Hi,
The mobile theme does not have an option to hide categories. On the front page it will display a grid with posts picked from the featured category, and a section containing all your latest articles. If you want to display the same content from desktop on mobile, you could simply deactivate the mobile theme. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt to every screen size.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I understand it worked properly for you before. Maybe you have made other changes that have caused this problem. I would suggest that you disable all your other plugins except the ones you need to use, clear any caching you have installed, and check to see if this has any effect. Also disable any child theme you might be using and remove any custom code you might have added to the theme files. We have not had any other reports about this issue.
Thanks
Hi,
We are aware of this issue with the background and the problem will be fixed in the next theme update. You can try the solution from this topic in the meantime
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/woocommerce-default-pages-problem/
You just have to edit the two files mentioned by Bogdan, from the theme and add the missing class. Here is an example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MpEDNoJgNJ2
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1z2PzkcYTs
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
The Revolution slider is a very complex plugin with multiple options and settings. If you would like to remove the text on the right of the slider
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4r84ssdtsAp
You can disable it in the slider settings here, then save the changes
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0O3lPN08k72
Here is also a link to the official Revolution slider documentation
– https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/
Thanks
Hi,
That is the way the theme was designed, and that can be seen in the demo
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
I am positive that you will find a way to create your website using the recommended options provided by the theme. As I said you can try to use the two columns layout with blocks, but it could provide broken results.
Thanks
Hi,
That menu displays like that because the menu items are set to float left one after the other. You could try the code provided below to make the menu items centered
– https://www.screencast.com/t/L5iI8EBhO
It must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css
.menu-td-main-menu-container {
text-align: center;
}
.menu-td-main-menu-container .sf-menu li {
float: none;
display: inline-block;
}
About the Big grid I don’t understand exactly what you mean. All the elements are responsive by default. The Big grid does have a scroll that appears when needed

Hi,
The theme is based on a three column layout. You can choose from these options in Visual composer when creating a page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sC8Ctx9kP9
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OYcEseFhZ
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NlwI4l67QBz5
The two columns row layout – https://www.screencast.com/t/KE4XhCH6q may not work properly if you would like to use that. You will have to find a way to display your posts by placing the blocks using the mentioned column layouts. Blocks can look different based on the columns settings, that can be seen by following the link provided above to the live demo, where every block is displayed.
The modules do not have options that would allow to display additional information besides the default one (category tag, author name, date etc)
The module files can be edited directly or through a child theme if you would like to customize them. The module files can be found here

Please correct me if I misunderstand something.
Thanks
Hi,
You can follow the solutions mentioned in this similar topic for better understanding

Hi,
Please note that there could take some time before the ads will display on your website. The AdSense approval process may take up to two days according to this

Thanks
Hi,
Maybe you are referring to the Big Grid slide element
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
You can add it to any page and set the number of posts to display on the slide
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7vOoPmRmH
Thanks
Hi,
Try it like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/ivWCPaq4j
.td-search-form-widget
.td-widget-search-input {
font-size: 18px;
}
Thanks
Hi,
It seems the ad is present on the page in the location you have set it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fX2VF0AKsH
But it seems to not have the same structure as the one above the social counter, or even any content at all. The first custom ad contains two div elements with ad content while the other does not – https://www.screencast.com/t/AQTd95LaY
I believe that it has something to do with the code you are using or how exactly you are implementing it, because they do not appear to be the same. Try entering exactly the same code in a different custom ad section. Or make a test using another ad code, placed as it is now.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see you do not have a static front page that you can create in Visual composer, and place the Revolution slider on that page. You must create a page with the elements you want and set it as homepage
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Thanks
Hi,
The theme automatically generates the thumbnail sizes needed, from the featured image for each module – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/
This process is done by default, it is not necessary to regenerate the thumbnails after each added featured image. Unless you make changes to the thumb settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ then it is necessary.
Thanks
Hi,
You could just simply remove the translation in Theme panel->Translations

Thanks
Hi,
This has happened before for other users. Please follow the solution provided in this topic for this problem – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/
Thanks
Hi,
Try making you modification to the heading of the post tile in the post page, in this file – https://www.screencast.com/t/Kya3TJYflB
Thanks
Hi,
It is strongly recommended that you use only the three blue highlighted columns in Visual composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
This ensures the best results for the pages. You could try the other layout columns options but that could not provide the best results. Please try and create you page design based on these recommendations. Here you can see how all the blocks look in all the layout settings – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure that the Facebook profile page is public, the social counter will not work if it is set to private – https://www.screencast.com/t/MqYok97RwO
Thanks
Hi,
Please try to ignore the activation message, there is no need to activate the Visual composer that is provided in the theme package. You just have to enable the plugin and use it, no activation needed. Updates for the Visual composer editor will be provided along with the theme updates.
Thanks
Hi,
There is no problem that I can see in the category pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lbpoOVTXr
Or in the post pages

Thanks
Hi,
Try entering the code that you used – https://www.screencast.com/t/QEOrY1nrA506 directly in the theme’s style.css file. This is located in the main theme folder. You can open it with a text editor and place the code at the end
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ajf51cvgZ6s
Thanks
Hi,
If you want to increase the font size for the text that is entered by the user in the search field, you could do it with a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yoZPeTd1EdC
You just need to enter the code in Theme panel->Custom Css
#td-header-search {
font-size: 18px;
}
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website but there is no Related articles section present on the post page at the moment – https://www.screencast.com/t/2HV1b6Rsyxl
Please make sure it is enabled in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vK96pbv0

Hi,
The screenshot seems to be working fine now. If you could provide a link to your website and more details about what exactly you want to change and on what block or module, I will try to give you a solution.
Thanks
