That layout comes from the a BLOCK that is a element of TagDiv Composer. You can achieve that by adding a similar block using the tagDiv Composer.

Newspaper Theme supports any format that google adsense offers, make sure that your adsense ads are set to Auto. Unfortunately you you can achieve the design you want for the header by using a Custom header template from the Cloud library.

ALl the Cloud library templates can be fully edited using the tagDiv Composer.
