, as those shortcodes are not recognized by our theme.
However, if you were already using our theme and everything was displaying correctly before, but now you only see shortcodes, this is usually related to the theme plugins that are no longer installed or enabled.
Please check the required plugins by going to Newspaper → Plugins and make sure they are installed and activated. In most cases, this issue is related to the following plugins:
tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library. In some cases, it may also be related to: tagDiv Opt-In Builder, tagDiv Standard Pack
Once the required plugins are installed and activated, the content should display correctly again.

Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, we have not tested the WP Obituary plugin with our theme, so we cannot confirm how it works or how it should behave when used together with our theme. Because of this, we’re not able to provide support for issues related specifically to that plugin. We recommend contacting the plugin’s author for further assistance.
Our theme includes its own frontend builder called tagDiv Composer, which can be used to edit pages and Cloud Templates. With it, you can customize rows, blocks, and other elements used across pages and templates.
Thank you!

Hi,

1. Regarding the drop in rankings and the “Crawled – currently not indexed” message
If this is a relatively new website, fluctuations in rankings and indexing can happen, especially after major changes like switching themes. When you install a new theme, the structure, layout, HTML markup, and sometimes even the internal linking or metadata can change. Because of this, Google may need to re-crawl and re-evaluate the pages, which can temporarily affect rankings or indexing.
Also, if the previous theme included specific layouts, schema markup, or internal links that helped Google understand the site, those elements may not exist in the same form in the new theme. In that case, Google will treat the pages as updated content and reprocess them, which may take some time before rankings stabilize again.
The message “Crawled – currently not indexed” usually means Google has already crawled the page but has not yet decided to include it in the index. This is fairly common for new or recently changed pages, and indexing can take some time.
Since you mentioned that:
– your sitemap and robots.txt are correctly configured
– your hosting environment is clean
– the site was recently changed
it is most likely that Google simply needs time to re-crawl and reindex the site after the theme change.

2. Setting the Blog page with our theme
With our theme, the blog can be configured in two different ways:
Option 1 – Use the demo layout
You can use the category layout that comes with the demo. In that case, the page will display posts from a specific category using the theme’s custom design.
Option 2 – Use the default WordPress posts page
If you want a page that automatically displays your latest posts, you can set it from the WordPress settings:
Go to: Dashboard → Settings → Reading
Then, under “Your homepage displays”, select the page you want to use as the blog in the “Posts page” field. Example: https://prnt.sc/krjZvnt_oQX_

Thank you!

Hi,
If you have the Newspaper theme version 12.7.5 and the classic editor plugin installed, the mentioned column for the sidebar should no longer be displayed – https://prnt.sc/dPpvumtqkk0B. Just make sure that all cache is clear, no object cache is applied. Another solution will be to try with a different browser, where there is no cache on the browser for the website.

Hi,
The YouTube playlist is working – https://prnt.sc/pGjIJaGthkwD. Right now I see that you have set it to grab info from Username and Channel ID and the source is set on Channel ID, so this is the one from videos that are added to the plailyst https://prnt.sc/UIFZqJEe4Cm4

Yes, using tagDiv Composer, get an image element and drag it there, then change/select teh image you want to use, and if you want, set a link on it.

Calin

Hi,

The post loop elements are special blocks that are used on pages for layouts and on cloud templates. Those are special because on cloud templates those are displaying the articles related to teh template where we are set. For example, if it is set on a cloud category template, even if the post loop element does not have a filter, it will automatically filter the correct output for each category in the part using that cloud category template.
If you like the liberty to set teh filter, use the flex blocks and grids, not the post loop element.
Thank you!

Hi,
When the theme panel option is enabled, you can navigate the website using the keyboard, including page scrolling. This feature is recommended for WCAG conformance. A red circle highlights the element you are interacting with, showing your current position, whether you are using the keyboard or clicking a link with the mouse.
