Hi,
The theme doesn’t have the socials you mention at the moment. Also there is no option to add more socials in the theme. Maybe this will be possible in the future, when more settings will be added in the matter. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
That looks like the black demo. This demo has CSS customizations in order to display like that. As long as the demo is installed the CSS should apply.
I have logged in, I see it is installed. But the specific body class is missing, I have added it – http://prntscr.com/o0ulhc
Now the design can load – http://prntscr.com/o0ulkq
If you have more questions let me know.
As a note, please don;t post login details on the forum, all forum users have access to the topics. Provide sensitive information by email only, at contact@tagdiv.com. I will remove them.
Thanks
Hi,
I see the website like this at the moment – http://prntscr.com/o0ui2c it’s not as in the screenshot. If you want a black overall background color, you could install the black demo
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_black/
This will load the CSS necessary for the black background colors.
Thanks
Hi,
If you use a child theme, try making a small modification in it, in the functions file
– http://prntscr.com/nwzyeb
The child theme included in the 9.7.3 package contains this modification.
I should note that there is however another issue that is caused by having a child theme active at the moment. Post templates are not applying properly when set to posts. As soon as this is fixed and tested on our end, a new theme update will be released. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
The tagDiv composer is the main page builder provided with theme, it is created by us. I would suggest that you check the file permissions as a first step
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
Because that could be one of the causes – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-wordpress-failed-to-open-stream-error/
Also check the theme requirements guide carefully
– https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
As a note, please try to not post multiple times in the same topic, this will only delay the response on our part. That happens because it will refresh the topic date, and we reply from oldest to newest.
Thanks
Hi,
When the mobile theme plugin is enabled, you will have to create 2 versions for each page. One for desktop with the composer or in any way possible, and one for mobile with the simple mobile editor (can’t be built with the composer)
So you will have to edit the pages and enter content in the mobile editor, it should be at the bottom of the edit page screen – http://prntscr.com/o0abx0
In the mobile editor you can enter text, images, shortcodes should work as well.
If the mobile theme is not active, the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile.
Thanks
Hi,
Currently the newsletter plugin supports only these provides
– http://prntscr.com/o0u4xz
You could use a different newsletter plugin, or enter the form code or shortcode (where available) in a text element, that should work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
So AMP does not appear in the dashboard? – http://prntscr.com/o0t1pv It should appear if the mobile theme and AMP plugins are active, and one of the two AMP using options are selected in the theme panel mobile theme settings – http://prntscr.com/o0t2d2
I am testing with the latest theme version, but it should work properly in previous versions as well.
Thanks
I see quite a lot of videos in the playlist, the last video is this one
– http://prntscr.com/o0sr6o
Maybe you are not entering valid IDs by mistake, or there are missing commas, or maybe some videos are private.
Regarding the images, I would suggest that you try to regenerate the thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Then check how the images look.
Hi,
@vamsinani24 I see you use the mobile theme, with it active the website should be mobile friendly. I checked a few posts, looks alright – http://prntscr.com/o0sm5v
AMP looks alright as well – http://prntscr.com/o0sn4s
What are the problems you are facing?
Thanks
Hi,
Looks like this for me, I checked the homepage, category pages, post pages
– http://prntscr.com/o0s89a – http://prntscr.com/o0s8bv – http://prntscr.com/o0s8f3
I believe that is how you want it to look. Maybe it was a cache or browser cache issue for you.
Thanks
Hi,
There would be nothing complicated, import/create a cloud post template (should have the post content element you mention in it) and apply to a post. The post can be built with the classic editor or with Gutenberg.
I made a quick test with the same post template – http://prntscr.com/o0s3er
– http://prntscr.com/o0s3k4 – http://prntscr.com/o0s3nj – http://prntscr.com/o0s3rr
Seems to work alright. In your case the post content isn’t being displayed even if the cloud template contains the post content element? That would be unusual.
We could take a look at it, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can see this happening. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Glad it worked. From what I can see you maybe deleted the featured category
– https://blog.tryandreview.com/category/featured/
If that is the case, the block will switch to the default sorting, which is by latest. That way the block won’t be empty and have posts to display.
If you want to recreate the featured category you can you can do it like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Y2QPRE7xeX
It should function same as before after creating it.
Hi,
Sorry for misunderstanding. I could give it a try, post a link to where I can see the ad so I can create a code for it.
Empty rows can be deleted in a few ways. You can click and drag them to the right corner
– http://prntscr.com/o0rnmc – http://prntscr.com/o0rnj4
Or select them and press delete on the keyboard, that will work as well.
The section you mention could be the latest articles section, which can have a sidebar. The latest articles section will appear at the bottom of the page, if the required template is selected for the respective page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
To remove it select a different template, like the default page template for example.
Hi,
I could take a look, please post a link to the website, I will test a few posts. Are you entering any other auto ad related code anywhere in the AMP files, or in the theme panel?
Hi,
For the GDPR checkbox you could try removing it with the code from here
– https://wordpress.org/support/topic/update-4-9-6-checkbox-comments-privacy-approved/
The other two messages I don’t quite know what they are. Maybe they added by a plugin there, they don’t look like wordpress default discussion checkboxes.
Thanks
Hi,
It happened for me as well, I scrolled to the end a few times before it happened. Seems the automatic height of some iframes in which the posts are loaded, is very small for some reason
– http://prntscr.com/o0rbyn
Haven’t seen this being reported before, maybe there are special cases when it happens. So if you remove the adsense ads the problem is solved? We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
The demo uses a cloud header template, you ca customize it’s desktop and mobile version as needed. Edit the header template with the composer – http://prntscr.com/o0r2sn and make the modifications you want. For mobile, select the mobile viewport
– http://prntscr.com/o0r361
What exactly is this news festival? Some more details would be helpful. Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
That could be done but with plugins, for example – https://barn2.co.uk/share-woocommerce-products-social-media/
– https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/integrating-products-with-social-sharing-plugins/
The theme by itself can’t share products or Woocommerce related elements, only posts. Try some plugins specifically created for sharing products, they should work.
Thanks

If you just want to translate the title of those elements, it can be done. Access the WPML string translation settings – http://prntscr.com/o0hcn0 then locate the footer titles
– http://prntscr.com/o0hd0g and add translations to them. They will chnage when the language is changed.
Hi,
Check if the inline ad has a title set in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/o0h5aj If it does, remove it if that is what you want.
In case you use a cloud post template, edit the template with the composer and click on the post content element – http://prntscr.com/o0h6nw then remove the title from there.
Thanks
Hi,
Do you maybe use a child theme? If you do, try making a small modification in it, in the functions file
– http://prntscr.com/nwzyeb
The child theme included in the 9.7.3 package contains this modification.

Hi,
The first setting is for the default blog page which is displayed when not using a static homepage. The blog page is a list of articles sorted by latest
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
For this blog page you can choose the module in which posts are displayed and a sidebar if needed. Posts will inherit the sidebar and it’s position.
The second setting is for category pages using predefined category templates (non-cloud). There are global category settings which all other categories will use, if they are set to inherit – http://prntscr.com/o0cc2j
If a cloud template is selected the settings will not be available, cloud templates can be designed with the composer – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Category
Thanks
