Hello @dlicoppe !
I couldn’t find the codes. Please provide an example, so I can check the issue.
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
1. The Siblings are irrelevant right. For example; Food and Beverages franchise aspirants will not look for Apparel and automotive system.
2. For second issue
We haven’t added any ad code in Mobile theme template. but it stills showing the ad.
Hello Gaurav!
Can you please provide an example in screenshots of what you mean exactly?
Thank you!
Hello!
I think that’s why is the issue. Did you disable it on that page? Although, we recommend mobile theme + amp and not separately.
Thank you!
Thanks Bettina for your quick response.
Can you please help me with one more issues at our category page?
At Category page, We are seeing first 2 category tab irrespective of any category page.
For example:
At Food & Beverages franchise, we are seeing APPAREL Franchise and Automobile franchise.
How to hide different category option on the category page?
Thanks
Gaurav
Hello!
Do you use AMP also?
Thank you!
Hi Calin, thank you for your answer, we are going to deactivate the plugin and use the pop up short code with tag div composer. We suppose we must include the short code in the footer if we want to display it in all the pages of the web.
On the other hand… we have another issue, every time we change something in the web our main page is not displayed correctly in mobile devices, we must deactivate the mobile theme and reactivate it again (to display AMP pages).. is this an error of 12.4 version?
Kind regards, Ana
Hello, Support
We installed the Newspaper theme on our staging, and after a few times, we published the website live. and everything is good.
Now we explored a minor issue. we can’t edit the page.
For example, when we added any Text widget to edit it, It’ll still be loading and show us this error on the console window:
https://our-domain.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php?wp_path=/home/staging-path.com/grndpmddxh/public_html/ 403
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fKo4jdWKJIpu8g_xNylAqDTwKD0vJ_Ui/view?usp=sharing
I think the reason is the old path, and we have to change it to the current path. But how can we do that?
How can we fix it?
Hi team,
I was wondering how I can have people who search for a different term, that means actually the same, still find the right search results.
An example: self-development is used, but those articles should also list for self-help, self help, self development and personal development
Is there some kind of plugin where we can use synonyms and have that work sitewide?
Hi,
Our theme provides 3 versions for mobile that can be used:
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use the mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example, the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use the mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in the current post/page, if you use the option, then it will use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case, you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.
Here is also a video that explains all those -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Those websites don’t use mobile theme + amp on the website and use the cloud templates.
Also, this one is not made with the theme -> https://www.carblogindia.com/
Thank you!
Hello,
Seems you use mobile theme; and you can’t edit the mobile theme with tagdiv Composer.
Also, the footer you can customize from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try the suggestions from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-panel-settings-are-not-saving-2/ because for example, for @aljazcad the problem was caused by the Wordfence plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
The footer is showing different on the mobile for my website https://bchainmeta.com/ and I am not able to change it from the tagDiv Composer. Sharing the screenshot of both desktop and mobile for your reference. Mobile: https://prnt.sc/h3vQPF26AJEJ & Desktop: https://prnt.sc/ShLE5lMfUnH-
Looking for your assistance with the same.
Thanks.
Hi – how do website users change details to their listing? For example someone listed their business and wanted to change the address – how would they do that?
Under such a situation, how do I implement infinite scroll because I have seen multiple other websites running on Newspaper theme with infinite scroll+AMP
you may check the following sites: https://www.rushlane.com/ , https://www.carblogindia.com/ , https://gaadiwaadi.com/
Can be created a shortcode space in a template page? i mean, not one of the shortcodes in the pacjage. For example i bought the eventon plugin and want to add this shortcode to the main page
[add_eventon tiles=”yes” tile_count=”3″ tile_bg=”1″]
Is there any wy i can add it?
In other hand (but similar example) i want to add an rss feed, how i can do it?
Thx
thx
After I place the “Homepage post” into a page – I cannot edit the settings of that block in TagDiv Composer. The only way I have access to that block (this doesn’t apply to other blocks on the page) is to access the Gutenberg editor & change values.
Is that correct / what you expect?
I run it always in a fresh firfox privat browsing window.
But I got deeper into it. I thought may be I can bypass this problem using the category, which I did not use because we made everything with taxanomies.
I made 4 categories.
4 Categories Family and Sub Kind, Mutter,Vater
The taxonomy carrier Filter was Monthly 05/23 for all coming pictures.
I changed it during testing to Monthly 04/23, 03/23 etc but it did not have any changes with this flexfilter, the multiple termfilters overwrite the taxonomy filter Monthly 05/23.
The article boxes on that page, where I did not use multiple Term Filter the changes of the taxonomy form Monthly 05/23 to 04/23 etc worked well.
But what you will see is, what [must belong to all terms] actually does.
