You can achieve that design for ads using some plugins for advertisements or with tagDiv Composer but this will be a little harder, you need to set a row like this -> https://i.imgur.com/w2tIjRd.png also you can set the width per column for example -> https://i.imgur.com/pP6Uox9.png -> https://i.imgur.com/0UiRXt4.png set the ads on left and right column and in the one from center set the content.

This option with a normal search on mobile theme plugin is still on our list, for the moment these updates were made only to fix the Instagram widget and for WordPress 5.5 compatibility, there are no new elements added. Also I spoke with a developer and he said that they are working on mobile theme plugin to make it better, unfortunately I do not know what new options will be add or when this will be released, but it should be in the coming updates.
