Hi,

Your css doesn’t work because you are missing the “line” in this class: http://screencast.com/t/dunVek4zLoeA
I have tested the css, the background color and image haven’t been added right: http://screencast.com/t/IadYpf0CyZX4
I have also tried to access you site but it’s not working, please let me know when I can access your site and inspect this so I can provide a solution for it.

Thanks

Hi,

If you are using the last theme version note that the 980px layout and 1170px fixed layout were removed from theme version 4.3. we have also mentioned this in the update log that came with the theme files: http://screencast.com/t/cG4XTwP5
We plan to rebuild the frontend in the future (next 2-3 months) and unfortunately we had to make this move. We also plan to build a plugin that adds the removed section for users who need it.
A solution for this would be to use the previous version of the theme, if you need it send an email at contact@tagdiv.com , specify the request and we will send it to you.
Sorry about this and for the inconvenience.

Thanks foe the message!

Hi,

You can use this feature: http://screencast.com/t/U0tywmQKitU
This feature will only show the posts once on page, so if your featured category it’s displayed first on p[age will only show posts in that category.

Thanks

Hi,

We know about this and we have already wrote to plugins author so we can find a solution for this, you can also write to their support page: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/google-analytics-for-wordpress
We are trying to fix this but unfortunately is more difficult than we initially tooth. You can disable this option from Yoast Google Analytics general settings, will fix the issue with the links: http://screencast.com/t/LRV9LlBn3
You can also use our own Google analytics support (just paste the code in our admin): http://screencast.com/t/EtxOCuXlspj

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi,

The theme was not designed to work with this time format and we try not to overload it.
In other words this is custom work and we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can hire a freelancer/developer to do this for you or you can use that plugin make some research and try to find a solution for this yourself, you can take a look at the views counts using ajax here: http://screencast.com/t/LAVMQDmY
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi,

I have made tests with the tagdiv social counter plugin and found no issues with it, please make sure that you get the latest version of tagdiv Social Counter plugin (Version 2.2), you can get it from themes latest version files in plugins folder, remove/delete the old plugin the install it from the plugins folder.
Should work fine, if still dose not work after installing it again please make sure you use the latest theme version also and that you deactivate all plugins when testing it to make sure that there is no plugins conflicts.
Here are the result of my tests:

Hi,

Sorry for the delay! If the settings are not saved you have to increase the max_input_vars = 1000; value inside the php.ini file to max_input_vars = 5000;.
If you don’t have access to the php.ini file please contact the host administrator and let him know about this issue.
Hope this helps! Please let me know!

Thanks

Hi,

I can’t see your site so I can’t inspect it to check this. Please provide a link where I can see this issue and also provide more details on what do you want to achieve.

Thanks

Hi,

I have made the changes pointed above from your admin panel and worked fine for me so make sure you disable all plugins and empty cache like I wrote before and then try again.
The theme doesn’t have an option for font weight at the moment but you can changed it via css and we will consider this for future updates. If you don’t have basic css/php/html knowledge we recommend you to hire a developer to make this changes for you as we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/

Hi,

The lines appear because you are using the “Blog style” header style, you can change it from theme panel > header > header style http://screencast.com/t/6nMiErBKpArI
Use another header style, the menu items are centered all the same reason the demo uses header style 1, you will get the the line underneath the menu items when hovering also if you change the header style.

I have checked your site and found this errors in the console, this is why the parallax images don’t work: http://screencast.com/t/W1xEwv93I
Please make sure you deactivate all plugins and check Agana also empty cache files if you use any. Regarding the space between menu and feature image that will disappear if you change the header style.
Please let me know what you find.

Thanks

Hi,

@OuweAap
unfortunately the fixed layout was also removed together with the 980px layout within 4.3 theme version.

Hi,

Hi,

Yes, you would have to edit the page then the block that you want to change the title then change it from here: http://screencast.com/t/wsYxH8Pv

Hi,

These are the image sizes that the theme uses: http://screencast.com/t/DR0EMtjZXf
So you need to add an image at least 745px of width and 483px height so that it can fill the whole big slider’s image container because neither the theme or wordpress don’t enlarge images to fit the container, you would need a plugin for that.
Make sure you use a image large enough to fill the slider’s container then use this guide and regenerate thumbnails, make sure you deactivate any CDN plugins, purge files and empty cache first if you use any of this.
Please let me know if you still have this issues after this.

Thanks

Hi,

This is because you are using the wrong class to call the image, and this depends of the icons sizes so you will have to use this css to change the icon: http://screencast.com/t/oDiJkVTW
Make sure you use a 32x32 px icon.

.td-s-s-32-meetup {
background-image: url('http://www.forheavensake.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/meetup-icon.jpg');
}

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the nice words and for your suggestion, I have added this to out feature requests list and we will consider this for future updates, also note that we have over 160 feature requests and we have to be very carefully what we implement so if more people will request this we will try to implement it.

Hi,

You can add them like this: http://screencast.com/t/fyQwFaji and use the tag filter to control the posts you want to show in each block.

Hi,

I’m not sure I understand what you want to achieve, using the style 1 the logo it’s placed on the left unless you refer to the logo on mobile screens which it’s on the right. Please let me know and provide more details, also a screenshot would be helpful.

Thanks
