I think that this cause the issue – http://screencast.com/t/8oMenxVBn WordPress consider it like a special character. Please use Latin characters in the sidebar name, anyway it is visible only in backend. Let me know if you still have this issue if you replace that character with i for example.

Hoping there is some way to have the Login box popup remember user credentials? Using standard WP login process allows browsers like Chrome to remember/pre-fill credentials once they are saved. The Newspaper version seems to require credentials to be re-entered each time (or we’re probably just doing it wrong…).
Also, activating Newspaper login process creates the “Login” text/icon but none for Register. Only way we’re seeing Register option is after user selects Login from menu then popup has two tabs. Any way to display “Register” as text next to “Login” text prior to popup?
Lastly, how to change some of the text in popup? For example, one line says “Welcome! Login in to your account” so we would like to correct.
We are running Newspaper 4.5 and WP 4.2.4. Thanks so much for any suggestions!

I guess that you refer to a page. The media library(Add media) can be accessed only when the default Visual Editor is used. When the Visual Composer is used, your page is created using the pagebuilder so it is supposed to use text block(for example, also some VC elements) to add images and text to the content, so you can access the Media Library from there – http://screencast.com/t/qEqFir8M94z

Yes, if you use the button shortcodes you will have to fill the color(not all colors are supported, just black, blue, green), size etc.
The theme supports shordcodes in the content, for example Visual Composer use shortcodes. So I suggest to create you button using VC(it is more easy to customize your button) in the page content and copy the shortcode directly in the post content. You can edit your homepage and add the Slider via Visual Composer pagebuilder, if your plugin(I guess that you use a plugin) supports shortcodes. For example if you create a slider using Revolution Slider, you can add it via Visual Composer just on top of your content – http://screencast.com/t/vTjp4RxoT4
Or add it in the code like I suggested above just under the main menu(depends what header template you use).

What you can do is choose a header style from the theme panel that takes full width of the screen example: style 5, 6, 12…etc.

If you want to modify another header style to use 100% width of the screen, that involves a bit of custom work as the website you provided suggests.

It doesn’t look like <p> is being added when creating a post but rather <div> and hence I’m not getting spacing between paragraphs.
How do I ensure that <p> is the automatic default for paragraph spacing and not <div>?
EXAMPLE

We are facing a problem trying to set up the footer in our new site, using
your template. As you can see in the following screenshots, we are getting
different visual results between Chrome and Firefox browsers (for example we
choose footer template number 8).
In Firefox, everything works as it should be,

As you can see, a big part of the main footer is missing, and we cannot see
also the sub-footer. We tried to change footer templates, we used several
computers with different operating systems and configuration, but the
problem is the same everywhere. It seems that Chrome (we examine the page
source code), is not capable of interpreting the template code correctly.
We would like your help in order to be able to fix this problem, as you have
helped as a lot in the past days.

I recently ran into the following Newspaper 6 behavior while trying to display maps in WP posts. The maps are from a very popular Google map solution, rendered via a wp content shortcode. I’m using version 2.3.14 of Plugin Name: WP Google Map Pro, made by flippercode.com and purchased from CodeCanyon.net.
The behavior, so far as I can tell, is specific to the Newspaper (and Newsmag) tagDiv themes. Maps from the flippercode plugin display beautifully on all WordPress.org official themes, from the Twenty Twelve to the new Twenty Sixteen.
When I try the same map using the tagDiv themes, the display is always missing some of the map elements. What’s the interesting part in all of this?
First, on my Mac computer, the minute I resize the browser’s window, the map display snaps up to perfection. And this behavior repeats, regardless of the browser brand (Chrome, Safari or Firefox). Secondly, on my iPad and iPhone the trick is, you have to rotate the device for the map to show well.
By the way, I’m running these tests with only the WP Google Map Pro plugin active.

Also, I find myself confused by the way the system woks for setting up pages and which posts are displayed on which pages.
I want to be able to select a couple of categories to have as navigation links and have them look the same as the Homepage. I created a category “P2P” and figured out how to add as a nav link, but I can’t make it look like the Home Page (Homepage-Loop). Can you tell me how to do this?
Also how to I control which posts show on the other Pages I created (example Investing page)

My website indianbizparty.com is having a problem and that is when you try to open pages or categories then it is not opening but downloading those pages.
So whenever anyone clicks on the post or category – instead of taking to page it keep downloading file and for users it look like virus, which is not .
I got the whole website scanned by hosting and there is nothing they find and said its theme thing which is causing issue,

The example was for custom ad, but you can use the article top or bottom shortcode to display those ads too. To get the ad’s shortcode add an ad box into a page, switch in backend editor, copy this code: http://screencast.com/t/5Daycu08 and inset it inside the function.
Using this solution you can ad only top and bottom ads in smart list like here: http://screencast.com/t/rzbedxvYY5H to add an ad inside the content you will need custom modification and I cannot provide a quick solution, sorry.

The custom post type support is still in development and like you can see in the cpt documentation the example provided has minimum settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/ If you want the default settings for it you will need additional customization. We would have gladly made it for you, but the time doesn’t allow us to offer custom work, sorry!

The “name” – i’ve changed 80×60 with 80×80 when i have updated the settings. It seems that if you change 80×60 with 80×80 it doesn’t work. In the previous theme it was working. Anyway thank you for your support.

You cannot target a specific post but you can control the way your posts are displayed in the block, for example by category or by tag. You can also chose the sorting order http://screencast.com/t/G4dZZwyp.
