tagDiv Composer is the theme builder and in it are all the theme options, if you disable it, all you’ll have will be an default theme from WordPress without extra option (blocks, elements, templates ….).

Hi mugambo_fm, please make sure that you have the latest theme and WordPress version (Newsmag v4.9.6 and WP 5.7 or grater). Also make sure that al theme requirements are set as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
If the problem is still there, please make a test and disable all plugins except tagDiv plugins to make sure that this is not a plugin conflict, also if you are using a child theme, disable it an use the main theme.

Hi itduck2020, if you made most of the website using WP Bakery, then it should still work, unfortunately, I can not say it will work 100%, but should work.

Hi jabad83, most of the time when this is happen is do to a plugin conflict most of the time from plugins that have object cache, also check on your host if you use object cache.

About the viemo problem, our developers made a quick fix, for this, pleas disable and delete tagDiv composer, after that reinstall it from Newsmag > Plugins then the vimeo should be ok.
Also I made few test for the reported problem on mobile, unfortunately I can not manage to reproduce it, for me is look like this https://i.imgur.com/kttAaK4.png doesn’t matter if I scroll up or down. Can you please make a video or some screenshots with the problem, this will help a lot.
