Hi
I found an javascript error on your site http://screencast.com/t/jUYsaPs5nX which may be caused by a plugin and it’s possible to affect the site functionality, so you can try to deactivate all plugins except
Visual Composer and also make sure you empty all caches then test again.
It’s possible that this issue with saving settings appears because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file or the file it’s not found. Try to verify if this happens when you save settings in other cases in theme panel and also verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
Contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times during the a save the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.
You should also check the max_input_vars directive from you php.ini file and make sure that it’s set above 2000, you can check this in system status section within theme’s panel: http://screencast.com/t/V8MumQISR

I always have the cache time end problem.

There is your code and so all files normaly have to be expired.
Other things :
I have W3 Total Cache but you don’t recomand it.
So I install the ZenCache Pro but it mess the site.
Finaly I used superCache and PHP optimization and compression seems to mess too and I was forced to delete it.
Note that our site is on a dedicated server.
So for waiting I activate the Falcon mode in Wordfence.

(contextual: no dev skills whatsoever, basic wordpress knowledge as you will probably find out by my question)
Probably (it there is a problem) this is not Newspaper/TagDiv related but maybe you can help me finding the best tool/solution to sort this out.
I’ve read plenty about the issue: differences between server (Awstats) / Analytics / Adsense traffic. I know enough to expect different traffic figures between the three based on the major issues in hand (server stats doesn’t comply with the tighter GAnalytics rules and Adsense might not be serving all my pageviews.
Nevertheless i find the diference in figures much bigger than the average difference ratios mentioned online so i was wondering if you would suggest any audit tool/service in order for me to check the health of the analytics tags on my newspaper powered website. I’ve just registred to PowermyAnalytics.com but i was wondering if is there another way for a Newspaper theme user to check tags (and any other relevant issues that might be affecting these numbers).

i did all of this and error 500 still here ^^
I use woocomerce plugin to check server status and i have 2 problems but i don’t know if it can explain the 500 error for Visual composer
Here are the 2 errors :
– Your server does not have the SOAP Client class enabled – some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected.
– wp_remote_get() failed. The WooCommerce plugin updater won’t work with your server. Contact your hosting provider. Status code: 403

@bsullivan The issue with saving settings usually appears because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file or the file it’s not found. Try to verify if this happens when you save settings in other cases in theme panel and also verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
Contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times during the a save the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.
