Hello Rob!
1. Use the Social icons element.
2. For example, this is a menu with custom links. Set a link in a button or an inline text element: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_href.asp
3. Yes. You should create the menu in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus.
4. Try to use the Raw HTML, and style it via CSS.
Thank you!
Hello,
We are building our first WooCommerce store at http://commandeleven.com/shop, the problem we are facing is that when you add a product to the cart, it works fine. When you try to go to the cart page, it returns a 404 page not found error, however all the pages are properly configured in the WooCommerce settings.
We are also concerned that if we are having a problem with the Cart page, the Checkout & My Account pages may submit the same error. We have TagDiv Store active, as well as Opt-in Builder (which is not configured yet).
I have turned off the WP Super Cache plugin, believing that might be the source of the problem, but that didn’t solve the issue either. We also have Really Simple SSL Pro running on the site.
Can you please help us figure this out?
Best Regards,
Syed Khalid Muhammad
I have an issue I want to raise about the page builder. I am trying to use third-party shortcodes from other plugins, but I am facing an issue I need you to help solve.
For example, I wanted to use a plugin to show case client logos scrolling, but I cannot insert the shortcodes because the element for column text is not working.
Kindly assist.
Hi
It’s been a few months since the start of this topic, and we experience the same problem. Once our Instagram (business) account has been linked, the follower count is fetched and that number is shown indefinitely. The widget doesn’t update the follower count dynamically. For example, when linking, our follower count is 1749, and while we’ve grown a few followers over the week, the widget keeps showing that value.
The only way to update the counter right now is to unlink and re-link the account in the theme panel’s social API settings. It would be nice if the widget would either dynamically fetch the follower account each page reload, or perhaps check every day or so.
Our site is using WP Super Cache, but that doesn’t seem to change much because invalidating the cache still keeps showing the wrong amount of follower count.
Kind regards and thank you!
I still see the shadow on my android phone. See at link https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/4pv24m8k1wuatrvadjlxx/Screenshot_20231120_085036_Chrome.jpg?rlkey=etjkb5vnp6az08dstrtc19srl&dl=0
Strange on your screenshot it shows the photo before the title. The title is before the photo.

Hi,
You can disable the mobile theme only for that page to have it as you design with tagdiv Composer.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated, please deactivate it.
When the mobile theme plugin is used you need to set for pages the page content in mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png also there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png this option appears in Gutenberg editor.

Hello!
This issue has been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/google-analytics-4-ga4-for-amp-pages/
Thank you!
Hi,
You can hide one element on desktop and unhide it on mobile, for example -> https://imgur.com/GKIKvgt. Every element in the TagDiv Composer has a setting to make it invisible. This setting can be seen in the CSS tab of every element: [Display: HIDDEN]. You can also hide the entire row.
Thank you!
Hello,
The image can be blurry when the image is smaller and need to be stretched or when you have set a smaller thumb for that image, make sure that you set the full size for the image that you have added, for example-> https://i.imgur.com/OknhKDS.jpg
Thank you!
With the latest theme update, I find that the options are not working well. Example: I had to set up my site again once I updated to the new theme version. Now I am left with the author showing on each post even after I have disabled the author option and the author box option. Please help. Thank you.
Hello,
Is it possible to show & hide specific content on mobile devices by using tagDiv composer?

Updates:
Clarification: We have not made any modifications to the Tagdiv Composer before or after this issue began.
1) My About page currently redirects to a random post, very slowly, but the URL is the “About page”?
2) We are unable to edit any pages or posts in WP editor. When we attempt to we get redirected to a page like this.
3) Essentially our site is shut down for any editing. We have confirmation from your tech support they were to look at my WP admin settings, in regards to AMP + Mobile theme plugins not functioning correctly, so this matter is more urgent. Please ask them to contact me by email Monday am, and i can give them temporary access to my Admin. My developer can find no determination for issues with the theme settings.
Thank You!

Hello Good People.
how can i track my AMP site in google analytics 4.
I’ve read https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/ . however it didn’t work.
how to implement correct oogle analytics 4 code in amp version of my site?
Hi guys,
I’d like to suggest something. I’ve started using the Single Post Reading Time shortcode – obviously inside single posts and it works nicely. It would be nice if you offered the option to display the reading time on the blog articles and posts loops (example: https://imgur.com/a/V23QcrP). I just think it will add a nice touch to the user experience before committing to reading a (long) article.
When i wrote localhost it means its on my local pc, i can give you all credentials but dont know how you want to log in into my pc to have access to page and xampp 🙂
Hi,
Indeed, the css code is the one that is usually work, I also set some JavaScript and html but this was not displayed, I corrected the previous answer to can check the provided example.
Thank you!
Hello, I got same error on localhost:
Fatal error: Possible integer overflow in memory allocation (2 * 9158 + 32) in C:\xampp\htdocs\apna\wp-includes\shortcodes.php on line 273
I changed everything from your guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
I tried change in php.ini, tried in .htaccess, nothing works even if panel shows everything is ok.
When I try to edit homepage I cant do anything. Errors appear in the top right corner:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Any advices?
Hi there
Thanks for responding. Yes, I would do that, but this element seems to be configured differently to all the others.
There is no way I can see to click on it in the usual way.
This is what I see when I log in:https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/53fy8cfd1aqi0cmct1q5l/There-is-no-way-to-delete-the-element.png?rlkey=6a9eqojc5tdfsbcfsc3v6km26&dl=0
Hello @bhcrow !
This number: https://prnt.sc/zHOkdZ6oXyft is a timestamp of the last date on which the posts views were updated for that article.
Unfortunately, this is the way our feature works now. We will take into consideration your query in the future!
Thank you so much for your understanding!
As it turns out, all my pages have this hero template on it – same problem. I’ve linked to what the code looks like, and what the template looks like at the following link:
