There is no option to do it in the mobile theme as of now. The only way to achieve it would be to disable the mobile theme plugin, this will make the theme to become automatically responsive for the mobile view. Do try it out.
I also had similar problem. I was told that I did not have data source, that is why the images do not appear on social sharing. In order to fix that, yoast seo plugin was installed -> https://kb.yoast.com/kb/getting-open-graph-for-your-articles/
Even after installing yoast seo plugin, I had noticed that featured images weren’t visible in some posts while sharing. So, tagdiv team identified the problem and told me to set featured images of less than 300kb, for the image to show in the social sharing of Whatsapp and other social networks. You could also try it out.
That is anchor ads. For that you need to copy auto ads code from you adsense account and paste it in Theme panel->ANALYTICS/JS CODES->Header script code>(PASTE YOUR CODE HERE)
FYI, Auto ads code will look like the below code
<script data-ad-client=”ca-pub-1111111111111111″ async src=”https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”></script>
There shouldn’t be any problem since your going to use it on the same domain name. If you plan to use it on different domain name, then you need to first deactivate the key on your website by going to ->Theme panel->System status->Registration key->Reset key
Hello,
Can you please tell me on how to rectify it.
Google autoads are showing on home and category pages, but it is not showing in posts..
Hello maaikewind,
I tried it on my site, /404 doesn’t change into https://www.example.com/tdb_templates/404-template-8/ , it stays as https://www.example.com/404 . This, I think has to do with permalinks I guess.
So, maybe you could take a backup and try the permalinks settings of my site.
My .htaccess also contains this
# BEGIN WordPress
# The directives (lines) between BEGIN WordPress and END WordPress are
# dynamically generated, and should only be modified via WordPress filters.
# Any changes to the directives between these markers will be overwritten.
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>
# END WordPress
And at last my permalinks settings(Settings->Permalinks->) are as below
Custom Structure https://www.example.com /%category%/%postname%/
Please do take a full backup before trying it out.
Regards

Here is a reply by Calin to a user who had similar query as you. Quoting Calin – If you are using the preview draft, please deactivate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
This problem is said to be rectified in the coming update.
Here is a reply by Simion to a user who had similar query as you. Quoting Simion – If you would like to provide the user registration (membership) for your website, you can do so in the WordPress general settings – http://prntscr.com/o8v8qb then WordPress will allow visitors to create accounts – http://prntscr.com/o8v92k and the theme will display it as well – http://prntscr.com/o8v9h2
The theme login modal window will display the same information from the default WordPress login screen. It is basically the same screen and functionality but with some style added.
You need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer. Next click on the block, go to layout options and scroll down. You will find Author and Date options, there you need to select the option Show on both ‘Show author’ and ‘Show date’, here is the screen https://prnt.sc/qesekp
I am talking about the fact that the user can not register:
– the user follows the link to register;
– where the user indicates mail;
– there’s an email coming to the mail;
All these steps are correct. The next step in your site is, when user opens the link from the email, he is given a choice to set new password or continue with system generated password. I continued with system generated password and voila I was able to login. Here is the screen – https://prnt.sc/qes8em
You should use revolution slider to slide images automatically. Here is the link to the guide –
https://tagdiv.com/revolution-slider-plugin-with-newspaper-theme/
I am not sure if there is any specific plugin which can do this, but there is certainly a plugin called Advanced Access Manager which helps you control many aspect of your website and it’s access to different user roles. You need to check with the author of the plugin, on whether their plugin can help you in delivering this. That said, I would like to inform you as a word of caution that many such access plugins can cause conflict with Newspaper theme and throw errors on site.
There is no option to do it in the mobile theme as of now. The only way to achieve it would be to disable the mobile theme plugin, this will make the theme to become automatically responsive for the mobile view. Do try it out.
I am not sure if this would work, but you could give it a shot.
Install Yoast Seo, or if you already have it installed, go to this location -> https://prnt.sc/qemunz . Remove site title and type 404 and click save.
I also had the same problem. I was told that I did not have data source, that is why the images do not appear on social sharing. In order to fix that, yoast seo plugin was installed -> https://kb.yoast.com/kb/getting-open-graph-for-your-articles/
After installing yoast seo also, you need to set featured images of less than 300kb, for the image to show in the social sharing of Whatsapp. You could use Photoshop or any plugin to optimize images. Else, you could use this online website to optimize images -> http://www.resizeimage.4u2ges.com/ .
I don’t think there is an inbuilt theme option for a contact form. However, you could install the plugin “Contact Form 7” https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
Copy-pasting Calin’s reply from an earlier topic:
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please notice that we do not recommend to use WP Bakery with tagDiv Cloud Library, if you want to use cloud templates, please deactivate it.
The other scenario could be of a plugin conflict. I disabled all plugins apart from “Tested Plugins”, by the way, tested plugins can be found in Newspaper->Plugins(https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_support). I tried enabling Untested Plugins one by one and then checking the Cloud Templates->Add New(https://prnt.sc/q4li14). By this testing, I could find the plugin which caused this error. Now the culprit untested plugin was not a new install, but after the recent updates to it, this “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” started throwing up in Cloud Templates. So, that’s how I solved it.
I also faced a similar dilemma of how to go about it.
I figured it out. Uploading favicon in themepanel wasn’t working for me. Here is how I solved it:
You need to go to your Dashboard-> Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity
There you need to upload the favicon(512*512 pixel) in Site Icon section( https://prnt.sc/qdenwc) . Don’t forget to clear cache and also clear browser data. The site should now load the favicon. Please check it out.
You may need to enable Ajax view count. Here is the screenshot -> https://prnt.sc/qdekhy
It has to be enabled when we are using a cache plugin.
Please go to Newspaper -> Install Demos . From there, scroll down and you could find “Politics”, click install and you are good to go. Here is the screenshot for the same -> https://prnt.sc/q9u7mw
This is usually cache problem and mostly happens when cache plugin isn’t configured properly. Newspaper theme recommends using WP Super Cache Plugin, and they have a guide with all important configuration settings. Here is the link to the guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I also faced a similar problem. How I solved it was, I removed all sub categories from the menu when I wanted to load a menu as a mega menu. Like this https://prnt.sc/q9svsr
You could see that there are no subcategories under mega menus.
Please try it out.
Click on “Edit Template”. Next select the Ad Box that you want to delete, and then just right click on the box and click delete to remove it.
