Hi jzee,
The file for the category page can be found o this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/category_templates/td_category_template_1.php -> https://i.imgur.com/SnhmhNh.png also for posts style from category -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/category_top_posts_styles/td_category_top_posts_style_1.php (you need to edit the file correspondent to the style that you use).
Also those files from the tagDiv composer from legacy/Newsmag/ can be set in child theme like those from theme files -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
What you need to do is to make sure that you are using only that WP Super cache plugin, because if you use more cache plugins, the one that is not recognize the mobile version, it will still deliver it for desktop. Also make sure that the cache plugin has the same settings as in our guide.
Also for the problem with page speed, I do not know if those are errors -> https://i.imgur.com/PCdq4KG.png but if I’m right those are parts from website that need to be improved to increase the page speed. Usually, for this it is use a plugin to optimize the images and one to optimize the rest of theme, for example you can try EWWW Image Optimizer and maybe Autoptimize.
I hope this will help you!
Hi, I’m glad that there was no problems and it was only from a theme plugin that was not activated.
If you have some questions, let us know!
Have a nice day!

Hi,
That it is the mobile theme version that it is display on desktop, normally, this situation appears when you are using a cache plugin that it is not recognizing that you are using a mobile theme too, and is not knowing what cache version to deliver (for mobile or cache, therefore it is deliver the latest one).
To avoid those problems we recommend to use the WP Super Cache plugin with those settings -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Normal, the extra css is need only if it is apply a class on body (https://i.imgur.com/O9VkNH4.png), if there is no class or you remove it, then all elements that has options for colors, fonts will apply, for example on widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/bd8WbVZ.png
I hope that this is what you were referring, if not, please let me know!
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked your website and right now seems that amp version is not apply -> https://i.imgur.com/9xWrH9D.png for this you must make sure that the settings were made correctly and you do not have some extra plugins that are interfering with the mobile theme and amp plugins.
First make sure that those plugins are enabled -> https://i.imgur.com/mCVjOiz.png then choose who you want to use theme (you want the mobile theme only for amp or for amp and mobile version) -> https://i.imgur.com/XLqDhvA.png then you can set the logo, ads and analytic code in Theme panel> mobile theme layout -> https://i.imgur.com/NCBaRnT.png
Also from amp you can set on what elements you want to use it -> https://i.imgur.com/z26ZgFx.png
If this is not working, pleas make a test using only theme plugins and amp.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, for Newsmag theme there is no option for this, but what you can do is to add that text in category description -> https://i.imgur.com/6VS0VPP.png also, for blog there is no option for this, only for homepage, for this you can set it using tagDiv Composer.
For the moment the only solution it is to set the text in theme code, but this is not quite recommended.
Thank you!
Hi,
Indeed, there were some changes in google page speed related to some new elements that are specific for page speed, most of them will be fixed in the coming theme update and the website will be faster.
For page speed you need to optimize the theme, for this you can use those guides:
– https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/
Also if you want you can apply the steps recommended in this article https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/ for Newspaper, those should work for Newsmag too.

Hi, in places where it is set important you need to use it too, for example -> https://i.imgur.com/TOBMI80.png
body #td-outer-wrap .td-header-style-10 .sf-menu > li > a{
color: #123fe5!important;
}
But, if there is no body class set in theme panel, you can simple use the options from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/szmjKmu.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Normal that line of code for me is an empty space after an check for the page template -> https://i.imgur.com/QR87lht.png normally, those warnings should not affect your website.
Now it is possible that those kind of warnings to be from some incompatibility with some untested plugins, please make sure that you are using the latest theme (Newsmag v4.9.6) version installed via FTP way and if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
Thank you!