The First picture shows
1. Taxonomy- Carrer Filter which is Monthly 05/23
2. The category 611 [Familie]
3. Must belong to all terms [not active]
Shows: all 9 articles were we have
1 with Famelie
5 with Vater
3 with Kind
2 with Mutter
This are 11 with 9 articles, because 2 articles have 2 categories
1 has Mutter and Vater
1 has Familie and Kind
Category 611[Familie] – [All Terms] not activ
The second picture shows
1. Taxonomy- Carrer Filter which is Monthly 05/23
2. The category 612 [Kind]
3. Must belong to all terms [not active]
Shows: 3 articles were we have the category [Kind]
Category 612[Kind] – [All Terms] not activ
The third picture shows
1. Taxonomy- Carrer Filter which is Monthly 05/23
2. The category 612 [Kind]
3. Must belong to all terms [ACTIV]
Shows: 3 articles were we have the category [Kind]
Category 612[Kind] – [All Terms] ACTIV
The forth picture shows
1. Taxonomy- Carrer Filter which is Monthly 05/23
2. The category 611 [Familie]
3. Must belong to all terms [ACTIV]
Shows: 1 articles were we have the category [Familie]
Category 611[Familie] – [All Terms] ACTIV
And now the important picture
The fifth picture shows
1. Taxonomy- Carrer Filter which is Monthly 05/23
2. The category 611 [Familie]
3. Must belong to all terms [NOT ACTIV]
Shows: 9 articles were we have the category AND SUBCATEGORY from [Familie]
Category 611[Familie] – [All Terms] NOT ACTIV
So, what the activation of [Posts(cpts) must belong to all terms] do now is not what it was and not what you would expect.
1. It does not include all Filter Terms from Category filter and Multiple Filter and only show all article where both filters are positive.
2. It also do not work with multiple Terms separated by Comma in the Multiple terms filter, as if you put a second in (separated by comma) than it shows NO article
3. When you use a PARENT category filter and you activate the [Posts(cpts) must belong to all terms] button, it does not show all Sub Category Filter of that Parent category anymore -> It shows only the exat match of the parent category (in our case Familie)
I am also using the Flex Loop Filter on that page and it worked well before the update,
but now the Flex Look Filter do not work for Flex Block X, if you use the [Multiple terms filter]. In the sample in the 2 picture below I used the taxonomy ID 34, which is for Western Europe and look for your self, what is happening if you use the Flex Loop Filter.
Picture 1 is a Sub-page, where you are directed to if you click on the taxonomy [Monthly 05/23]. What you have to keep in mind is, that 05/23 is the actual issue or the last posts.
So here in Pic 1 everything looks fine, as it shows everywhere the latest posts
Issue [Monthly 05/23] – Flex Loop Filter 05/23
In picture 2, I clicked on [Monthly 04/23] the issue from previous month.
All boxes, where I did not use the [Multiple terms filter] shows the right Issue, but
under Western Europe, where I use the Filter 34 in the [Multiple terms filter] field, the Flex Loop Filter do not work. And that is because if you use a specific Filter in the [Multiple terms filter] other filters send by Flex Loop can not combine the filters.
Issue [Monthly 04/23] – Flex Loop Filter 04/23 – BUT
This is a big issue, as it worked well before.
TagDiv has a problem with combining Filter with the Flex Block X and please solve it as fast as possible.
If you need, I can make a staging page of this and give you excess, but you should send me a email address or an other possebilty, to share location and Login data with you.
Thank you very much
Maik

Petite Pages.
Hello,
I’m setting up the Mega Menu on my website, but I keep getting a single category appearing above the post. I have the menu of sub-categories for each main category, but one category seems to repeat.
Please see the screen attached.
When using a cache plugin in WordPress (aka W3-TotalCache or other), it will disable the cache for authenticated users and build the page for all known users.
But when using ClouFlare, when page is in cache, admin users get same page as everybody.
So navigating on the frontend of the site admins have time to time the wordpress admin-bar (cf cache miss) and no admin-bar (cf cache HIT)
So when admins do have the admin bar the infinite scroll works as expected, but on pages without the admin-bar (cf cache HIT) the Ajax request reaches the server and bounces status 403.
Bellow you’ll find the request in curl
If I run that request without the line “-H ‘cookie’ … ” it works just fine.
So I believe the payload / ‘–data-raw’ section holds something about the authenticated user that has to match the cookie, and that when it finds the cookie and not the relevant data in the payload, the request gets rejected.
(I’ve tested all I could. Things like disabling any security plugins like Wordfence etc..)

It is not Clouflare returning error.
It seems the ajax call is authenticated (and being a POST not cache-able)
And that the request was built form a page stored in cache (from a not authenticated request)
I get this in the server logs:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [03/Jun/2023:04:37:40 +0200] "POST www.welovetennis.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=12.3.1 HTTP/2.0" 403 22 "https://www.welovetennis.fr/" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/113.0.0.0 Safari/537.36" 0.207 0.202 . -
My site uses a custom author box with includes
* additional usermeta fields (e.g. company name, author rank)
* a user badge that displays only for authors with certain metadata
You can see an example at https://customerthink.com/author/clearaction/.
This was easily accomplished by overriding loop-single via a Newsletter child theme.
Now I’m trying to use TagDiv Composer which has a Single Post Author Box, but it doesn’t include the info/logic I need.
I’ve searched and can’t find a way to either
a) create a new custom element that I can use TagDiv Composer to manage, or
b) customize/override the existing author box element.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
I am trying to figure out how to display listing highlights, as seen here (https://journal.houselore.com/places/sample-place/). I have a list of highlights in mind for this post type: Haunted, Pet Friendly, Parking, Open to the Public, Accommodation Available, Filming Location, etc. I want these highlights to show on the listing page only if they are applicable to the listing, ie the user chooses these on the front end as applicable to the listing. How do I do this?
We can fix the problem deactivating the plugin pop up maker. Can you tell us a solution for this issues with AMP pages, and the main mobile page appearance? (we need to deactivate and activate again mobile theme plugin every time we change anything in the page).
Can we do the same that we do with the pop up maker plugin with conditional pop up windows with the newspaper theme?
Kind regards Ana
