Hi,

You could use a do_shortcode with a custom ad inserted in the loop single php file of the coresponding post template that you use, found in the theme files. Example for post template 2 – edit loop-single-2.php like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/4A2gQiM0kIJM and add the code above the top sharing – https://www.screencast.com/t/eYsURewPomd

Hi,

Try using this code, enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css, it sets a background for the category style 8 template (change the image link to what you want to use, it is just an example image for testing)

Hello,

Unfortunately not all smart lists have ad spots. In smartlist 2 for instance you can only place an ad with custom code added to the theme file directly. You can use a do_shortcode function like in this example: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/smart-list-top-ad-bottom-for-featured-image/

Ok, let’s try this a different way.
The solution posted above was to place a tab element on a post. On posts you cannot use visual composer out of the box (it can be activated from the plugin settings but it’s not tested) so the solution was to create the tab on a page as shown above…but on an empty page. Your example is of a page that has lots of other content. Simply create a blank page and only add the tab element on it. Nothing extra.
Then after you set it exactly as you want it, access the text mode and copy all of that code inside the post content in text mode as well.

1. Sorry but since we have our own cropping system, we did not test any cropping plugins

2. Unfortunately there is no such option. It will be a very time consuming process on your side adding a custom image for each thumb. As an example please test out a post with an image and enable all theme thumbs, then create a page with each theme element on it showing the same post. You will see how the image displays on each and every theme block. Then you can simply change the featured image to a size that will fit most elements or the elements that you prefer to use on your site. You do not need to alter the theme cropping system. Our theme provides blocks and modules that use different aspect ratios. You can choose the ones that will show your images the way you want them to. It will be much easier then changing the cropping system or adding manual cropped thumbs to each image.

Sidebars not working - reply

Hello,

The sidebars are sensitive to the names you assign to them. The sidebars will get stripped of content if you use any symbols or language specific characters. Please only use standard characters not any symbols such as!@#$%^&amp;*(){}L:”><? as this will cause an error. The names cannot be seen anywhere else so you can use any name for them without language characters or symbols.

Hello per123,

If you want to display the top sharing buttons under the featured image, you should edit the theme core files. For the example, if you are using the post template style 1 you should edit the loop-single-1.php core file and make these changes like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GbGTtxBcbIR Notice that after these changes you should adjust the theme for a better result. All of them should make by yourself and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work.

Make a backup of the file you modify just to be safe and you should consider hiring a developer/freelancer to help you if you don’t know how to go about it.

The difference is not to be overlooked. I beg you. Look at my first screenshot and then second. The introduction of the text in the second is quite different from the first. Even in the further course of the text, this looks just shitty when the mobile design is not displayed. For example, the ad banner is left-aligned, just like the entire text, which is normally a block sentence. Do you see what I mean?

My question is if it is possible to blend two elements in the visual composer.

Specifically, blending a Block element (Block 12 for example) with the News Ticker. Interested in replacing the content within in the td-excerpt div where the article description appears, with the post titles (and for my purposes the hyperlinks) from the News Ticker.

Hello! I have problems in the post templates cover images.
I have only 3 post template that works, showing correctly the cover images: Style 6, Style 7, style 8 do work.
All other post templates do not work.

For example this is a post style 4. The image is not displayed!

If you want that the code to be applied to a certain page, you should use the page ID for this page. Below I gave you an example for this regard.
