On the mobile (responsive) version of schoolnewsnetwork.org, the icons for “menu” and “search” are not appearing. I am NOT using the Mobile Theme plugin.
Also, the logo is appearing incorrectly on responsive. It briefly shows up correctly (white text), but then is covered up by the incorrect version (purple text & green graphics).
On desktop, the small arrow icons in navigation and the search icon are also not appearing.
Yesterday the site was modified to eliminate the Standard Pack. It’s now using Cloud Library.

Hello!
I tried to change the settings for mobile menu (disabling ‘sign in’ option), but it is not getting saved!
Also as I said, I already set background image for mobile menu, but I don’t want any gradient color imposed on it (the image only!) – HOW TO DO THAT?
And my site still failed in AMP Test- https://search.google.com/test/amp?url=http%3A%2F%2Fsassygirljunjihyun.com%2F And google analytics and view count seem so faulty for AMP….I’m no tech savy…should I disable AMP plugin then?
Hi how can I make borders to mobile header ?
I was forced to include borders in my image but it’s not a good idea. I prefer real borders with css.
lowtechnation.com/?amp
Thank you
Kind regards
Hi,

Hi,
To fix these problems, we recommend to use the amp plugin with mobile theme plugin. In this way was made the amp plugin to work with our theme.
Thank you!
Hi Mark Gilbert,
These are only some warning it should not affect the theme functions, also all these warning about code will be fixed in the coming updates.
The amp plugin can be use with our theme only in two ways:
1. If you are using the amp plugin with mobile theme plugin, then you can use one of these options ->
2. Without mobile theme plugin, but using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/7wa0jJk.png
For the moment the amp plugin that we provide works only with these settings with our theme.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Our theme is responsive, therefore the same content from desktop can be display for all port views, the only content that can be change is on mobile if you are using the mobile theme plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you set some elements in landscape (for example landscape) and you hide it for the rest of devices, but this is not indicate, because your page size will increase a lot -> https://i.imgur.com/9HDBmlC.png
Thank you for you understanding!
Hi V3N0M,
That element can not be set in child theme, but it can be edited in main theme file -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_author_box.php for example -> https://i.imgur.com/LKQEiRR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/sHkWfDA.png
Also there is not easy to make a new element for tagDiv Composer, you need to have very good knowledge about our theme builder and how as made.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
Yes, you can check if your id is correct if it works on facebook.
For example ours is TagDiv. If you type on your browser facebook.com/tagdiv you will be redirected to our page.
Thank you !
Hello !
This error happens due to a lot of possible reasons. Check the useful guide from here -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-access-this-page-wordpress#gref
Theme activation -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
You can manually activate the Newspaper theme from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq
If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
Let me know the results!
I am using the newspaper theme with AMP’s transitional mode. However, when I tested with the amp validation tool, I found that the page was amp incompatible. I configured the AMP plugin settings, theme settings, and enabled AMP for the homepage. I have imported the homepage from the demo content and translated it into my language. However, when I want to edit the homepage with the tagDiv Composer, I encountered the error in the screenshot (screenshot1). From this error, I understood that the demo content was not created amp compatible with the tagDiv composer. (screenshot2) Is this true?

Hi lazyload ,
For footer you can set a standard footer, a page footer or a cloud footer.
Now I think that you have set an empty page -> https://i.imgur.com/197iK7P.png you can check more in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Also for mobile and amp ads you can use these fields from theme panel> mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/K0wtrDV.png you can use plugins too, unfortunately I do not know one that is the best with our theme.
Thank you!

Hello !
You can achieve this by creatign a sidebar using tagDiv Composer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=27s Activate the sticky option from the column as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/oNrfUSYUiv
Thank you !
Hi TechieBraj, I think that you do not understand, the tagDiv Standard Pack and tagDiv Composer are both theme plugins and both of theme have the same root for the theme (those plugins have inside them a theme folder that can be overwrite in child theme, when were made these changes only the standard plugin has the theme folder but now tagDiv Composer has too) therefore the files from wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper and wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper -> https://i.imgur.com/lOCdZnT.png
For example if you want to set in child theme the default post style, you just need to copy those two files wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/loop-single.php and single.php in wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/loop-single.php or if is a them style need to be copy from wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single/loop-single-1.php and single_template_1.php in wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/parts/single
Hope this will help you better!
Hi,
You can edit the logo element per view-port for example https://i.imgur.com/xq81FK6.png -> https://i.imgur.com/qR2qRxv.png also for the separator line you need to use a custom css, please provide me a link where I can see what progress you’ve made and I will also provide the css for the separator.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Using the amp plugin the layout for the amp version will be different, or if you choose to use the mobile theme plugin, then you will have the same layout for mobile and amp versions.
2. Unfortunately I do not know how that can be done, sorry! maybe it can be done if you set some parameters in .htaccess or maybe there are some plugins that can prevent some plugins/pages/posts to be cached.
Thank you for your understanding!
I’ve problem with mobile version.
I’ve set all things right on TD composer from manager menu, but I don’t see the mobile version in right mode, only the default and I don’t see my changes .
If I make a change, for example: introducing a link in “menu” or another change, the mobile theme set before works!
But if I make another change I see another time the default mobile theme.
Could you explain why this problem? How Can I resolve it?
Thanks
Hi, I know this is not exactly a theme issue but I would like to know if you could help me. I would like to change the number of elements I can see when I go to post list in WP admin area. I know I can change it clicking in options and changing the number there but for any reason is not working. If I put, for example, 25 post per page nothing happens and shows the same than before.
Do you know how to change it? Any functions.php code or something. I just want to change it cause sometimes it seems that admin freezes a little (maybe its only my impression but it has sense).
Thanks
Thanks 2 more question
1) With AMP plugin active mobile layout will change or will be like the current one?
2) How can i exclude “addtoany” social share plugin from caching with wp super cache?
Thanks
HI,
every time I write a new article I get this error reported by AMP (see the links below).
It happens if you write only the title even. How can I solve it?
Finally, it works after replacing the url with “admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1”
The Activate Theme tab disappeared until I tried it with the url.
That’s a bug needs to be fixed.
Anyway, thanks guys
I have just tried AMP for first time and am getting these errors messages:
Warning: Use of undefined constant TDC_PATH_LEGACY – assumed ‘TDC_PATH_LEGACY’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /homepages/24/d715855802/htdocs/jazzjournal/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 114
Warning: Use of undefined constant TDSP_THEME_PATH – assumed ‘TDSP_THEME_PATH’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /homepages/24/d715855802/htdocs/jazzjournal/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 118
Also, if I turn on Standard (as opposed to Reader) a lot of content (featured image and post comment) is missing on mobile and desktop views. I don’t see any AMP presentation like the previews.
Thanks
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling td composer, and td mobile theme, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme, but nothing works. Also, my site is currently running AMP for the mobile version, but I had redirects set up before to use the non-AMP mobile version because it’s capable of doing more such as the text to speech button. The non-AMP mobile version was working with no problems for quite a while.
