Hi,

I will check it out, but for the moment it seems the website has some problems
http://prntscr.com/o38ygk
Did you maybe make modifications in the wp-config.php file? Or maybe install a new plugin? From what I can find these would be possible causes for the problem
https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/196-warning-cannot-modify-header-information-header-already-sent-by
Try to connect to the server by FTP and deactivate the plugins, also revert any modifications to files if you made any
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Thanks

Hi,

From what I can see the links to images set as featured are not working. For example
https://noticauquenes.cl/wp/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Alcalde-Cauquenes.jpg
http://prntscr.com/o38sba

Because of this, Facebook cannot retrieve the image. So despite having it in the page source – http://prntscr.com/o38quq it is not accessible to Facebook
http://prntscr.com/o38rx8

Maybe try and identify why the links to the featured images direct to 404 pages, I believe that is the source of the problem.

Thanks

Is that an author box in a widget sidebar? I have tried that as well, it is not working it seems. The description in the author box is not translated.
I made a small modification in the theme, to make it work. So now the author widget is also displaying the translated text – http://prntscr.com/o38j46
http://prntscr.com/o38j87

I will add this issue on our list and it will be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The fix would be to make a modification in this file – http://prntscr.com/o38li0
After the modification it should look like this – http://prntscr.com/o38laf

The code I used

get_the_author_meta( 'description' )

Hi,

With theme options that is not possible. While setting a rel to the link of the images would be simpler to do – http://prntscr.com/o383j5 adding a title as well will not be so easy.
If this is required, maybe consider using a Instagram feed plugin. Try free plugins if possible. Here are some examples I found – https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-instagram-plugins/ maybe one of them has the needed options.

Thanks

Hi,

That would be correct unfortunately, some of the documentation is not valid anymore after the latest theme updates. We will try to update the existing documentation and also add more as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The creative plugin should receive some more practical examples of what can be done with it, in the documentation you mention. Should also work properly with the latest theme as it is by default and with the code it contains initially. Maybe the modifications made to it are causing the problem you are having.

Hi,

@vivreausmic
From what I can find this ads.txt file is used by publishers to declare who can sell ads on their website, found some info here
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7532444?hl=en-GB

Maybe these topics will be helpful in solving the problem you are having.

Hi,

In this situation it is different, it is supposed to happen. When a background color or image is set in the theme panel either in general or for a specific category (like in this case), the website will be boxed.
From what I can see this category has a white background color set
https://empreenderonline.com/categoria/ferramentas/

There would be 2 solutions, the first is to remove that background color. Check in the theme panel per category settings and remove the background color for that category, example – http://prntscr.com/o37m81http://prntscr.com/o37max

The second one, in case you want to keep the white background color, is to force the width of the footer section – http://prntscr.com/o37mmf

If you have more questions let me know.
Thanks

I understand now, but it is not easy. On one hand AMP specifies that the main logo should be 60px in height, as it is now – http://prntscr.com/o1ublohttp://prntscr.com/o1uds1
You would have to remove this code in order for the logo to be bigger
http://prntscr.com/o1udbm
Then it will look like this – http://prntscr.com/o1udjw so it will require some CSS to change the design, and CSS in the old AMP plugin can only be entered like mentioned here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-page-formatting-questions/
Not to mention the modification it would require to center the logo. To center it maybe try and remove this margin here – http://prntscr.com/o1ui6k

The old AMP plugin looks like this – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/td-post-ripple-ceo-and-ethereum-co-founder-bash-ico-industry/amp/
It doesn’t have any settings to change the logo size or center it. This plugin is a simple plugin with the design based on the Yoast website
https://yoast.com/meta-descriptions/amp/

Now the solution is the mobile theme and official AMP plugin, for which there will be more and more options added in coming updates – https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/

Hi,

Do you use a child theme? There is an issue currently, when the child theme is active the post templates won’t apply properly. So the problem isn’t with the template you are using, it’s caused by the child theme. When we will fix this and a few other issues, an update will follow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks

