Hi,
This happens because your fb page isn’t public so it can’t be accessed: http://screencast.com/t/Dcbb2JL2
Try this: http://www.opal-creations.co.uk/blog/free-tips-tricks/howto-make-your-facebook-business-page-visible-to-non-facebook-users and test again.

Hi,
That post content delimitation line isn’t a bug, it has been added by the theme to provide you a live look on how your posts’s content will look in the front-end.
See this tread to find out how to remove it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/remove-divider-in-editer/
Thanks
Hi,
@saputrabros As Chris states here the qTranslate X
is a descendant of qTranslate, which has apparently been abandoned by the original author, Qian Qin.
Unfortunately we aren’t considering switching to wpml plugin and we will add a new translation system built in the theme, based on .po .mo files which will come with theme already translated in several common languages (via theme panel, .po .mo are also provided). All this will be available from theme version no 5 and this changes should also make the theme work with other translation plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
I can see both fonts are loading now in your page source: http://screencast.com/t/p6Iri9tpEbkQ
Have you managed to figure this and solve it. Please let us know!
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks!
1. Not really sure what you need as based on what I’ve understood from your description this filter by author/user is already available in theme’s block settings: http://screencast.com/t/Tm2djE9dHgv and the author page filter just the post’s from that author, for example take this author page from our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/author/marius/
2. Could you please also provide a link to your site where we can inspect this issue.
Thanks
Hi,
We are currently working hard to finish and have it released within approximately two week form now.

Hi,
I’m not sure why this happens. Please make sure that you have configured it right and use the instructions from this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/child-theme-documentation/
If it still not working please send your admin and FTP credentials via email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can have a closer look at this and also provide a link to this tread or specify your issue’s details.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately we haven’t tested the theme using that plugin so I’m not aware of its functionality and settings and can’t provide an accurate answer on this however I suggest you try it and test your site’s speed and use google’s webmaster tools : https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/4559176?hl=en – https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6066467?hl=en&ref_topic=6066464&rd=1
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have any content protection option so the use of a plugin for this is recommend here. Not sure of it helps much or if you are aware of it but WordPress also has this content visibility feature: https://codex.wordpress.org/Content_Visibility
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
We haven’t made any updates theme’s code therefore no updates on this but as I’ve stated before we will fix this in the next theme update which will be the new fifth version which we are working hard to finish and have it released within approximately two week form now.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks

Hi,
Not sure, I’m not aware of a way doing this. You need custom work for this so I suggest you find a freelancer to help you do it if you really need it and don’t know how to: http://studio.envato.com/
Thanks
Hi,
You should find it trough your site’s files directly through godaddy, you don’t need to worry about hidden files there. This might also help: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7198285/editing-htacccess-file-in-godaddy-hosting
The performance issues can happen due to lots of factors, please follow the links below for more details regarding this:

Hi,
Thanks! We still have the Shim plugin under development and we are working on it and testing it to ensure that it functions properly with all of the theme elements.
Unfortunately the Shim plugin only works with theme’s elements [vc_empty_space height=”32px”] and [vc_separator color=”grey” align=”align_center”] are VC elements which don’t work with the shim. You can sue custom css though to easily replace those VC elements.
Thanks
Hi,
This could happen due to various reasons, please go trough the adsense troubleshooter pasted below and contact your ad provider if you still can’t manage to make them work: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208336?hl=en
You can also test your ad code using a WordPress text widget to place the ad into your page or sidebar, if your ad code works/was approved this widget should show you ads: http://screencast.com/t/Cv00hEmZhIv – http://screencast.com/t/Yp3N6YnaHiqg
To minify theme’s js and to move the resources to the footer you can use theme’s speed booster plugin which enables and uses a minifyed version of js, for css you need to do it manually as compression it automatically could cause issues and its not recommended.
Also make sure that you go trough the treads/guide below for more info on how to customize your site’s page speed and other matters please follow and use all instructions provided in all this treads:
* https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/pagespeed/
* https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/

Hi,
Its fine, you can use on multiple test sites, basically you can use one license per each
customized end product (site/domain).

Hi,
This error: http://screencast.com/t/M3G4yxhk2R9 ..indicates that this second breadcrumb isn’t linking anywhere: http://screencast.com/t/2vEiGiqvi
This also happens on our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/lifestyle/
We have this on our attention for the fifth version of the theme which will have the whole markup reviewed and all issue fixed.
Until then you can add this line: $buffy .= ''; to the td_page_generator.php file like this: http://screencast.com/t/C0lU6stXSP3i – should solve this and remove the error.
Thanks
Hi,
According to Yoast the meta description you set on your post is not necessarily what google will display into search snippet so you can use Yoast’s meta description: http://screencast.com/t/0roUln4o3 to control it but still eventually google will decide what will show up there.
The related articles section don’t have any references to any description so I’m not sure that those articles influence google’s result.
If you want to test this you can disable the related articles section and test if makes any difference.
I’ve also checked your google’s results: http://screencast.com/t/j8N490KI on this post to be more specific: http://starzip.de/dagi-bee-hat-extensions and found that the description found on google matches with the one set by yoast: http://screencast.com/t/QoGHH3Kk2jU
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact answer on this however we expect it to be ready within the end of the month.

Hi,
If you use your license on one project (site) then its ok.
If you decide to to build a different one then you would have to buy a license for each project Envato specifies that each theme can be used for one project (site): http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard and you don’t need to worry there will be no conflicts.
Thanks
