Hi,
You just ned to edit the page or cloud template with tagDiv Composer, add the popup element https://prnt.sc/dDRjJJtGGR_Y and you have 2 options you can display a page or a custom code set with html – https://prnt.sc/vzIEr84R6ImN to trigger it. Check the settings from the Triggers tab https://prnt.sc/X9BhslyuaE4Y you can trigger it from a button, page load, course, or scrolling.

Hi,
There is no link on our forum to renew support, as this can only be done through your ThemeForest account. Please refer to the following guide for instructions:
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extend-or-renew-Item-Support
If you have a license key with a valid support period, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following details so we can investigate the issue you are experiencing after the theme update:
– your license key
– temporary wp-admin access
This will allow us to check the situation and assist you more efficiently.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, Newsmag does not have this kind of option, this can be done only if you edit the theme files and set the theme in a child theme.

Hi,
Could you please provide a link to the website? Is this a new or old site, and you just changed the theme? Do youuse any SEO plugin, usually those create sitemaps that are used by GSC to index the website. Also, if this is a new site, there will need to be some time to be entirely indexed.
Also, the demo you are using alredy have a block pages, that can be diedt with tagDiv Composer, select teh block and check teh filter tab of the blog, should be set on all categories and the sort on lates (this is how blogs works, but if you want to display only articles from a category, then you can create teh category blog and set it in the filter)

Hi,
Thank you for screenhost.
1. You have a flex block and you have set a negative top margin for meta info https://webccenter.com/ruralnet/wp-content/uploads/temp/bottom-align.jpg so all info from meta will startfrom the position you have set it (-265px). What I will recommend is to replace the element with a grid, use the big grid flex 1 – https://prnt.sc/x790b8oOr1wJ
2. https://webccenter.com/ruralnet/wp-content/uploads/temp/carousel_scrool.jpg There is only the option for load more button https://prnt.sc/UvVDdHcAcOS5
3. The problem with the next prev icons is related to some css that is apply onver the theme icons https://prnt.sc/t29087sxYucr if is not a custom css added to set the font family, then check the seeting relate dto teh pagination on that block with tagDiv Composer.

Hi,
This can be done similarly to how it is done for articles.
First, you need to create the single CPT template you’ll use with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library – https://prnt.sc/dv0qKGKTCBuf then set one as global and on CTP you want an individual template from the frontend do this, open from top bar the cloud template adn select teh one you want on that CPT (click on name to become green this means taht the template is assigned individual on that cpt – https://prnt.sc/5nMcocEvyZIx)

Hi,

1. If you have the demo installed, then the same single post template should be used, “Single Post Template – Free News”. Also, make sure that you are not using the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin.

2. Use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage, select any element and after that from the left sidebar, you select the mobile viewport, then select the menu element – https://prnt.sc/dJV0CGbkkWbU, and you can edit the page ase as you would the menu. Or if you want, you can simply remove that element and add the menu element – https://prnt.sc/mYRxWJ3nI0Xt

Hi,
If you are referring to this section – https://prnt.sc/jYhWE0YHJwiC, then you need to know that it is not coming from the theme, which is added by an extra plugin, I think it is from the Jetpack plugin – https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/
You can also use the theme option for this, edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer, add a flex block and in the filter set it to filter the articles after single-related by category https://prnt.sc/On9kJ6e0-1Zs

Hi,
Yes, that is the accessibility feature from the theme and it can be enabled/disabled from the theme panel > template settings > accessibility – https://prnt.sc/oSQsfT2Ng26S
Thank you!

Hi,
Yes, this is possible, but it will be need to create your own module with the module builder and set it on pages using teh Flex Block Builder. Create the layout as you want for your module and use the element Module Categories/Taxonomies, this element can display categories, taxonomies, and tags.

Hi,
I was going to check it, but the temporary link to access the website has expired. If you could provide a new one or extend the old one (via email), I will check it.

Hi,
For this is can be used the pop-up element from tagDiv Composer, which has more settings on it, and this can be scheduled to pop-up elements that can be set as calls to action https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/

Hi fwoedit,
The key used for this account is from a theme purchased on 2016-10-26, and the support period expired on 2017-04-26. Since then, the support has not been renewed.
Even so, we’ve continued to help with different issues over the years, including now, almost 9 years later. Normally, support requests are available only with an active support period or a valid license.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
Ok, so it appears that the FlyingPress is a cache plugin and this applies lazyload on images and I think it also applies a delay, so please check the plugin settings https://docs.flyingpress.com/en/articles/11406701-delay-all-javascript

Calin

Hi,
The theme has an element for popups you can check how this can be set and used by checking our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
Thank you!

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,
Please check if this situation appears when you are logged in. From what I see, the page is using the standard block 14 from tagDiv Standard pack, so make sure that the cache plugin is not interfering with it (ususlay is related to css and js options from the cache plugin)

Hi,
Usually, when you see shortcodes on your website when you are logged in, it is because one of the theme plugins is not installed. The theme plugins can be installed from Newsmag > Plugins.
TagDIv Composer should be installed and enabled and in case you still see shortcodes in the sidebar of pages/articles, please install the plugin tagDiv Social Counter.
Thank you!

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,
When you see shortcodes, it is related to a plugin that is not installed; it can be related to the tagDiv Opt-in plugin. Please go to Newspaper > plugins, install and activate the plugin, clear the cache, and let me know the results.
Thank you!

Hi Vladimir, could you please share a few more details about the issues you’re experiencing? It would also be helpful if you could include some screenshots to illustrate the problems.

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme has not been tested with the FlyingPress plugin, so we cannot confirm whether it is fully compatible with the theme or what issues it might cause. Because of this, there is only limited support we can provide.
If the problem is related to CSS, we can certainly try to help. However, if the issue is more complex than that, we may not be able to assist further.
Could you please provide a link so we can check the situation?

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,
Could you please provide some screenshots or a link where I can see the sidebar you are refering?
If is a single post template, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and using the theme builder, you can add/edit/remove the elements
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
What I can recommend is to check with tagDiv Standard package, as you can see the layout in Wayback Machine is similar to that you have now, only the header style is different.
