Hi,
Could you please let me know what looks duplicated?
2. That is a menu that is made under Appearance > menu as mentioned above https://prnt.sc/KZvCFuevCFI3, and it can be edited from there; you can add/remove elements from that footer menu.
In case you want to change the menu on the footer and no longer use that one, you can change it using tagDiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ https://prnt.sc/TfuAuv87W247

Hi be2name ,
I understand, you want that “sidebar back”, I will ask the developers to provide a hook that can be set in a child theme.

Calin

Hi,
Yes, it can be used, but I will suggest using the ACF plugin instead, because the Real Estate Plugin is hardcoded for that demo and you need to manually change the code in the plugin and adjust it according to your needs. By using ACF, you can create CPT’s, taxonomies and custom fields that can be used with the theme, you can create a cloud template and even modules and blocks for those

Hi,

If you like the content from this page: https://opinandosinanestesia.es/galeria-de-contacto/ and you want to add it to this page: https://opinandosinanestesia.es/pruebashome/ you can open each page in TagDiv Composer (in separate tabs). On the page you want to copy from, hover over the element and right-click on the row, then select Copy.
Next, go to the page you want that element and navigate to the area where you want to add the element. Right-click on the row in that area and choose a paste option (above or below that row).
The row from https://opinandosinanestesia.es/galeria-de-contacto/ will then be copied and pasted into https://opinandosinanestesia.es/pruebashome/

Hi,
I understand, if you want to give it another try, we can take a closer look. For this, you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary WP-admin access https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-create-temporary-login-for-wordpress-no-passwords/, include the link of this topic to identify you, and also provide some screenshots with teh block that is not rotating the articles when the random sort is set.
Thank you!

Hi Danizar, if you want to create a module for your website, you can use the module builder (those modules can be used on Flex Block Builder and Flex Loop Builder). This is easier than creating a classic module in code and you’ll avoid problems like the one you are facing now. If you want to create a simple module, you can use the example from here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/practical-example-how-to-add-a-new-block-and-module/

Hi,
Unfortunately, I don’t quite understand the question. Could you please provide some more details and maybe an example?
Thank you!

Hi Melissa,
If you use the element option to hide it then you can use the theme option to see in tagDiv Composer the elements that are hidden. Open a page in tagDiv Composer and select the manager, select the settings and enable the option Show hidden elements https://i.imgur.com/q8YV2ll.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
Please edit the page that contains the blank space using tagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/h_eytb726VuP
Scroll down to the section with the empty columns. It should look similar to this:
https://prnt.sc/VI8eMxuDH38p
Move your mouse over the empty column until you see ROW. Hover over it, then right-click and choose Delete from the menu.
Alternative ways to remove it:
– click on Row and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
– click and hold the Row, then drag it to the bottom-right red box (the delete area) to remove the element – https://prnt.sc/MdsxTH4RbnFe
Thank you!

Hi,
Right now, you set the old blog template. This applies when you set the blog under the wordpress settings – https://prnt.sc/L6mb44D9iEYM. When it’s set it no longer takes the demo style you have. Now the demo coaching pro when is installed alredy have a page blog that is adapted to the demo layout, indeed is set as a category, but this can be set as a normal page that will act like a blog, if you wnat I can set it for you, for this, please contact us via email and provide temporary wp-admin access https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-create-temporary-login-for-wordpress-no-passwords/ also, inlcude the link of this topic to identify you faster.
Thank you!

Hi,
As far as I know, this is not currently on our roadmap. However, could you provide a few more details about how you would like this plugin to work? With more information, my colleagues (the custom work department) could explore creating a custom solution for you.

Hi,
Unfortunately, we do not have any obituary plugin tested with our theme. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t work with the theme, it just means that we are not familiar with how that plugin functions, and we cannot provide support for it.

Hi,
I understand, but as I mentioned earlier, the best solution would be to use a database backup.
In your situation, if only the post has been affected, it may be related to the post template CSS from the single post template might be causing the issue. You could try switching to a different single post template to see if that resolves the problem.
Alternatively, the issue could be caused by CSS that was manually added to the post content when it was created. Unfortunately, in this case, I don’t have a guaranteed solution other than using a database backup.
Thank you!

