Hi,

Please check the theme system status, and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This may be directly related to the problem you are having. Try and make the changes like recommended, and then check to see if everything is working as intended.

Thanks

Hi,

I forgot to mention that you could check if plugins are causing this issue. Unfortunately not all plugins are compatible with the theme, but that is the case with all the themes. You could try other plugins that have the options you are looking for, maybe you will find one that is working properly for you.
Maybe in future updates there could be changes made to this section, but I could not say for sure when this will happen.

Thanks

Hi,

That is a strange issue. From what I understand this is happening in the dashboard and post section
https://www.screencast.com/t/4plpIoqak
You can control what fields to display in screen options tab
https://www.screencast.com/t/rYhDv4WFcuP
Maybe you have too many columns and that is why it displays like this.
If this is not what you meant, please provide more details about this and some useful screenshots.

Thanks

Hi,

1. The author can be disabled for the post page, in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/eDjxV4ZvfV
But there is no option to remove the link to the author page, except making modifications in the theme.

2. There is no option with the purposes you mention for the author box, at the moment. You can only disable it if you do not need it. Maybe additional settings will be added in future updates regarding your suggestion.

3. You could try the suggestions mentioned in this topic, to achieve that result
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-make-this/

Please note that the theme is in a continuous improvement, and the goal is to add as many features as possible, but this can only be possible in time. Some options are implemented as soon as possible, and others are postponed, and the list of suggestions is forever increasing.

Hi,

You can find all the meta and markup that the theme uses on posts in this file
https://www.screencast.com/t/2Ry27Nxn0mA
I believe that is what you are looking for, and where you have to make your modifications.

Hi,

The top menu is hidden on mobile, please try this code and it should display the menu on mobile devices
https://www.screencast.com/t/JFTBMiLY
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full,
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block!important;
text-align: center;
}}

Hi,

I see that you have installed the travel demo. What I suggest is to edit your homepage and remove the row containing the Revolution slider. If you placed this slider in the row that contains the parallax and is custom made for the demo, this may not work properly. Try removing it, then place the Revolution slider on a new row in the same position and check the results. Please let us know how it goes.

Hi,

It seems to be a chrome encoding limitation from what I can tell. Chrome has a auto-encoding detection and that is the result – https://www.screencast.com/t/TqFpOBGpv
From what I found there are encoding extensions that you could use, but I do not know this would solve the problem for other visitors. You could search online for this problem and see what solutions you might find.
As for the redirection, it seems that there is a 301 redirect on the page
https://www.screencast.com/t/sIntkGSCrd1
You can check your htaccess file and see if there are any redirects present, or check if you have any plugins with this role.

Hi,

Please specify what code and how you are inserting it in the ad box. The ad sections should be used for ad purposes. If you want to enter additional code try adding it separately from the ad code, not inside the tags the ad uses.

Hi,

If that particular plugin did not work properly it does not mean that you cannot try other similar sharing plugins. Maybe you will find one that does not create unexpected problems on your website. Or try the solution from the topic provided by Edward.

Hi,

The theme is now compatible with the WPML plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wmpl/

Hi,

There is no easy way of forcing the sidebar to display above the post, in the post page. It will appear below the post content. You can try to make modifications to the theme files if you want to achieve this. Each post template has a corresponding single file – https://www.screencast.com/t/b0unpyzDB
There you could change the order of the post structure, and place the sidebar above the main content. This may not work properly, and may require additional modifications but you could give it a shot.

Hi,

You can modify or remove the “All” in the same settings screen
https://www.screencast.com/t/HYYLP6mlDT
So you could just delete the text from there, and it will not display on the block.

Hi,

The border should appear where you set it. Just make sure you configure it properly. It needs these parameters in order to display – https://www.screencast.com/t/PBRwQXPwf

Hi,

Please make sure you are configuring the social counter properly

I see that the other counter on your page is configured and works as intended

Hi,

I have inspected your website but I do not see any problems with the social likes

Please correct me if I misunderstand

Hi,

That would be fine. That was just a list of top performing ads regarding the size, as specified by Google. You can choose and use any ad size you think it’s best for your website. I cannot confirm what ad sizes you should use for your website.

