I think that’s the team member element.
1. There should be font settings for everything, like the names -> https://prnt.sc/MEAbIKkIVbU3 Please check in the style tab of the element after you click on it.
2. The call to action element has an option to change the background color of the button, if that is what you mean -> https://prnt.sc/P5ipozuiczbt
Or did you import a different section from the cloud library? Regardless however, each element should have font and color settings, usually in the style tab.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve seen such issues before. Usually it means that something is interfering or blocking the composer. I can find out more if I can check with the browser inspector. Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login. Please also include a link to this topic in the email. Then I can check to see what’s happening exactly.
Thank you!
Hi,
You could use a gallery element -> https://prnt.sc/BqTzvBVPQwej If you add 3 images in it they will appear side by side.
Or you can add a columns element -> https://prnt.sc/wXAD1C6cRiY- and create 3 columns, then add an image in each of the columns.
Either of these should allow you to do that.
Thank you!
Hi,
Something must have happened. I checked your website and it looks like the the lightbox is functioning incorrectly. But I’m not sure why it’s like that.
There is something you could try however. Please copy the code from here -> https://pastebin.com/Q7Asfyax and paste it in the theme panel here -> https://prnt.sc/TSbvb6mDJ3_W Then clear the cache and check if it’s working correctly. Let me know.
Thank you!
Hi,
That’s not actually a page template, like the way a post template is. It can be a bit confusing.
That page template option refers to the purpose of the page, not something that can be applied to multiple pages. For example you need a Contact page, you can import a Contact page from the cloud library, meaning a page that was built for that purpose. Importing a page from there creates a new regular page on the website.
If maybe you need to reuse something in multiple pages, like a row containing various elements, you could save that row in the composer using the right click menu -> https://prnt.sc/9np4SnbuslUf Then you can reuse it anywhere -> https://prnt.sc/D7QQQNywr-Kb Or maybe duplicate that page and start with it when you need to build more pages -> https://prnt.sc/U7cPB3jYJFp0
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thank you!
The image can look like that in the block. The module of the block can have a portrait aspect ratio to fir the image better. If I use the image from your example and this layout https://prnt.sc/eNdkLXleuPSj the image looks good. Here they are side by side https://prnt.sc/NJu90aqhUYHS
The thumbnails are created automatically by the theme when you upload the images in the media library. An option to manually resize or crop them isn’t available unfortunately. The module of the block can however be customized so that the image looks good when displayed in them.
Thank you!
I can’t seem to find the email. I’ve searched through the emails for a link to this topic, or your website URL, or the license key, or your email, but there was nothing.
Could you please send the email again? And please add something in the email so I can identify it, like a link to this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/not-able-to-edit-homepage-in-tagdiv-composer-getting-500-internal-error/ or a link to your website. Let me know after sending it so I can look for it and start checking the issue.
Thank you!
Hi,
You could use the image info box element instead https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/image-info-box/
It has an option to display an image, a title, a description, and a button with a link over the image. You could give it a try.
Thank you!
I’ll try to provide suggestions but that’s a pretty complex functionality. Woocommerce alone won’t be enough for something like that. You will need additional plugins.
1. Each business will need their own account. Woocommerce provides an account page after they register. It can be used to manage the orders and subscriptions. But you will need the Woocommerce subscriptions plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/
2. Maybe try this plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/my-account-page-editor/
3. The theme’s main purpose is to display the content, not to manage it. Our Newspaper theme provides features for Woocommerce for creating the templates (product template, product category template, shop page) and for displaying products. The Newsmag theme does not provide these features.
4. This will be separate. You’ll need a plugin for frontend submission, like this one https://pluginsforwp.com/downloads/wp-user-frontend-pro/
Or maybe don’t use Woocommerce at all. You could try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/geodirectory/ for the directories part. And that same one for frontend submission for articles https://pluginsforwp.com/downloads/wp-user-frontend-pro/ These are different types of content, so two plugins will probably be required.
Until you find the right combination of plugins it will require a lot of research and testing. The purpose would be to use fewer plugins, and also keeping the cost down, if possible.
Thank you!
The name of the post type for that plugin is ajde_events
So if you add that in the post type field of the block -> https://prnt.sc/N60F4x3wBFCZ the block should display events. You could try it.
Thank you!
Hi,
So basically you want to use a submenu, not a megamenu. The special thing about a megamenu is that it displays articles in the menu. If you don’t want that, please create a submenu https://prnt.sc/7YaBOQ-AuJxj -> https://prnt.sc/WatCQU9fpK6t Those are simple links displayed in a dropdown.
Thank you.
Hi,
The license can be reset, there is an option in the theme system status panel https://prnt.sc/3zobFfOD63Lj You can reset the old key and activate the theme with the new one. Please try it.