Hi,

1. What can be done is to set a featured image that will be displayed on blocks and a different one in the article, so when the article is opened, the featured image will be displayed and the other one (for this, the featured image from teh article will be removed).

2. Currently, if there is no featured image, it will need to display an image as a placeholder; otherwise, the blocks will not look good – https://prnt.sc/o7UYYPEgqVIF

Hi,
To change the word search, you need to edit the homepage, select the search element, and log in to the general tab of the Header live search element for the text field – https://prnt.sc/Han4bJ6GIdC_. Change the text there – https://prnt.sc/_7GjxcuNPOeL

Hi,
If you want to use a gallery from the cloud, you can choose from those – https://prnt.sc/buCmeioZk04B in page will be imported at the bottom of the page and the images are set using the single image. Just select each image in part and change it – https://prnt.sc/QgZDlfrQz9Di

Hi,
If this situation is happening only when you are not logged in, then it is related to teh cache you are using.
Please do some tests, log in on the site, and see if, after refreshing the page a few times, the article has been changed or not (also, you could add a few more articles for better testing).
Another situation could be a plugin conflict, with an extra plugin interfering with the theme plugins.
Thank you!

Hi,
That is the footer menu and it can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can set anything you want in the footer, or if you want to change the text and links (only edit that menu), you can do it from dashboard > appearance > menu, select the footer menu that contains the menu you have now and edit it -https://prnt.sc/KZvCFuevCFI3

Hi,
This can be done globally using the theme panel > block settings > meta info on modules/blocks – https://prnt.sc/Gqkq89C2K4QB or specific only on that element with css, but it is recomanded the first option.
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
What you could check is the theme panel settings for the block headers; those options are on the path Newspaper > Theme panel > Theme colors > General theme color https://prnt.sc/x9vjTpLTPxiw
Thank you!

Hi,
Hmmm, do you not have a backup of the database or for the entire website? Related to the css, this depens were set. If it is set in the theme panel, it will be saved in a place, in the database. If it is with composer, in pages, it will be saved in the post/page in the database. If it is in the composer, depending on whether it is a page or a cloud template. But in your situation, I believe that a database backup will be the best solution.

Calin

Hi,
Yes, that’s how it works: when you import a block or a section from the code, it is placed at the end of the page in a row. To position elements on a page or a template, the row element is used, which can contain one or more columns.
Here’s an important detail: you cannot place a row inside another row directly. You can only move the elements from one row into another row. If you do need a row within a row, you can use the inner row element, which functions just like a regular row but is used inside columns.
Now, regarding elements imported from the cloud that come with their own row: these can be moved along with the row. This means you can drag and drop the entire row before or after another row.
If you want to move the imported elements into an already existing row, it’s best to first check whether the imported row includes an inner row. If it does, you can move this inner row into any column of the target row. You can do this using drag-and-drop or by copying and pasting it before or after a specific element.

I hope this helps!

Hi,

That element is a posts loop (https://prnt.sc/JkGvT-YJ4lwx), and it’s a special element different from the rest of the blocks. This one has an automatic filter—there are no manual filters like on the other elements. So, if you want a filter that you can set yourself, you’ll need to use a Flex Block 1, which can be configured for the exact layout you want.
I’ve just set up the Flex Block 1 for you. You can check it and set the filters as you need.

Hi,
If you are using the Newspaper theme, the content created with the theme can only be edited using the theme’s builder (tagDiv Composer). Elementor can be used only for creating and editing new pages, not for modifying the existing theme-built content.
Please note that we have tested Elementor only in its free version. The Pro version has not been tested on our side, so we cannot guarantee that it will work correctly with the theme.
Additionally, the issue you are experiencing might be caused by a plugin conflict. To check this, please run a test with only the main theme, the required theme plugins, and Elementor active.
Thank you!

Hi,
This situation appears when you are logging in. If not, then it can be related to some css/js settings from the cache/optimization plugin.
Thank you!
