Seems that there is still a demo image set somewhere in the theme panel, that was not changed. This image causes a mixed content warning – http://prntscr.com/nyqslz
Try looking for it here – http://prntscr.com/nyqsyt remove it or change it with one of your images.

I checked the website on mobile, looks fine. That is how the mobile theme looks. If you don’t want the mobile theme, you can deactivate it as it is an optional plugin. Then the same content from desktop will appear on mobile.

The latest articles section will appear at the bottom of the page, if the required template is selected for the respective page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
To remove it select a different template, like the default page template for example.

The menu in AMP is look like this https://ibb.co/tPNrPqk because in AMP is not allow JavaScript, so the arrows from mobile that are auctioned by JavaScript will not work on amp, as a result the menu is listed.

The reason for doing it was because users who wanted to use for example single images in WPBakery, couldn’t because the tagDiv composer affected the single images functionality.

So now when WPBakery is active and users wish to use it, some elements will not be part of the composer, to prevent conflicts. If a different solution is found, this may change however.

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Please make sure that you have set the AMP as in our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/ also check the AMP analitycs or if you have set some code in theme files please remove it, clear all cache and test again.

There was some changes for tagDiv Composer and WPBakery.
The reason for doing it was because users who wanted to use for example single images in WPBakery, couldn’t because the tagDiv composer affected the single images functionality.

So now when WPBakery is active and users wish to use it, some elements will not be part of the composer, to prevent conflicts. If a different solution is found, this may change however.
You need to deactivate the WPBakery plugin, and all the elements will be show again.

Unfortunately, for the moment you cannot add images in header title, sorry!

Where are you entering the code exactly? The loop single files are now in the composer plugin (after the recent updates) – http://prntscr.com/nyc5sq
That code should still work when entered in the loop files. For example

You could also maybe consider using cloud post templates. You can place ad boxes in any location in a post template – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single
