Hi,
Do you use the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin? If yes, please disable it. Also, please check if your homepage header is set as global – https://i.imgur.com/LMZozTv.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

Hi,
Can you please provide some more details about this situation and some screenshots?
I checked the taxonomy Economia, and this has 4 articles, so it will not display more than 4. I will need some more details and screenshots with settings to see if everything is correct.

Hi,
Please make a backup for your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide WP-Admin and cPanel access to investigate the problem.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please see tagDiv Composer to add on single post template and view count element to make sure that the count will work as expected.
Also, the 7-day posts will display the most viewed articles in the last 7 days. This means that you can see articles from time to time, not articles published in the last 7 days, but those that were most viewed in the last 7 days.

Hi,
Can you please provide some more details and some screenshots?
Usually, the images that are set with the theme builder are on image elements or on css tab on the background image – https://i.imgur.com/2zy75P5.png https://i.imgur.com/WoHyURu.png https://i.imgur.com/V6dlu5F.jpeg

Hi,
Our developers will check it out.
Thank you!

Hi,
Usually, this situation appears when you are using the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin. When this plugin is used you need to set the page content using the mobile theme editor, or to disable it from the pages manually. You can check more using this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Another solution is to disable the tagDiv mobile theme plugin and use the responsive version.

Hi,
I understand. The theme itself does not have options for og:image and these are usually added by plugins, but if you do not want to use a plugin and want to manually add the code this can be set directly in the theme settings, in theme panel> analytics / js code in the header section – https://i.imgur.com/SmH3JZX.png
Thank you!

Thank you for the update!

Hi,
If you use the element option to hide it then you can use the theme option to see in tagDiv Composer the elements that are hidden. Open a page in tagDiv Composer and select the manager, select the settings and enable the option Show hidden elements https://i.imgur.com/q8YV2ll.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
If you’re referring to the changed_files included in the theme package, these are only provided when there are modifications to the theme files themselves. In the last two releases, the updates were limited to the theme plugins.

Hi be2name,
We have a similar situation via email with users who use extra search plugins, and after disabling them, the problem was resolved, so this can be a plugin conflict.

Hi,
Most of the time, when this situation appeared, it was related to a cache that was applied.
Can you check if this situation appears when you are logged in and there is no cache applied?
If the situation persists, can you make a test using only the tagDiv plugins?

Calin

Hi,
I believe it should be this one – https://i.imgur.com/D9jP4kt.png and instead is displaying this one https://i.imgur.com/C81iylJ.png. Check to have that log on the mobile version and make sure that you are not using a mobile page – https://i.imgur.com/R2jv49d.png https://i.imgur.com/3o9iIzc.png

Hi,

Please make a full backup for the theme and update the theme to 12.7.3, if the situation is the same, then please try this: Edit the Newspaper theme and in functions.php file (wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php) at the end of the file add the code from here -> https://pastebin.com/uAw5du5k then go to Newspaper theme panel, click on save settings button and check the social share if now are displayed.
Notice. After the social share are back the added code needs to be removed from wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php

Thank you!

Hi,
The situation seems to be resolved. Usually, that case is related to a theme plugin that was no longer enabled, but after installing/enabling the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, the problem was resolved.

Calin

Hi,
First, it needs to be sure that you have set all the theme requirements from our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/, especially this code – https://i.imgur.com/Z9zCgkb.png. If this does not resolve the problem, try using the permalinks on simple/plain; sometimes there are hosts that you need to ask to set the pretty permalinks.

Hi,

This issue is already on our list. Unfortunately, our developers weren’t able to resolve all the bugs that appeared after the theme update to version 12.7.2, and we needed to release 12.7.3 as soon as possible. However, this should be fixed in the upcoming theme update!

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,
I asked our developers to check this out.

Calin

Hello,
Yes, just edit the page where the socials are with tagDiv Composer and select the icons element, then check this option https://i.imgur.com/xfToq7E.png
Unfortunately, if you are using standard templates and the theme panel option, then there is no option to enable the open in a new tab.
Thank you!

Hi,
I just checked the toc on the provided link and it now seems to work correctly.

Calin

Hi,
I believe that when you updated the theme, the theme plugins were not updated. Please connect to the website and go to Newspaper > plugins and install from there the theme plugins you were using (I believe are tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, and maybe tagDiv Standard pack).
Thank you!

Hi,
It is possible to have a background color on your inner column or column. Please use tagDiv Composer, select the mobile version and check the inner columns and column if there is any background color in css tab – https://i.imgur.com/SXsB3nM.png

Hi,
You need to use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage – https://i.imgur.com/dmtvhrL.png select the menu and in the style tab you can change the font style – https://i.imgur.com/tvR89Rp.png the background color from the menu can be in the css tab – https://i.imgur.com/EOousJP.png (this css tab is on all elements from tabDiv Composer), the pink color it can be on coulumn or row that is holding the menu, you can select them and check the css tab – https://i.imgur.com/M8xc5pM.png

Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion. I will add it to our list. If possible, can you provide an example for this?
