Hi,
Sorry about this. You have been instructed to rename your plugins folder so that any plugin which you use and might cause the issue that prevents you to access the admin area of your site gets disabled and you can access your wp-admin panel.
We have also replied to this via email.
Thanks
Hi,
You can sue the is_category() conditional tag and set you custom code to be displayed only on specific categories, you can read more about this here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_category
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks @Steven! I have tested the latest theme version and haven’t had any issues of this type.
@Jorge/@SALZBURG12 Please make sure you empty all cache/purge files then deactivate all plugins leaving just Visual Composer active then check again and also clear your browser cache (use Ctrl+Shift+R to re-download the page ignoring cache content) if this dose not helps please update the theme copying the theme’s files manually via FTP using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ because the envato toolkit seems to case some issue when used for update and could not update the it right.
@Mark Clifford The css flash usually happens when using the speed booster plugin. Just checked your site and seems that it doesn’t happen anymore have you managed to solve it? Please let me know!
The 4.5d version of the theme from theme panel was added by mistake it should state 4.6 so it’s not an issue.
@Jalo I have tested this again using winmerge and that file hasn’t been changed in the latest theme versions, maybe you had an older theme version as the last time this file was changed is 4.1
@skykid Sorry for the inconvenience. More feature will be added, unfortunately I can’t give you any exact details about this but I can let you know that will happen in next updates.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately this happens because of the width of the logo which you will need to adjust it on each screen via css.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
@mnguyen87 Glad you have managed to get it done. Please note that when you update your theme using the envato toolkit you will not lose your settings and customizations only if you have made modifications to theme files, in that case you need to remake your changes as the files will get overwritten and the changes will be lost.
On the other hand we do not recommend the update through the envato plugin as some issues where reported recently and better would be to do it manually via FTP.
Regarding the “4.5d version” of the latest theme please note that it’s not an issue we have added that by mistake.
@Branstone We do not recommend the plugin as I stated above because seems that can cause other issues. Please make sure you update like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and after you update make sure you empty all cache and purge files.
Thanks
Hi,
You will need custom work or a plugin if you want to add more of them as the theme was designed with only those 4 and doesn’t have an option for adding more of them.
You can move the social sharing buttons moving this line: http://screencast.com/t/DiWSw8v1 inside loop-single.php file. For the other post templates you need to edit and change the other templates files: http://screencast.com/t/SiJF33Ka4s
Thanks
Hi,
Use this method if you want to control the number of post from a specific category page: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/set-number-of-post-that-can-be-viewed-on-category/#post-18286
Thanks
Hi,
Please let me know if I haven’t understood well but if you want an different feature image of the post than the video thumb on homepage you need to set the post to gallery format then add the video URL into your post where you want the video to appear. This way you will have a thumb on your homepage of the image you set as featured image and on post page your will have just the video and the content you want as when set to gallery post format the feature image isn’t displayed on posts pages.
Hope this helps, please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
I have tested this using the latest theme version and found no issues with adsense ads, all are showing properly: http://screencast.com/t/QyMhCxRFCThis may be due to google so you should follow this troubleshooter guide: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208336?hl=en
Please let me know and also provide your site’s URL.
Thanks
Hi,

Please let me know!
Thanks

Hi,
Use this code: http://pastebin.com/WjKjYQ8N inside header.php file like this: http://screencast.com/t/c620hHcjLhO and add your ad code for this in theme panel > ads > custom ad 1 filed.
Thanks
Hi,
If it’s an image banner you can use this div tags:
<div class="td-visible-desktop">
<a href="#"><img src="http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/ads-728.jpg" /></a>
</div>
<div class="td-visible-tablet-l">
<a href="#"><img src="http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/ads-468.jpg" /></a>
</div>
<div class="td-visible-tablet-tp">
<a href="#"><img src="http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/ads-468.jpg" /></a>
</div>
<div class="td-visible-phone">
<a href="#"><img src="http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/ads-300.jpg" /></a>
</div>
For other type of ads you can use a plugin or you can add them manually directly into the template.
Hope this helps!
Please let me know!
Thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately the theme has been designed like that and to modify it it’s not an easy task and you will need custom work for it which we cannot provide at this moment as we don’t have enough time and resources for it.
If you need it we suggest to get someone to help you implement it or you can work around this by using yoast breadcrumbs.
Please follow this topic I have explained there what you need to do: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/using-yoast-breadcrumbs/
Thanks
Hi,
You can download the updated theme from themeforest and check the change-log to see what changes have been made: http://screencast.com/t/aJ1JMkcqg
You can also find the changes on theme forest: http://screencast.com/t/ff68DUZ5QcTt
http://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
When update it you won’t loose your settings or functionality only if you have modified files and you don’t need to update it only if you want too.
You can also make a back-up of your current theme installation so that you can revert back to it if something goes wrong then use this guide and update it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
It’s not a new theme it is just an update of it which we have done to fix some reported issues. You can also use the patch if you are updating from version 4.5.
Thanks
Hi,
The mega menu hasn’t been designed to be used into a sub-menu like you did according to the screens you provided so you need to add the menu-item for which you have chosen the mega menu to the menu bar and then assign the mega menu feature to it.
You can see how we recommend the use of mega menu and more info about it and how to use it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-the-megamenu/
Thanks
Hi,
I forgot to specify that after this changes you need to check this using the default sidebar position for your posts and also the default post template as the changes will affect only those conditions and you need to alter the others post templates as well as the other sidebars position on default post template if you want this in all you posts sidebars.
So please make sure you do this, should work as I have tested it. If still can’t manage to do it we suggest to get some one to do it for you as you need custom work for this and unfortunately the time and resources we have at this moment don’t allow us to offer custom work.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Hope you understand!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Yes, it is because the Adsense switch, as the Adsense banners use this css class .td-g-rec-id-header so just add the css below to fix this: http://screencast.com/t/r6NWw4sqztv
.single .td-g-rec-id-header {
margin-bottom: 50px;
}
Thanks
Glad you have managed to fix this.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
You don’t need any change into the functions file, just do this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/seo-friendly-images-for-tags/#post-26533
Thanks
Hi,
Please send your site’s URL I need to inspect this so I can provide an accurate solution for it.
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure you do it like I suggested because we had some reports that the plugin isn’t working properly when using the toolkit to update it as errors may occur and files may be skipped so please make sure you do it manually like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and always make sure you make a back-up of your current theme installation so you can revert back to it in case something goes wrong.
Thanks
Thanks @dalandau for sharing, glad you managed to figure that out.
Hi,
I understand. The theme uses a custom modified of version of bootstrap 2. Note that it’s modified so please consider that.
Thanks
