Hi,
We have a guide that you could follow – https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Shouldn’t cause any problems with adsense ads, but I did find some references to possible issues between super cache and the ad inserter plugin you mention
– https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ad-inserter-disables-wp-super-cache/
Found some documentation also – https://adinserter.pro/documentation/caching
I can’t say for sure what settings to use or not, to try and avoid problems between the two plugins. Maybe experiment more with them.
Thanks
Hi,
There was a similar case exactly as you mention, it is being investigated on our end by the developer team. You could try this quick fix for the time being
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td_query_all_results-post_url-post_cat_link-issue-with-posts/
If possible let us know if this fixes the problem and there are no more errors generated. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Some elements won’t be available in the composer if WPBakery is active. The HTML element is one of them. This was done because they may not function correctly when both composers are active. Maybe it will change, I can’t say for sure at the moment what will happen.
But the cloud library should function same as before. If you want us to take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see the mobile theme is displayed on desktop as well
– http://prntscr.com/nzvnek
This shouldn’t happen. Please make sure the super cache is set as mentioned in the guide
– https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also a theme javascript file as well as some plugin resources provide 403 errors, they seem to be blocked by the server – http://prntscr.com/nzvpbr – http://prntscr.com/nzvrsr
This could happen due to security plugins or security modules on the server. Maybe the hosting provider knows what is causing it.
I would also suggest that you temporarily deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and the cache plugin. Then clear the cache and check if the website is working properly.
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t quite understand what you are trying to do. I see the header menu and another menu in the footer I believe. Some more details would be very helpful. Let me know.
Thanks
If we should find a solution to provide a safer way for modifying the theme files found in the composer plugin, we will provide it. But at the moment they can only be modified there directly.
The issues caused by the child theme, the lightbox issue and a few others will be fixed in the next theme update. An update will be released as soon as the fixes are made and tested.
Hi,
Depends on the blocks/modules used. They display different thumb sizes
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
The theme will crop and create multiple thumbnails from the images you set as featured
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/
Maybe try and use different types of blocks, choose the ones that display the thumbnails which are best suited for your images.
In the composer there are also flex blocks and grids, which have options for the images
– http://prntscr.com/nzuite – http://prntscr.com/nzuj2e
If you have more questions let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
Broken how exactly? Post a link to the website if possible, or send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and admin login so we can try to find out what has happened.
Thanks
Hi,
I see you have resolved the problem at the moment – http://prntscr.com/nzu4ys If you have more questions let us know.
Thanks
The child theme is quite limited after the latest updates. Note that if the composer is active, the header file used will be the one in the plugin – http://prntscr.com/nztxbn
also the single files are there as well – http://prntscr.com/nztxr8
So these files can’t be modified in a child theme anymore. If we should find a way to allow users to be able to modify the files in a safer way, we will provide it. But as it is at the moment they can only be modified directly in the composer plugin.
Hi,
So the menu is different when logged vs not logged. Looks alright for me
– http://prntscr.com/nztrsh but I don’t know how i’s supposed to be however.
I see you use a membership plugin, maybe that is capable to display different menus depending on being a member or not, that would explain it.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately there aren’t any settings for this at the moment. The theme uses the default WordPress search functionality, which is a simple search. Maybe consider using a dedicated search plugin for a more advanced functionality.
Begin with free plugins if possible – https://colorlib.com/wp/search-plugins-for-wordpress/
Thanks
Hi,
That may happen if you entered code in this section – http://prntscr.com/nztmg0 and the code is not a valid auto ads code. Please enter it like this – http://prntscr.com/nztn70 and there should be no problem.
Thanks

The footer page can be used if you want to display a page in the footer, instead of a footer template. It will affect the whole website. The predefined footer templates are limited in some ways, so in this case a page designed with the composer for example, can be set to display there.
That depends, for example if the pages contain theme provided elements, like blocks and grids, these should work regardless of the composer used or being active. But if the pages contain specific WPBakery elements like tabs, accordions, masonry grids, these won’t be recognized by the composer. The same would happen if a page contains composer specific elements, and it is edited with WPBakery.
Hi,
1. The popular category elements will sort categories based on the number of posts they contain. The ones with the most posts in them will be at the top of the list. What exactly would you like to do with this elements? Some more details would be helpful, let me know.
2. If you want to change the text used in the comments section, it can be done in the theme panel->translation settings. Most theme strings can be changed as needed
– http://prntscr.com/nztfgd
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe that is the size of the image, the theme won’t enlarge it if is’s too small. It will be shown as it is. Also some thumbnails won’t be created if the image used as featured is too small – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/
You could use bigger sized images if possible, the theme will create thumbnails from them. Then these will be used in blocks, grids and other modules, post templates.
If you have more questions let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
First look at the state of this WordPress setting – http://prntscr.com/nzt8nv That would be the first thing to do after the website is ready to be indexed.
I found a useful guide in the matter here – https://torquemag.io/2015/12/15-tips-get-wordpress-website-indexed-google/
Thanks
Hi,
To change the overall width in general is not possible. In locations where the composer can be used (like pages and cloud templates) the content can be stretched, rows have a few width settings for it – http://prntscr.com/nzt6tu This will allow wider layouts.
Some of the newer theme demos make use of these width settings for rows, you can check them out here – https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper
Also be sure to check some cloud template designs made by us
– https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All
The composer can be used to design most templates WordPress uses, posts categories, search etc. If you have more questions let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
An example would be helpful, which links should jump and where. Maybe there is a way.
For example this demo’s menu items jump to specific locations in the homepage
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_dentist/
Or links in the page content like in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/smooth-scrolling-html-menu/
Thanks
Hi,
So this happens only in the homepage? usually this kinds of errors that happen just for a specific page are caused by entering content in the page that is not part of the composer, or wasn’t added with it.
We could take a look at the problem, send us admin login at contact@tagdiv.com so we can investigate. If there are more details about the problem, mention them in the email, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks
Hi,
The website you mention seems to be using the latest theme version, looks alright at the moment but it doesn’t function correctly. The block pagination, search button, each time I try to use it, a request is made for a favicon – http://prntscr.com/nzst1v
Does the error you mention appear for all page, even new pages?
To try and identify the problem, first switch to the main theme from the child theme. Then deactivate all the non-theme plugins and check if the website works properly. If the problem remains we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
Depends on which pagination you are referring to, some more details would be helpful. Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
I have seen something like that previously, from what I remember it was caused by the disqus plugin. When the plugin is active it caused layout issues, problems with the images etc.
If the plugin works in 9.6.1, maybe this is happening because of the theme file structure modifications starting from 9.7. Most of the theme files were moved in the tagDiv composer, due to the new Envato requirements for themes – https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
Thanks
