Hello!
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add the code there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes: https://www.screencast.com/t/q5O2JyqrF
This problem it can be caused if something interfere there when the WP Editor saves the content you added and the process can not be completed. Please check the steps from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/unable-to-edit-text-with-title/ and also other possible issue as here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/403-error-on-tagdiv-composer-when-trying-to-use-wp-editor-wpedito-php/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see that you have in your console a 403 error and it can be caused by more situations avoiding the javascript to load:
Please check for a plugin conflict, so you can make a test using only the theme plugins.
If you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Another situation can be from .htaccess ” deny from all” -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
If you tried all those and the problem is still there, then please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel. We’ll take a look to see what can be the problem.
Thank you!
Getting a 403 error for wpeditor.php
Same issue with me. I get a big message on my website saying “The Newspaper Theme License Key is NOT REGISTERED on this website!”. This appears in Chrome but with Microsoft Edge and Firefox, it says 403 Forbidden.
What gives?
URGENTLY fix this please.
Hello!
Please check 1. if this code is missing from your htaccess file: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements, make sure you have all the requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
2. the console, if you have any errors when you try to open the wp editor, maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Thank you!

Hello!
This issue has been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/403-error-on-tagdiv-composer-when-trying-to-use-wp-editor-wpedito-php/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this requirement is not displayed in System Status.
Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.
Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and try to open the WP Editor.
Please check the console if you have any errors when you try to open the wp editor, maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Hello,
I checked everything and it seems I am “green” in all requirements. All versions are the latest
I am just trying to edit the content of a simple text widget using tagDiv composer. When I press on “Edit Content” the popup loads endlessly and I get a 403 error in the console.
I can edit the text from WordPress default editor, but not from tagDiv. All other tagDiv elements seem to work except the text editing
Please see image:

Hello,
I am getting a 403 error whenever I am trying to edit a text inside tagDiv composer
Console gives me:
GET https://************.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php?wp_path=/home/********.cloudwaysapps.com/*********/public_html/ 403
I am running a WP application on Cloudways server
I have done the following
1) Deactivated all other plugins
2) Deleted tagDiv composer/ reinstalled it
3) Reset all the file/folder permissions. I made sure I can read/write inside my WP installation
4) Followed all Anamaria’s guidelines mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/403/
I even deleted the cloudways app and re-installed a new one
Please advise
Thank you,
George
Hello,
Please check the console when you try to save the changes made in Theme Panel maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/403-in-query-monitor-is-11-3-1-tested-for-live/
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache (browser, server) and see if the error persists.
Thank you!
I am having the following error code when in query monitor.
Still have to do the update from 11.2 to 11.3.1 but on my test website, the theme is messed up (footer, headers) http://www.aviation24.fr
Did you test the theme before throwing it online ?
GET https://api.envato.com/v2/market/buyer/list-purchases
?filter_by=wordpress-themes 403 Forbidden
Envato_Market_API->request()
Plugin: envato-market 14 0.1579
I’m trying to edit column text content using tagdiv editor
but I’m getting this error message
WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Unexpected response code: 403
So, I’m not able to edit even a single line of content
I thought the theme update (11.3) would have fixed this auto load issue as the theme changelog had this in it:
– fix: Infinite loading and internal links issue;
The autoload/infinite scroll posts error I still see is this:
/wp-json/td-cloud-library/ajax_autoload?uid=ed0efe54-3234-e3ea-8fb3-4e298d49e57f 403
And this basically stops autoloading of the next post from working about 12 hours after clearing caches.

I solved the picture above. But where do I take this picture at the bottom?

and, Where do you write a review at the bottom of the characteristic image?
