If I’m right that popup is coming from a plugin that you are using with the theme, this is because our theme has only a single popup element that is using for desktop to login.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

The thing is that when you set on mobile, then you have a different header and that is way the ad box from desktop is no longer there, therefore you need to add it using tagDiv Composer -> -> https://i.imgur.com/q22VXMg.png drag a row in the header zone -> https://i.imgur.com/jmp9zc1.png -> https://i.imgur.com/PiBrZRA.png and now if you want you can set a background color for the row -> https://i.imgur.com/tRfYiyX.png set the ad box -> https://i.imgur.com/X3ORng5.png the the add will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/Yk9IuuV.png if you want you can set on the row a some padding top and bottom -> https://i.imgur.com/Rm3hpbv.png also on desktop it will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/D00FLSJ.png and on mobile like this -> https://i.imgur.com/SbCSqBV.png

Indeed the footer template is not apply like the header, for the moment this is a bit limited, you can set a different footer for pages and is working but in the way try for the moment is not working, we made a request to our developers to implement for footer the same functionality as for the header.

Please make sure that the cloud template for tag is assigned in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/B8WIBmc.png also in tag template you need to have set the post loop, this will display correctly the tags -> https://i.imgur.com/OoFPRdm.png this option -> https://i.imgur.com/y6EDDeG.png is only for single poste template all filters has before the filter name the name of template where it can be apply.
