Hello,

Usually, this problem appears only when you are using a pro demo made with tagDiv Cloud Library, we indicate to use only one of them with our theme, WP Bakery or Cloud Library.
If you want to keep both I can try to help you with this problem with a custom CSS, this isn’t the best practice, but it can work for the moment. For this please provide a link to your website.

Thank you!

Hi,

I think that you are referring that using the mobile devices the content from pages is not there.
This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of the theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in the mobile editor and this content will be display on the mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also, you can show the responsive version on the mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
These options are like this:
Mobile -> the mobile theme will apply only on the mobile version.
Mobile + amp -> it will apply on both and it will have the same layout.
Amp -> the mobile theme plugin layout will be used only for amp version.

Hope this will help you!

Thank you!

Hello !

The solution is to use TagDiv Composer in order to create and modify cloud library templates. WP Bakery can be used on post content not on post template.

Thank you !

I can’t find the frontend editor codes. How can I enable the frontend editor? The suggestion on this link is too old;

Hello !

Indeed this seems to be an issue at the moment with WP Bakery.

I have passed this to our developers in order to take a look.

Thank you for your understanding !

Hi,

This problem can appear when you are using the WPBakery if you have this plugin enables then please disable it and try again.
If there is still a problem, it can be from a setting like allow_url_fopen this option need to be ON; In other cases, it can be from settings like image size or folder/files permissions.
-> https://chemicloud.com/kb/article/how-to-enable-or-disable-allow_url_fopen-in-cpanel/
-> https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/developer-corner/php/using-php.ini-directives/php-allow-url-fopen-directive

If you can’t resolve, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible.
We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

We did this, and it looks like WP Bakery conflicts with the post pages. However, on regular pages, the footer is fine. How do we resolve this?

Hello !

Newspaper theme templates have been fully created using tagDiv Composer. WP Bakery is an addition. Unfortunately it does not work on modifying the cloud library page templates.

Thank you !

Hello !

All the cloud templates were created using tagDiv composer and tagDiv Composer has been built around them. Without using tagDiv Composer and Cloud library you will have theme panel options and templates. In my opinion it would be a waste to not use the templates. WP Bakery unfortunately does not work with the cloud templates and also does not have any templates.

You can use normal templates as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/qVtbEIU2kH4 You will be able to customize this only using the theme panel and you will not use TagDiv Composer, this meaning that your customization options would be reduced and you will have to custom code a lot of changes.

We are able to offer you a refund if you make a request here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

Thank you !

Hello,

I bought two licenses for your theme and another two ones will be bought soon after solving these problems.

The theme looks so much user friendly, but not the developer. my questions are like the following:

I want to disable/remove all the custom CSS that is generated by the TD-Composer plugin and printed in the DOM with a leading comment (/* custom css */), I don’t want anything outside the CSS files (default styling) so I can overwrite the ones I need without seeing strange block UID for elements which changes every time, and also to prevent excessive DOM size.

Do you have a pre-built demo with WP Bakery?

Can we get rid of the cloud templates? because it only contains some encoded data which I’ll never understand?

If non of the above is doable, how can we ask for a refund?

Regards

Hello!

The pro demos are made using tagDiv Composer and cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edit only with tagDiv Composer. If you have WP Bakery enabled, then the cloud templates will not work correctly.
Also, we have a guide for how to investigate this problem and fix it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Please disable the WP Bakery plugin and let us know about your results!

Thank you!

Hi,

I just updated my theme from 9x to 10x (newest).

I have big problems creating new pages with TD composer. When I create for example new page with pricing table and hit save button, it shows no errors.

When I open up that same page again in TD composer all content are gone – and it gives me error. See screenshot. https://prnt.sc/wcjkqh

After this error, I tried creating a whole new page. Now I can’t even save without error. See screenshot. https://prnt.sc/wcjmim

This is really annoying and im considering going back to WP bakery builder. But I like the way TD composer works, so maybe you got a solution?

Please note that Im not using WP bakery builder and TD composer on the same page.

This is how it looks backend:
https://prnt.sc/wcjnt9

Thank you and hope you can help me.

best
Frederik

Hello!

There can be a conflict between WpBakery Page Builder and TagDiv Composer. Unfortunately, there is no solution for the conflict between WpBakery Page Builder and TagDiv Composer for the moment. You can only have one of them active, but not both in the same time.

Thank you!

Ha. Doh. Not as smart as I think I am. Totally blanked on looking in the plugin folder for that, as used to be part of the core booster files in early days of that (I was a beta for the booster plugin; and have not used bakery in years and years).

YES!! This was the value (based on the classic decade old WP-PostViews plugin we’ve used for over 10 years now as the original plugin for this):

static $post_view_counter_key = ‘post_views_count’;

static $post_view_counter_key = ‘views’;

Anyway, THAT was the hook I needed – thanks. 🙂

Chris 🙂

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Hi,
I think that you are referring that it need to be display link this https://i.imgur.com/bauUmaf.png and is like this -> https://i.imgur.com/DPOm8o1.png this is because you are using some plugins and are in conflict with tagdiv Cloud Library, for example when you are using tagDiv Cloud Library with WPBakery.
Please try only with theme plugins, if the problem persists, please provide a link where I can inspect the situation.
Thank you!
