I see that the required code was added in the header, also in the body. But from what I can see there are no actual ads in that post page at this moment.
Make sure the ad codes are entered in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jYAQD5sE4V
And also maybe try and wait for a while, the ads should appear.
Hi,
Using the tagDiv composer you can choose from the available row layouts only
– https://www.screencast.com/t/K8ULfpoBtpj
Note that you can also place inner rows in rows, which can be further split
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1GddKknaxZZs
An option to create a custom row layout does not exist at the moment.
Thanks
Hi,
I checked one of your posts with the Facebook debugger, the shared post looks like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vItzwG5SXFw0
Is this happening for specific posts only? If so, try to debug and re-scrape them and check again
– https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
Thanks
Hi,
That would depend, I could take a look if you can provide a link to a post on your website where the issue happens. Make sure that you use the latest AMP plugin version.
There was such a problem in previous plugin versions but they were fixed, so at the moment there are no more know issues with it.
Most similar problems were caused by ads not being entered properly or user content.
Thanks
Please provide a link to the map address you are using so I can test this myself

Hi,
The license terms are set by Envato according to those terms one theme can be used for one website
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
So multiple websites would require multiple theme licenses.
Also we cannot offer preferential discounts unfortunately, when there will be an event or sale on themeforest the theme will be discounted.
Thanks
Edit the page with the composer and remove them, like this example for the ticker below the header

Hi,
Many 500 errors were solved by increasing the allocated WP-memory value (ideally 256M).
Also try to disable all plugins by FTP, if the plugins page is not accessible
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Then delete all theme plugins, reinstall them from the latest theme package you downloaded. Let us know the results of that as soon as possible.
Indeed it seems not to work, maybe they made some modifications to the embed code and it is not working with the plugin. I will add this issue on our list and it will be inspected.
In the meantime you could embed the form in a text element where it works properly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
The max_execution_time would need to be increased as mentioned in the guide and also if possible the WP memory could be increased as well. Check with your hosting and ask them to increase the execution time parameter and if it is possible the WP-memory. Then check again.
If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access, FTP or cPanel as well. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
No you cannot, you can set a template for all the tag pages in general. This would be the same for author pages and archive pages for example. At the moment these can only be set in general, but this may change in the future, the plugin is in beta stage.
Thanks
For me it displays like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/ZqsNenjy
The gif seems to display and also work as it is supposed to.
Hi,
That could be removed by commenting or removing this line of code from the mentioned file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7PnY8nuyLBf
Thanks
The parallax setting is available only for entire rows, not by column or elements in rows.
With Revolution slider it would be possible to create parallax slides, check some online guides and tutorials. Such as this one for example
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MZMMUzj5VY
Hi,
Is the issue solved if you deactivate the plugin? Maybe the plugin is causing this problem, or a setting in the plugin. Try other plugins that would allow you to do this if possible.
Hi,
Be sure to check on mobile emulator or on mobile, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ANmwTgKLPD
On desktop the ads will probably not be displayed, AMP is for mobiles.
Thanks
We updated our MAC to the High Sierra OS after initially tested with El Capitan. Then we tested the composer interface with Safari and the latest version of Chrome
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fzBPcgu9Cf5H
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jbLFpWDw9jc
We made some tests but there were no layout issues with the composer settings.
I would suggest that you try and clear the browser cache and check again. If there are still problems let us know what they are exactly, if possible by a screenshot.
The other menu still loads, it is behind the one added by the plugin. So it might be visible while the website is loading.
Try to enter the code I provided directly in the theme stylesheet instead of the theme panel, so it will be loaded faster and possibly eliminate the loading effect.
Hi,
The theme only has options to set a general background image or color, but these do not have such a functionality at the moment.
Maybe there are plugins with such capabilities that you could try and also check if they work properly with the theme.
Thanks
Hi,
There are a couple of blocks that do not display thumbnails by default
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-9/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-10/
For others they could be hidden with CSS as you tried, or the actual modules could be edited and remove the thumbnail from there
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cwK5bbud
Most theme blocks are intended to display thumbnails. Not displaying one may result in the block not having a proper design.
That code you mention should work however for block 11, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xMtlUvMPu4yz
Once entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS for example, it will affect all blocks 11.
Thanks
Hi,
Now this is unusual, from looking at the smart list you mention there is no description, exactly as if none was entered.
We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. We may need to deactivate all your plugins for testing except theme plugins, or you could test this before sending the email and mention it. Please also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
The archive page will display posts according to the date chosen, if available/ For example
– https://andreian.com/2018/03/25/
There is a default archive template, which can be customized in the theme panel only
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5gjL8VjBDu
Since theme version 8.8 you can now import predefined templates including for archive pages, or import a blank archive template and use your desired elements in it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3qfJ5b74W
I don’t exactly now what exactly you want to do with these archive pages and templates in relation to the header menu. Some more details would be helpful.
Thanks
Hi,
That seems to be the theme activation key, maybe you entered it somewhere other than the theme activation, by mistake.
If you entered code in the theme header file wither manually
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ieANNmaF8x
Or by this theme panel section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sujzyptSPJkw
Check those locations and if the activation key is entered there remove it.
Thanks
Hi,
@allongeorgia That section is filtered by latest already, if you published posts with the category or tag (depending on the type of sorting you have) those would appear first as a related post is viewed.
I could take a look at an example of this issue, please provide a link to such a post.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check the theme system status panel, and this theme requirements guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources and activate the required PHP extensions if needed, according to the guide. The WP memory can be set higher if possible. Then check if the problems are fixed.
Let us know the results.
Thanks
