Hi,

So you want to create a page with full width elements. There are full width elements to be placed in pages, like grids
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/ (10 types of full width grids)
Rows in pages can be stretched – https://www.screencast.com/t/LjPxJ1iLIIz
Header and Footer elements – https://www.screencast.com/t/HgtsNIs1
There are also multi-purpose elements in the tagDiv composer, you could check them out.

Thanks

Hi,

The mobile theme is created specially for mobile users, so being detected as not mobile friendly is unusual. You could active it again and retest, tell us when it is active so we can take a look as well.

For me at least the results of that testing tool seem to be inconclusive, it happened in many cases. For example multiple tests with the same website page provide different results.

Hi,

If you were to use the page with title template, that will display breadcrumbs on the page
https://www.screencast.com/t/biZlh6eEr

Please do not use these elements in any page
https://www.screencast.com/t/fMxvlCDULz
Those are not supposed to be displayed there for all pages (only cloud templates), using them on normal pages may cause problems with them. This will be fixed in the coming update.

Hi,

So the max upload size is set according to the recommendation (50M), that would be more than enough for the theme. In some cases having an older version of PHP caused the same issue, updating to a newer version (theme supports PHP up to 7.2)solved this problem.

You could give FTP a try, your hosting can provide the FTP access login. FTP is the most reliable method of updating a theme, sooner or later you will have to use it probably. The theme install guide mentions the steps
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-use-ftp-to-upload-files-to-wordpress-for-beginners/

Hi,

From what I can see the thumbnails and featured images are displayed at the moment
http://prntscr.com/jz3els
http://prntscr.com/jz3ey1
There are no errors in the page that would suggest problems.

For media library issues you could check some online topics
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress/
Check the permissions of the uploads folder. Also try to regenerate the thumbnails
https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

Images are hosted on the server, you could contact your hosting provider and ask them to check if everything is alright in that regard.

Hi,

The default mobile menu icon is already on the left, in your case it is on the right because a code in the child theme it seems
https://www.screencast.com/t/ATLklhwO1L
If you remove that code it should be as default.

Hi,

If you edited or created a new social counter widget, configured with your data, then the information it displays should be accordingly. Maybe you have strong caching, which prevents the page content to be refreshed. If you use a caching plugin or service, please try and clear the cache.

However now it seems to be displaying your data from what I can see
https://www.screencast.com/t/xKKaFbfTT6pM

The Facebook counter will display the values from a Facebook “like” page. Such as this one
https://www.wikihow.com/Create-a-Facebook-Fan-Page
The page must be public and have with no restrictions. If there is no like count in the Facebook page the counter will not display anything.

The Google plus seems to not have a valid configuration
https://www.screencast.com/t/EcdHRkAj

Also YouTube is not configured properly
https://www.screencast.com/t/1aWQzrqb
Try it like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/PAuvrm1c7mrb
Enter only this in the YouTube field

Hi,

So you are referring to the Fashion demo, this one to be exact
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_fashion/

This demo can be installed just like the others
https://www.screencast.com/t/TgzPD7ltU
What exactly is happening in your case that prevents you from installing it?

Regarding the issue with the Cloud library plugin, that is currently under investigation and we will try to fix it in a future update. It was caused in a few cases by plugins, you could try as a test to deactivate them all and leave only theme plugins active, check if this has any effect.
If not, then please try and wait for a new update of the plugin and theme. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

Try to enter shortcodes in a simple text element instead of the raw HTML, that should work

Hi,

You could first take a look at the theme requirements guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Insufficient resources can cause many problems.

Also try entering the code in the theme panel custom CSS section, check if that works. Or you could do that in the tagDiv composer. Set a negative margin top for the row containing the grid

Hi,

Blocks do not have numbered pagination at the moment, all the available block settings are mentioned here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
You could choose the latest articles page template, this will display a section containing the latest articles at the bottom of the page. Also this defaults numbered pagination

Hi,

Links in the post content for example will be treated the same, they will have the same style.
However note that you can for example change the color of links as you make theme or enter them in the post content
https://www.screencast.com/t/CIfvEFatE
So you could color those particular links differently than other links, set colors and background colors as shown.

Hi,

That may happen, try to activate the plugin again but set it in learning mode
https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
Then the admin-ajax file that the theme is trying to use should not be blocked by the plugin firewall.

Thanks

Hi,

It could be removed with CSS, as long as you don’t use Adsense. If Adsense is used it is not recommended to remove it with CSS. I could take a look at the page and try to give you a solution, please provide a link to it.

Thanks

Hi,

Seems you solved the issue, the page looks fine
http://prntscr.com/jz2f6q
The demo pages are built with the tagDiv composer, as long as that is active the elements should be displayed as intended. We strongly recommend to use the tagDiv composer if possible.

Thanks

Hi,

That code seems to work – https://www.screencast.com/t/w7OAfl8ooAL
I entered that in the mobile theme custom CSS code and the buttons color is changed
https://www.screencast.com/t/RXetWJ5LPZ
Maybe try and clear the cache of the browser you are testing with, and the website cache.

Thanks

Hi,

I don’t quite understand the problem, what should I do to replicate it. Please specify what exactly are you doing and what happens with the top block modules.

Thanks

Hi,

Now that is unusual. So by splitting the row in a chosen layout, instead of producing columns it creates multiple rows.

As a first step you could deactivate all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this solves the problem. Also review the theme requirements
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Let us know the results.

Thanks

Hi,

You could try the suggestion from this topic, check if it works properly

Hi,

Maybe the unique articles setting is activated
https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
This setting should not be used with any form of pagination. It will ensure (on initial load)that the page contains unique articles, but when pagination is used it will display duplicates. Please check that.

Thanks

Hi,

Please provide some more details about the steps you are taking. What exactly are you doing that has produces that issue. Pages built with the composer should only be edited with the composer to add/modify/remove content, content added in any other way could result in problems.

Hi,

We tested default Adsense ads and they work properly, with DFP I couldn’t say why that is happening. Check in the browser inspector console if there are any errors, there could be indications as to why the ad is not displayed. It is unusual however that only the header ad has this problem.

Also check some online topics with suggestions

Hi,

1. If you use a header background color there is a setting for the opacity
https://www.screencast.com/t/QHt92xdPXIG7
If you use a background image it could be as well in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/WLWsQFZ9c7y
Please correct me if I misunderstand.

2. So maybe something like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/yC7Z6PL2

.home #td-outer-wrap {
opacity: 0.8;
}

Thanks