Hi,

Please download the latest theme package again. There is another update from a later date that, fixes the Facebook issue – https://www.screencast.com/t/y7cpoma5XtLV
Update the theme and the bundled plugins to the latest version by removing them and installing the newer versions, then configure the social counter. Also clear any caching installed. If if does not work properly maybe there are other plugins that could interfere with it. Please try and disable all of them as a test, except Visual composer and the social counter, and check if the counter refreshes.

Hi,

That would require quite a bit of work. The header has the option to stretch it’s content to full width
https://www.screencast.com/t/cKbxMbctA7Y
So you could achieve something similar to that – https://www.screencast.com/t/9CGVdaGaXQW
Here you can see the available header templates
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
Further styling can be made using the theme options.
The footer can be disabled in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/8bM7floiga6L
As well as the top bar above the header
https://www.screencast.com/t/l5lbALT0
Then you can start creating your page in Visual composer using the available elements. The rows have the option to stretch to full – https://www.screencast.com/t/ikT7LZWT
And also to use a parallax image – https://www.screencast.com/t/Ho8FCuhoQm2v or even a video background.
Hopefully this will get you started in your project and you can manage to create the design you want.

Hi,

1. In the post page there is a section Related posts that displays posts from the same category or tag
https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/
There is no option to have a Read more feature in the post content, that can redirect to a different post.

2. The theme mobile menu is displayed as a drop-down menu – https://www.screencast.com/t/3bzfMQGsc7aD
You can not make this menu display like the one from the website you mention. This is the menu the theme is using and how it was designed.

3. You can try different plugins with subscription newsletter capabilities for your website. Try and search for these and choose the one you like and you think it’s best.

Hi,

@rodrigocarlos
If you would like to manually add a new social you can try the method provided above. Edit the respective file and place the social network you want. Then it will display in the Social networks in the theme panel. Then you must use a background image of your preference, internal or external. Or an icon even. Additional styling may be needed to further styling or positioning. This social network will appear with the rest of the socials (header, footer etc)
Maybe you can find more useful information in this topic

Hi,

I have tested this solution and it seems to work properly. Maybe you have other conflicting plugins that could be causing this. You could try as a test to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme and your Woocommerce plugin, clear the cache again then check if it is working properly. The theme does not interfere with this function, so there must be other factors that are influencing it. Plugins or custom code are likely to blame.

Hi,

The sidebar content can be edited in the widgets section – https://www.screencast.com/t/SZ96Z76gXR
There you can see all your sidebars and make modifications to them. The footer sections can also be edited there. If the respective widget is in the sidebar, please check your sidebars and see if it is there. If you can not find this widget in any of your sidebars, maybe it is added by a plugin or some custom code. Please check if this is the case. If you could provide a link to your website, we will inspect it and see this problem.

Hi,

There is no option to add blocks in the post content. However, you can try to use a do_shortcode to insert it
https://www.screencast.com/t/MvdKju9Y58
You must edit the corresponding file to the post template that you are using. For example post template 2, you need to edit loop-single-2.php and insert the block you want in the post structure (below the related article section if that is what you want). Please note that this may not work properly, and cause unexpected results since blocks were not meant to be used in posts. You can try this solution and see if you can manage this, maybe with additional modifications.
This is the code used in the example

<?php echo do_shortcode ('[td_block_1]'); ?>

Hi,

There is no option to enable Visual composer on category pages. The category templates are predefined and there is no setting to edit it and add additional content in the page. Here you can find the category templates in the theme – https://www.screencast.com/t/o9us5uunwj if you would like to modify the code or make modifications to them. The category page consists of a Top post Big grid, and a section containing articles from the respective category. If you would like to implement more elements to these pages, it will have to be made custom or through a plugin if there are any with this capability.

Thanks
