I have pasted the Amp ads on Amp advertising section since two days earlier but the amp ads not showing yet. Please someone help me.
I don’t know what is wrong but since activating the theme, things doesn’t feel right with my Google AdSense earning. First , I receive series of AMP errors, website got extremely slow and yesterday, I was hit with Crawler error asking for login details despite not blocking access through any sort of login.

Got your answer and checked on one of my old sites. Yes, it works.
But to do this, you need to fix the code in the standart-pack plugin, and for the site rome24.ru I have not activated this plugin.
The website you just created, and it immediately sets the template versions 10.
I thought that this plugin is not needed for new sites, but only to fix bugs on old ones.
1) is it Necessary to activate the standart-pack plugin when I installed the 10 version of the template right away or just need to wait for the next update?

When using TagDiv Composer to edit templates, it only allows for a few edits before becoming unresponsive to new instructions. The composer refuses to change the colour of the text, for example. The only way to fix it is to save, close the page, and reload it.
When I reload the page, half of my changes that I actually managed to do weren’t saved and I need to start again.

Can you please tell me that WHY we need to edit the style.css or do extra edits on files, etc, or hire someone to do that as you suppose?
It is very disappointing that I paid for your theme, and this is not mentioning on the Envato Theme Forest buying process screen.
You have to declare this and what is stupid that you already say that you are one of the best themes in the market BUT I HATE THIS flash/loading problem with custom font, menus, widths etc first and than original BOUGHT theme’s items loads after a sec.
You have to solve this problem in order to offer us to edit loads of things. I never saw this situation on any other theme sellers.
If you insist that you are one of the best, you have to solve this with the updates.
If I install for example City Demo, than you have to put what is needed on the style css or whatever. Your original demos already has this flash sec problem even I dont edit anything in theme panel, dont have any code on the CSS part etc.

After the last update to the X version I have been getting large white spaces after the embedded videos on all posts.

Prior to the update all was fine.
I have searched thoroughly here in the forum and have seen other cases. I DO have the YouTube embedded PRO plug in and tried deactivating. But then the videos do not appear, only the embedded link.
I have also tried deactivating all other plug ins and it only works when deactivating the actual theme, which is not my intent.
Please help me here.

I have just installed the demo but
1) My logo is not displaying
2. Top menu and main menu background color does not change when applied
3. The header is showing stretch even when I entered “no stretch” in the template setting
4. ACTIVE & HOVER COLOR not working

Hello, I have been experiencing AMP issues on website for about a month now.
The AMP plugin reports various errors and when I checked on the Google Search Console, I get several errors too such as “Only amp-boilerplate and amp-custom ‘style’ tags are allowed, and only in the document head”.
I have really tried to rectify this on my own but I seem to be a novice in how it works. Please help me out on this as I believe it will be affecting my website performance.

There is indeed an issue currently with the blockquote and quote styles, arrow lists and some others. I can provide a fix for the time being, before the theme is updated again.
The fix requires to set a class for the post content, by editing the post template files. For example if a post uses post template 7 , the file that has to be modified is loop-single-7.php
-> https://prnt.sc/q5z8qa After adding the class here -> https://prnt.sc/q5z932 (class is called tagdiv-type ) the styles should apply correctly again. In case you use other post templates as well, then the modification will have to be made in them also.
If necessary we could do it if you can provide the website and admin login.

Before we bought Newspaper we had existing pages. I’m going to use the about page as an example here.
First, when I choose to edit the page from admin with TD Composer I see a notice that says “The current content hasn’t been created with TagDiv Composer.” This I know of course. I guess I don’t get why that matters.
I want to move the actual text content farther down from the header but nothing I try seem to work.
Here is a screenshot.
How do I move it?
I have several other pages that are also like this such as our woo commerce shopping pages.

Thank you for your reply. I am an Admin and there are a couple of users in the site, but I was not able to set them individual author template in theme panel because they were not visible. I was able to find the problem. It seems only users on default roles of WordPress are visible in Authors Template panel. Even if I make a clone of a default user role, for example, clone of Editor or Subscriber, and if I assign that role to any user, they are not visible in Author Template panel. The moment I switch them to any default roles as provided by WordPress, the other authors are visible in Author Templates of Theme Panel.

If you want to have the auto ads on desktop you can set the code in Analytics/js codes -> http://prntscr.com/olcsgk or you can try even in the ads section, but notice that only the amp auto ads was official tested with our theme.
Also make sure that the ads are approved for the new website.