Hi,

Maybe the category tags are disabled in the theme panel, you could check there
https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-tag-on-modulesblocks/

Thanks

Hi,

Maybe it is simply disabled in the screen options. If you use the classic editor the option is here – http://prntscr.com/o1q4xf
If you use Gutenberg it is here – http://prntscr.com/o1qabehttp://prntscr.com/o1qafl

Or maybe you are using an older theme version and the latest WordPress, there might be problems if that is the case. The theme became compatible with WordPress 5 and Gutenberg in the 9.2 update – http://prntscr.com/o1qdeo

If you already checked the above and you are not using an older theme, we could take a closer look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also FTP or cPanel could be needed. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

It should work if you do it as mentioned above. What exactly is not working in your case? Please specify some more details or post some screenshots, or even a link to the page where you are setting the columns as above, but it is not working. Let me know.

At the moment it’s not possible to add new icons in the composer, if that is what you mean. You can only use the ones that are already included in it
http://prntscr.com/o1pyzv
Maybe this will be possible in the future, sorry for the inconvenience.

Simion C.

Thank you for mentioning it. I will make a note of it and pass it along to the developer team. They will check it and make the necessary modifications if needed.

Simion C.

Hi,

From what I can see it is made of individual elements, like text, single image and a button – http://prntscr.com/o1pkar all added in a column of a row, with a border set on the columns. You could try and recreate it if that is what you want to do.

Thanks

I don’t quite understand what is happening. So you are entering a code in the theme header, then the code is redirected to a theme element. Are you entering it in the theme panel analytics section or in the actual theme header file?

Simion C.
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

If this is your site – https://beebom.com/ I see there is a black hover color on the header menu items. If you want to have the same color set on hover for the footer menu items, you could use this code
http://prntscr.com/o1pb5z

ul#menu-footer-menu-1 li:hover {
background-color: #000000;
}

I could modify it if needed.

Hi,

I see it says “EDITAIS” at the moment. I should note that there may be problems after the latest theme updates, when using custom post types and taxonomies. We will make more tests and update the documentation as soon as possible.

Thanks

Hi,

We will make more investigations in this matter, to try and find a different solution to this unusual problem, which seems to happen only in a few specific cases. I can’t say how long it will take unfortunately.

Simion C.

Hi,

There is indeed a problem as you mention, in the latest theme version. If a child theme is active the post templates won’t apply properly. This will be fixed in the next theme update. Maybe you could keep the child theme deactivated for the time being, until is is fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

AMP can be tested on desktop and mobile as well, by adding /?amp at the end of the URL
http://prntscr.com/o1odst
That is how it works currently. You can test the AMP validity with their tester
https://search.google.com/test/amp
Automatic AMP versions will be served by Google only, through the search results page. Other visitors will see the mobile theme version, or the responsive version depending on the setting you choose in the theme panel.

Simion C.

I forgot to ask, please post a link to the website so I can test there, it will be more accurate.

Simion C.
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

That would be the initial background color set for the row – http://prntscr.com/o1o8jl
You can change the color there. There is also an image set there as well, as a tiled pattern – http://prntscr.com/o1oalw

Thanks

Simion C.

Hi,

I could take a look at it, please post a link to the website. There are a few cases when the theme panel favicon would be overridden. For example if there is an image set in the wordpress customizer – http://prntscr.com/o1o371
Or if there is a favicon icon (favicon.ico) on the server in the main root folder
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16650930/put-favorite-icon-outsite-the-web-site-root-folder
Like in my case – http://prntscr.com/o1o51w
These will have priority over the theme favicon, so it may not apply.

Thanks

Hi,

From what I know the 6.0.2 version doesn’t have any issues. What are the problems you are having with it?
Updates for the bundled plugins will be provided when the theme is updated. I can’t say exactly when this will happen. There are some issues that have to be fixed and tested, then the theme will be updated.

If you require the previous theme version, we can provide it by email. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request it. Let us know.

Thanks
