Depends on the theme version, the legacy folder was added in the 9.7 update. That is when most of the theme files were moved in it, in the composer. Before these changes the file was in the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-the-links-that-sign-in-and-join-refer-to/
If you use an older theme than 9.7 the file is still in the theme, after the update the file is in the composer. In the latest version it should be as in the screenshot I provided previously.
Hi,
You mean single product pages? Those can’t be edited with the composer or WPBakery. The shop page, cart page, checkout page, account page and maybe others can be custom pages built with composers, but the single product page cannot.
What exactly would you like to do with the product pages? Maybe there is a different way.
Thanks
Hi,
Or use a cloud author template – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Author
The author description has an option to color the text – http://prntscr.com/nzsciq A cloud author template can be set for each author, in the theme panel. Those are templates created by us, but you can design your own using a blank author template, or modify the ones you import.
More about the cloud plugin here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks
Hi,
There could be conflicts when both the theme lazyload and Jetpack photon are active at the same time – https://jetpack.com/support/site-accelerator/
If you use one or the other the images should load fine. You can use Jetpack for it’s other functions you require.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems that the footer script code will load only in desktop, and not in mobile. The header script code will load on both. I will add this on the list and maybe it will be modified to load on mobile as well.
You could enter the code manually in the mobile footer file – http://prntscr.com/nzs831 this would work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
@katiazev If the cloud library plugin has been updated and it is active, it should appear in the dashboard same as before. We could take a look if there is a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login.
It should work in a text widget inside a sidebar. I made a quick example on my end, may not be the best solution or it needs more work, but seems to work
– http://prntscr.com/nyr46k – http://prntscr.com/nyr4ra
Hi,
Seems that there is still a demo image set somewhere in the theme panel, that was not changed. This image causes a mixed content warning – http://prntscr.com/nyqslz
Try looking for it here – http://prntscr.com/nyqsyt remove it or change it with one of your images.
I checked the website on mobile, looks fine. That is how the mobile theme looks. If you don’t want the mobile theme, you can deactivate it as it is an optional plugin. Then the same content from desktop will appear on mobile.
The latest articles section will appear at the bottom of the page, if the required template is selected for the respective page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
To remove it select a different template, like the default page template for example.
I believe you are using the code for changing the review star color from here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-cant-make-use-of-your-theme-yet/
I made it so that it applies only in posts, but I can modify it to apply everywhere.
– http://prntscr.com/nyqy5h here it is – https://pastebin.com/bUBrVBKB
Remove the previous code and enter this one.
If you have more questions let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
Does the same happen if you make a quick test and deactivate all non-theme plugins? Could be caused by plugins. The content should appear after you enter it and close the text window.
If you already tried that, we could take a look as well. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
You can do that in the theme translations panel – http://prntscr.com/nyqngc Most of the theme strings can be translated there.
Thanks
I will pass this along to the developer team, maybe that was overlooked or maybe that is how it is supposed to be. If it has to be different it will be changed. Thank you for mentioning it.
Hi,
Depends on how exactly you want it to look. Maybe it is possible with a cloud header template – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
Or maybe it is possible to to for a predefined header template using some CSS. Depends on what header template you are using. Post a link to the website, and details about how you want it to be.
Thanks
The file is in the composer plugin now, most of the theme files have been moved there after the recent updates. This modification could have been made in a child theme in the past, but now the login button link is here – http://prntscr.com/nyqald
So you would have to modify it there directly, after each update. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Hi,
That looks like the Full grid 1 if I’m not mistaken, which has these styles
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
A style exactly like that for the grid doesn’t exist. There are a couple that are centering the post meta, like style 5 and 6.
With a flex grid you could position the meta center and bottom
– http://prntscr.com/nyq2wj
Then set a limited width and also set the colors – http://prntscr.com/nyq46h
– http://prntscr.com/nyq41e
To position the meta lower, you could set a negative margin for it
– http://prntscr.com/nyq77x
Flex grids don’t display the author image at the moment, like flex blocks can. maybe an option will be added for them as well in the future.
If you have more questions let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile theme will load the general theme panel analytics as well, so any code or script entered here – http://prntscr.com/nypsqz will be loaded in desktop and also in the mobile version as well – http://prntscr.com/nypu2g
If I misunderstand let me know.
Thanks
I see you are using an older theme version (9.7), from what I know there was an issue with the social sharing on posts in that version, but it was fixed in the next update
– http://prntscr.com/nypo0p
You could try and update the theme and theme plugins, then the problem should be fixed
– https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
Hi,
If the post currently viewed has at least one category or tag (depending on the setting you choose) in common with other posts, they will appear in the related articles. The post count will be the one set in the theme panel http://prntscr.com/nypeb7
So if there are related posts and the count is set to 4 rows, there should be 12 posts displayed.
If there is a problem, please post a link to the website, where I can see the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
The message refers to an older theme version, if you updated to the latest version, why would it keep displaying that notification is beyond me. In fact in version 9.2.2 a security issue was fixed – http://prntscr.com/nycxyx
Maybe it doesn’t detect that you have updated the theme.
Hi,
Do you maybe use a child theme? There is an issue currently that happens when a child theme is active, all the posts will use the default post template. That could be the case here. If that is the case, the solution would be to deactivate the child theme, sorry for the inconvenience.
After the recent theme updates the child theme is quite limited, as most of the theme files were moved in the tagDiv composer plugin
– https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
In case the problem is different than what I mentioned above, please post some more details about it, also a link to the website.
Thanks
Hi,
So there is a problem when you are trying to upload images in the media library. You could try these suggestions – https://www.fixrunner.com/how-to-fix-image-upload-issues-in-wordpress/
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress/
I have seen cases where using an older PHP version caused such a problem, try if possible to use PHP 7, 7.1 or 7.2.
Thanks
Hi,
So you restored the backup but there is still a problem – http://prntscr.com/nycgpm
Is everything alright at server level? The hosting provide should be able to check if something happened with the server or database, or wordpress. Please contact them again and mention the situation.
These are the first steps to take when something like that happens, but it would be better to leave it for the hosting first

Hi,
Something like that will be possible in the future. The request to be able to set a custom link for the sign in/join is added on the list.
Maybe instead of modifying the top bar login button, it would be easier to disable it. Then add a custom link in the top menu, leading to a chosen URL
– http://prntscr.com/nyca5q – http://prntscr.com/nycbhi
Thanks
Hi,
Where are you entering the code exactly? The loop single files are now in the composer plugin (after the recent updates) – http://prntscr.com/nyc5sq
That code should still work when entered in the loop files. For example
– http://prntscr.com/nyc6t6 – http://prntscr.com/nyc6xd
You could also maybe consider using cloud post templates. You can place ad boxes in any location in a post template – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single
thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to the website so we can take a look. If that is not possible in the forum, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide it there. Admin login may be required for a closer look. Maybe there is an issue, or it could be misunderstanding. Please let us know.
Thanks
