Hello!

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again. We have tested this option on our end and everything worked out fine.

Hello !

Unfortunately this option is not available with Newspaper Theme.

You could try this custom method: https://gretathemes.com/count-post-views/

Hello !

You could achieve something similar to this if you create custom post templates and set them to each post as you want. https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

You can set a template like this and edit it accordingly: https://www.screencast.com/t/Sb93l3Qj

Anything extra will require custom css which is not covered by the support team.

Thank you !

Hello !

That can be changed by going into Theme panel – Theme Colors – General – Theme Accent color.

Hello !

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello !

We do recommend using auto ads: https://support.google.com/adsense/thread/1603676?hl=en

When using a cloud header we recommend using an adBox Element and insert the adsense code directly in it. Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/

Hello !

Please note that you can use custom viewports to design your theme accordingly as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/iMbhtfSoky

I hope this was helpful !

Hello !

That you will have to do from theme code and edit multiple files. Please note that this is something that we do not recommend.

Hello !

Posts / images are not affected by theme. As i’ve mentioned above, there can be the need to re-design your pages after converting to pro layouts. You can still use CSS. We recommend you using a localhost or a test site in order to see how your changes will affect your website.

Thank you !

Hello !

Try this code: .td-footer-wrapper, .td-footer-wrapper .td_block_template_7 .td-block-title > *, .td-footer-wrapper .td_block_template_17 .td-block-title, .td-footer-wrapper .td-block-title-wrap .td-wrapper-pulldown-filter {
background: linear-gradient(to bottom, #33ccff 0%, #ff99cc 100%);
}

But please note that you have to disable the background image.

Thank you !

Hello !

Please take a look into this topic and try those fixes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gutenberg-editor-css-issue/

Hello !

We recommend you to first create a back-up of your website and then update wordpress and Newspaper theme.

In order to update please follow the steps found here for wordpress: https://easywpguide.com/wordpress-manual/keeping-your-site-updated/

For Newspaper Theme you simply need to install the new version over the older one. Those are more like a quickfix than a major theme update.

I hope this was helpful !

Thank you !

Hello !

Our theme requirements ask only for max_input_vars, there is no requirements or recommendation for max_input_time. You can leave that standard.

Thank you !

Hello !

The other version would be using a child theme but if you inserted you css in theme panel that is more than enough.

If you still want to use child theme please follow our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

Thank you!