Thank you.
Hi,
Normally the aspect ratios we provide for the block modules should cover pretty much all the cases https://prnt.sc/mQl9loGJNWbi Or you can set a custom width, height, and vertical alignment for the images in a block https://prnt.sc/lovms5y9HVAv
It’s more of a make the module to display the image better, rather than make the image fit the module. These thumbs that flex blocks use aren’t cropped at all https://prnt.sc/RUYrJbBzPMIx The flex blocks display the image as a background, so you can adjust the module depending on the case. There are all kinds of block designs in the cloud library if you want to check them out https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks
Could you provide an example of the issue you are having with the thumbs?
Thank you.
Hi,
I can’t seem to find a post with a black background image. I found this post with a black background color https://piawessels.de/theaterarbeit/ The page seems to load normally however, I’m refreshing it but I can’t see flashing.
Could you please let me know where exactly I should check?
Thank you.
No problem, it happens. Let me know if I can help with something else.
Hi,
From what I see only the homepage is indexed https://prnt.sc/20wGw_TYFNur
The theme has no capability to use noindex, or index, or anything else. All the theme does is to display your content.
Perhaps the nature of the issue is more related to how the website looks.
I see broken and missing images everywhere and a very large ad at the top, also the sticky header has no background and it looks a bit bad. For example this is what I’m seeing when arriving on the homepage of your website -> https://prnt.sc/wwnagCba-OA_
Please check the website in incognito mode to see how it looks for a regular visitor. That’s how it looks to Google as well.
Here are some more broken things I’m seeing
https://prnt.sc/UKT_uotknb1n
https://prnt.sc/5SvO1ew1QN_M
https://prnt.sc/Ztmcn9qE6mh8
https://prnt.sc/oMhe6g8lG5uq
These could be a reason for not indexing the website’s content. If the website has visual problems Google may not index it. I suggest looking into these issues, maybe the visual issues are related to the litespeed optimization. And maybe the missing images https://prnt.sc/V56A1nVfHgWj are related to the Jetpack site accelerator, I see you use it.
Once those issues are fixed, the website should look better and it can’t hurt the indexing either. Let me know if you need help with it.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m testing all the blockquote styles from the theme, with the classic editor https://prnt.sc/KkFqdJqC7Qon and they seem to display correctly -> https://prnt.sc/hWZP4YIsZq1v And with the block editor https://prnt.sc/nhHD17_Ri7Vg -> https://prnt.sc/3BCjRG87R3Px
Maybe I’m testing incorrectly. Could you provide an example of how you are doing it and what style of quotes are you using? If you want to share the information here, we can continue by email, you can contact us at contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!
Hi,
Is your website an online shop? If you are using woocommerce to sell products, then woocommerce will provide the pages you mentioned. When you install it the pages are created automatically https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
We provide a subscription plugin, which is for creating subscriptions https://forum.tagdiv.com/subscriptions/ This isn’t related to woocommerce. So for example you use lockers on certain posts https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/ and visitors can create an account on your website by registering and paying to see the locked content.
It depends on what you want to do.
Thank you!
Hi,
For the grids and blocks in category templates please use the special category filter -> https://prnt.sc/NFMfAolu_Hxx That is what makes the blocks adapt and display posts from the category you are on. If you select a specific category then all the category pages display the same posts.
Thank you!
As I explained in the email, the related posts id displayed by a plugin from your website, automatically at the end of the post content. I explained the steps that you can try so you can have control over where it appears. Please check the email.
Thank you!
Hi,
The revolution slider should always be inside the full theme package, we always include it. I checked the last theme update and the latest one, the slider was -> https://prnt.sc/oawqL1RqPpw6 and is -> https://prnt.sc/gHApncxd4kn8 in the plugins folder. It’s unusual if you checked and it wasn’t there.
Thank you!
If you want 4 images per row please change the width set here -> https://prnt.sc/o_rPR9N6xeTB
Change it for each image to 25% so 4 images fit on a row -> https://prnt.sc/4mgWpVUtvJCR
Thank you!
Unfortunately I couldn’t log into the website. The usual methods aren’t working. I replied to the email two days go, did you not receive my reply? Please check in the email you sent us and let me know how I can log into the website exactly.
Thank you!
Hi,
If it’s happening just in the homepage then it’s most likely something from the page content that’s causing it. Can I take a closer look the page as well? Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and a link to this topic, I will check it.
Thank you!
Only one locker can be set per post, that’s how it’s usually done. One locker is set for the post and that same locker is displayed on the website in the post page. If I may ask, why would you like to set multiple lockers on a post?
Thank you!
