It looks like there’s a problem there. I tested with the video embed element which I believe you are using as well. Some of the properties of the video iframe cause a problem with how the color gradients are applied.

I can provide some CSS for it. Something like this would work as a base code

The matter with the templates shouldn’t be difficult. Everything in wordpress uses templates, posts, categories, tags, etc. The templates are design basically, not content. I can try to clarify further but there isn’t much more that can be said about a post template. A post template simply displays the post you create in wordpress.

But please explain what is confusing about it, and I’ll try my best to help. Maybe it would be best to discuss it like this, you mention what you want to do with practical examples, and I provide ways to do that, or the way it is usually done.

We could also move the discussion to email if you want, especially if there are problems with the theme or the composer. I believe you mentioned some issues in the composer while editing the post template. Or maybe I misunderstood that, sorry if I did.

I can explain.

Sometimes our design team wanted to use some extra effects for various elements from demos. Such effects couldn’t be created with theme options, to they were built custom.

So because of those two elements the classes work. If you want to use those classes somewhere else, those two elements have to be copied in that page as well.

I will explain how the template works to avoid any misunderstandings. The composer is not a post builder, it is a template builder. So the template of the post is built with it. A website usually uses one post template, so what you add in it is used for all the posts.

In the composer you are just displaying the information of the post. For example to display the post title -> https://prnt.sc/dlEIlSYZFyD- you add the title placeholder -> https://prnt.sc/UQOeezRlKBrO
Or to display the featured image -> https://prnt.sc/z6DxscJ7kE1I you add the featured image placeholder -> https://prnt.sc/0xDt3OTMbGf6
And so on. So these placeholders automatically display the information from the posts.

Right now your template contains those 5 elements. If you create a new post and view it, it will also display those 5 elements, but with the information from the new post, so different title, featured image, etc.

After making the post template display what you want and designing it how you want, you won’t be working with it at all from then on. You can just focus on creating the posts themselves.

Displaying only a specific level of sub-categories or specific categories isn’t possible unfortunately. That filter is designed to enter the type of taxonomy, not terms from them. So for example it won’t work if you enter the slug of a category.

What about this. If you want to provide the option for visitors to filter a block based on specific categories, then you could just use a block and the ajax filter. That way you can display just the categories you want via their IDs -> https://prnt.sc/2bjedsQOXYvK So visitors can click on those to filter the block.

From what I see you were using an older theme version, and the website doesn’t seem to work anymore. So you can use the theme on a new website when you want to. Simply install it and activate. And please use the latest theme version.

It is also important to note that I can’t solve issues like the one you mentioned. If the theme would have a coming soon mode, then I would have gladly provided instructions on how to turn it off. But it doesn’t.

If there was such a mode active, then why am I not seeing. I’m checking with a desktop and I pretty much browsed the whole website now.

Maybe it’s a caching issue. Have you tried checking with a different browser or device? How does the coming soon mode look exactly, could you provide a screenshot?

On our side it looks fine, the key is assigned correctly to the respective website. Despite the theme being registered however, if the key verification fails then it means there is a problem.

When you access the license panel the theme tries to connect to our server and verify the key, then return the key status and the associated websites and display them in that panel. If that verification fails, then it will display the error you are seeing. It could mean that something is blocking the theme or external connections in general, maybe a security setting or a firewall.

Maybe the security changed made during or after the attack are also blocking the theme. Are there maybe any logs to see what is being blocked? Or could they be deactivated temporarily to see if the theme is working?

If you add a flex loop in the homepage it will display the latest posts from all your categories by default.

If you want to use the filters for the flex loop, then you have to add taxonomy slugs. So for example, I want to display all my categories in the filter, I add the category slug -> https://prnt.sc/gWzHwas7s7Ie

To clarify, a coming soon mode can be activated either from a plugin or from the hosting. The theme itself does not have such a feature. Please check what plugins are active on the website, and check with the hosting if they provide a coming soon mode. Normally such a mode is either active or not, and so far while checking your website before and now again, I do not see a coming soon mode active.

If the image appears in the debugger, then the image should appear when sharing. That warning is not important.

The problem is that you don’t seem to be loading the required OG meta tags for sharing. Without those the sharing may not work or it can use the wrong information or image. It can be very random.

Are you planning on using a SEO plugin on the website? That’s normally a required plugin for any website, and also a good way to load the OG meta tags for sharing. That won’t work unfortunately.

While you can display the disqus comments using code in the post template, the theme has no connection to them and it can’t fetch the number of comments made through a different commenting system than the default wordpress comments. So the comment count displayed on blocks can only display the number of comments made through the wordpress comments system, not something else.

I’m afraid that something like that isn’t possible.

I see that’s an auto ad which is loaded in the header, but it displays over the content despite your exclusion from that section of the website. That’s quite unusual, I don’t think I’ve seen an auto ad being displayed on top of the content like that.

And of course, any of them can be customized with the composer to achieve the desired result. You can also make your own post template if you want.

On your website I see you are currently using a default backup post template. Maybe it will change eventually, but it’s not something that you can directly control, it is up to Google. My only suggestion is to consider adding a h1 in the homepage, it still hasn’t got one.
