I was confusing the websites, sorry about that.

So to remove the post views from the post template, please edit the template with the composer -> https://prnt.sc/_lkDuWx4VESx and in the composer you can simply delete the post views, for example -> https://prnt.sc/VJQcNFWJ-jhV Then they won’t appear in the post page anymore, which is what you wanted.

The theme ad spots are usually for ads, they can be any type of ads. But they could be used to display other things if needed.

For example in pages you can place ad boxes -> https://prnt.sc/AeKBgu11QDHF and select a spot -> https://prnt.sc/VM1dxB54O39L which displays content from the theme panel -> https://prnt.sc/_kAwiKZ_je0W

It depends on what you want to do exactly. If you want to display something related to businesses, and the information is added by the business owner when they submit their information on their website, then it depends on how you are collecting that information. If you end up using the frontend submission plugin that I mentioned, it should have options to create the submission form as needed, with custom fields as well. So you collect the information, and then you display it.

Our other theme, Newspaper, has frontend submission of it’s own, for example you can check the directory demos https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/?demo-type=directory These all have one or more custom post types and content submission bases on subscription.

Hi,

Some post types created by plugins will not accept using our cloud templates, and it won’t matter if you set a cloud template for them. The post type appears in the cloud library because our theme detects it, but that doesn’t mean that a cloud template will work for it.

Such plugins may have their own specific templates that must be used, and their own methods for customizing them. Usually if you want to customize a single event template from a plugin, it requires creating a php file and using code. The plugin should have documentation for how to do this.

I’m afraid that the theme can’t force a template for an event created by a plugin. I suggest looking into how the plugin template can be customized or how a new custom one can be created.

If you changed the PHP version and there are problems, there can be all kinds of causes. The newer theme versions works fine with even PHP 8.4. Are you using older theme versions perhaps? If I check the website where I believe you are using the theme, I see it uses Newspaper 8, which is from 10 years ago. Please also update the theme.

I see it. There is a problem with the width of the columns. While the rows in the composer limit the available space for regular posts built built with the wordpress editors, WPBakery has its own rows and design. So there are rows inside rows, each with their own layout and design.

Thankfully it’s not that much of a problem and can be fixed with some CSS. Pare ciudat din start, nu ar avea ce cauta un functions.php in folderul themes. Acel fisier e normal in folderul temei din folderul themes, de ex:

Mai sunt si alte foldere cu tema Newspaper inafara folderului de themes? Daca sunt poate ca si backup, ar trebui downloadate si sterse de acolo.

Din cate vad site-ul pare sa arate si sa functioneze bine cu ultima versiune de tema. S-a rezolvat problema? Daca mai sunt probleme cel mai bine si mai rapid ar fi sa ma uit direct pe site, o sa am nevoie de un cont de admin si acces la FTP sau cPanel. I think that wordpress increased the padding for inputs. If I compare an older version with the latest, it used to be 8px on the sides, and now it’s 12px https://prnt.sc/z7ADzCAJQ3e1 This reduces the space for the input by 4px, so only one character can be seen there.

We could override it from the theme. Until now it wasn’t necessary since there was no problem. I’ll add this to our list.

I checked the website on mobile and its still redirecting for me sometimes, I ended up on some kind of gaming website now https://prnt.sc/47GPJdHZKhtM It could be this script that loads in the head https://prnt.sc/WqC6eIHRNWDD I can’t find much about it online, or do you maybe know what that is?

Have you tried running wordfence and scanning the website with it? https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/ Be sure to scan files outside of the wordpress installation as well, the option is in the scan settings. Wordfence should find any extra files, modified files, suspicious code, etc.

Or if your truly found the source of the malware, then maybe it’s just caching. Clearing all the caches and purging the cloudflare cache should be done again.

Please explain what the problem is exactly. If your key is already assigned to two websites, then that’s the maximum. If maybe you had a staging and now you have a new staging, then the key can be moved from one to the other. I can check as well if you tell me what you want to do and what the problem is.

That depends on how you used WPBakery on the website before. Did you use it for posts perhaps, or just for pages? If for example you just used it for a few pages, then those pages can simply be recreated with the composer. But if it was used on a lot of pages, and maybe even posts, then it must remain active and I’ll start looking for solutions.

You could do that, but it will require modifications in the code. You will have to keep making the modifications each time you update the theme. Usually a more long terms solution is better, like the ones I suggested. Since Google itself provides an option to make the ad have the size you want -> https://prnt.sc/y6viHbj-RQKT why not use it instead of theme modifications? You just have to create an ad and set the size that you want.

The data I mentioned is not in files. The data is kept in tables in the database.

There could be cases when the transients aren’t getting removed automatically and they pile up.

Then all that’s left is a log for debugging, which is disabled by default. I suggest starting with this. In the database, in the wp_options table, search for an option name called td_011_log like this https://prnt.sc/REaK59LeuNFW Delete that log https://prnt.sc/UUIL1VFCvErj Then check the system status panel to see if it loads.
Please be sure to search for and delete that exact table, td_011_log Not anything else. If you maybe have a staging site clone test it there first. Or if you try it on the main website, then please make a full database backup before doing anything.

There are 2 cases when a post will not use the global template.

Other than these, all the posts should use the global template.

But if the correct post template is used after you clear the cache, then it must be some kind of caching issue. So you want logged out users to not see the submit a story menu item? Or what exactly will be different in the header logged in versus logged out.

In the composer there are some options for display restrictions, they are available for rows and columns, and inner rows and inner columns, like so -> https://prnt.sc/eDY_sXIz2ftM Using that option it is possible to show or hide content based on being logged in or not.

In the Submit page you could add a new row and use some text saying that they have to register first. Then hide that row for logged in users. But I’m not quite sure what you want to do with the header. Could you lease explain more?
